We stayed to celebrate a birthday anniversary. The hot spring water was excellent, and the amenities were well stocked. In the bathroom refrigerator, there were small sherbet treats (for heatstroke prevention?), along with water and tea. At dinner, there was a surprise that made us very happy, and we were able to spend this special time in a meaningful way. Thank you very much.

The staff at the accommodation kindly shared recommendations for local attractions and shops in Takayama Village, which allowed me to fully enjoy my stay even without a car. I was amazed by the famous Kaminari Waterfall, enjoyed a mini trekking course called "Mai no Michi" inspir

The front desk and restaurant staff are all kind and courteous. The lounge offers free snacks and coffee, and at night, there are complimentary post-bath ice creams (such as mini-sized Essel Super Cup), providing a thoroughly satisfying experience. The 30th-anniversary event inc

I chose a renovated Room, and it was bright with cute decor—something many women will appreciate. It would be perfect if the bath and toilet were separate, but at this price it’s an amazing deal. The woman at the front desk was friendly, and check-in was very pleasant. They

After watching the Awa Odori, our family of four stayed here. We couldn’t find anywhere in Tokushima City with two Rooms available, so we chose this place by elimination—but we were very satisfied. The Rooms were connected Rooms, with two Rooms linked by an internal door when opened. The beds were bunk beds, which our kids found really fun and enjoyed a lot. The bath was available until 9:30 a.m., so even though we checked in at 11:30 p.m., we could relax and enjoy it. The water had a slightly salty quality and the temperature was just right—excellent overall. Breakfast focused on organic ingredients and was served buffet-style; everything was delicious. We hadn’t heard of this Hotel before, but it was clean and very nice. We’d definitely like to stay again if we have the chance.

The Accommodation was also kept very clean. In addition to beds that were spacious enough for an auberge and very comfortable, it was a wonderful Facility where we could also enjoy a jacuzzi. We were able to relax at length, and it is a Hotel we would definitely like to visit aga

The Japanese staff provided excellent support as well. Breakfast was served on a lovely plate. The relaxation room on the 10th floor plays records for a calming atmosphere. Everyone, please take your time and enjoy your stay at this hotel. Both my tired mind and body were refre

After dinner, we had grilled marshmallows and fruit liqueur by the irori hearth. There was both an indoor bath and an open-air bath, and we enjoyed both. The open-air bath faces the river, and in the morning we soaked while watching dragonflies through a net. It was wonderfully

I always enjoy staying here comfortably. This time, for the first time, the front desk staff called the elevator for me and explained how to use it on the first floor, and the service had improved even further. Whenever I visit Koshigaya, I used to switch between this Hotel and another one on the east side, but from now on I will choose Sun Clover only.

If I had one request, it would be even better if the hot stone spa had background music, manga, or a space where you can lie down—I’d happily stay longer. Overall, this ranks among the best dog-friendly Accommodations we’ve stayed at—and especially for the Onsen, it’s number one!

I really wanted to visit an izakaya called Magokoro in Isahaya, so I chose this Hotel. It is directly connected to the station, with a nightlife area and convenience stores nearby. The Room was clean, and it was great that the toilet and shower booth were separate. It was a very

The Wi-Fi speed was super fast, the refrigerator was large and cooled well, and the bed firmness was just right. At check-in, there were tea and coffee machines next to the front desk, and the amenities were well stocked—there were even Sekkisei products! This is a Hotel I’d love

I’ve stayed at R9 many times, but this was my first time in the Deluxe Twin Room. The Accommodation was very clean, and the Room was spacious, so I could relax and enjoy my stay. I had only used the standard single type before, so I was truly impressed. The complimentary va

This was our first overnight stay at Kokori-an. The room had a spacious layout with a Western-style room, a Japanese-style room, and a bed area, and the bedding was very comfortable. We had an in-room bath that we could use anytime, but since check-out was at 10:00, I was a little disappointed—if it had been 11:00 or 12:00, I could have enjoyed one more relaxing soak in the morning. Dinner was a Kaga cuisine course with rich dashi and refined flavors; we were extremely satisfied. Breakfast also offered a good variety of dishes, and both my husband and I enjoyed it very much. My husband rarely gives compliments, but he said, “Let’s come again!” We were able to unwind in the hot spring for the first time in a while, and we are grateful for Kokori-an’s hospitality.

We stayed here as a family. It was conveniently located near the station, making it easy to access Enoshima and Kamakura. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to relax in the Onsen, and the breakfast was delicious. We would love to stay here again.

I even got to enjoy the moment when the sun set—such a luxurious experience. For dining, I had dinner at Hotel restaurants AOMI and SHIROUX; both were absolutely delicious. Of course, the clubhouse was also fantastic. I definitely want to stay here again. Thank you very muc

The open-air bath overlooking the beautiful horizon of the Sea of Japan was exceptional. The cuisine featured not only fresh and diverse seafood but also incredibly delicious Tottori Wagyu beef, prepared with unique menus that brought out the best in the ingredients—truly impress

I enjoyed them after the bath as well! The staff responded with smiles, which was reassuring. Thank you very much. I think it's a hotel where families, couples, and solo travelers can enjoy comfortably. My son said, "Let's come again!!" (Of course, I agree.) Next time,

I have stayed here multiple times, and everything is perfect—the calm atmosphere, the pleasant scent from the lobby, the professionalism and word choice of the staff, their customer-first mindset, and the comfort of the Room. The location is also excellent, right in front of Mar

We were upgraded to a spacious Room with views of Tokyo Skytree and Senso-ji Temple. The light snacks in the welcome lounge were great—besides nuts, chocolate, and tarts, they also had terrine and Royal sweet potato cakes. The sweet potato cake was so good that I had it again at
