The hotel's rooms and onsen were clean with attention to detail evident throughout. While not luxurious, it’s sleek and leaves a positive impression overall. The breakfast buffet the next morning was incredibly delicious—a perfect start to the day! What impressed us most were th

Despite a mistake on my part, the staff responded flexibly and kindly, which was a great help. During my stay, I had no complaints and was able to spend my time comfortably. The welcome drink and breakfast were also very good. If I have the chance, I would love to stay here a

We were very satisfied with soaking in the hot spring bath in the room and enjoying delicious meat. The ice cream shop, soba restaurant, and Italian restaurant that were recommended to us were all very delicious, and we had ice cream twice! There are also places nearby where chil

The modern Japanese-Western style room was very comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail for small children, such as pushing the beds together and limiting the height of the cushions. The meals were excellent, and the dessert pudding was especially delicious—I wanted to buy some to take home as a souvenir. Kinosaki in the rain also had a charming atmosphere, and we were very satisfied.

It was a Plan with meals included. We enjoyed a course dinner at a nearby sister Accommodation. While many dog-friendly Accommodations have disappointing food, this trip let us enjoy delicious cuisine and an Onsen. They also lent us items like dog shampoo, so both our family and our dog could fully enjoy the meals and the Onsen. This is an Accommodation we would love to visit again. Next time, we’d like to enjoy dining at Pelo.

I stayed at Route Inn for the first time. Even though it was a bit late at night, the staff provided pleasant service. The Room and service were excellent! It's not as far from the station as expected, so it's also recommended for those not using a car.

This was our first trip as a couple, and we made a Reservation to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Since we’re not very experienced travelers, we were nervous at first, but the Ryokan staff were so kind and friendly that our worries quickly disappeared. I’m not usually comfortable with open-air baths, but I worked up the courage to try—and it was truly relaxing and soothing. The changing area was clean and easy to use as well. And the meals we had been looking forward to exceeded all expectations—I was genuinely satisfied from the bottom of my heart! Everything was delicious. There was venison tataki, which I wasn’t sure about at first, but it had no strong taste at all and was truly wonderful. Our attendant explained each dish carefully, which helped us appreciate the ingredients even more—thank you so much. What made us even happier was that they took photos for our anniversary and gave them to us as a gift when we left. The handwritten letter from the proprietress also deeply moved me. This is the first time my heart has felt this full—just like my stomach! We are filled with gratitude for everyone’s thoughtfulness, kindness, and warm support. We will definitely come back again! Thank you very much for everything.

The Hotel may not be new, but everything including the interior, Room, and large public bath was impeccably clean and comfortable. Although it felt slightly chilly in the Room from night to early morning due to drafty windows even with the air conditioning on, there were no othe

From the attentive service starting at the entrance to the solemn atmosphere of the interior, it felt like a traditional luxury accommodation in a good way with no vending machines or shops inside. They upgraded our room to a wonderful one on the top floor, offering breathtaking

Breakfast was simple but satisfying, and the coffee from the De'Longhi machine was delicious. The service provided at this price is exceptional. Our child loved it so much that they didn’t want to leave in the end. We would love to visit again when we go to Kakegawa. Thank you ve

Highlights: The Room is very spacious and spotless. The toilet and bathroom are separate, and the bathtub is large enough to soak in properly. The bed is double-sized and roomy. Amenities are well stocked. I still haven’t found any downsides lol. I’ll definitely stay here again

At check-in, I saw a “Preparing” sign and assumed it would open in the evening, but I was told it was closed today. I think it would be better to change the sign. The Room was spacious and close to the station, and the large public bath was clean, so I had a very comfortable stay

The luxurious wood-grain interior, the spaciousness of the Room, the Airweave bed, the separate bath and shower area, the Nespresso coffee, and the colorful and delicious Western-style breakfast buffet were all comfortable. Although we stayed at a discounted rate for a short stay

Everything was perfect. I especially enjoyed using the Refa showerhead and hairdryer both during and after my bath time. The variety and deliciousness of the breakfast buffet were outstanding, far exceeding typical business hotel standards. Check-out was very efficient, simply dr

Nagamahama Beach is also very calm with few people. Additionally, we received heartfelt hospitality with shuttle service by cart for meals, honeymoon gifts, and photos. My wife loved it and has requested to use it again. Kurima Island has an even more relaxed atmosphere compa

As others have written, the meals were in such large portions that they were hard to finish, and everything was delicious, which is unfortunate as I lack the expressive ability to describe it further. Personally, the Ise lobster sashimi was very delicious. It was also nice to h

The best part was the DIY afternoon tea time offered in the lounge, which could be enjoyed with champagne. The locally sourced food and drinks provided in the other lounges were also very delicious, and the service from the staff was impeccable, making it a dream hotel stay.
