Thanks to the kind help of the construction workers, I arrived safely. The staff were also very friendly at both check-in and check-out, and I was satisfied. I used Itsuki, and both the Japanese and Western dishes offered a wide variety. They recommend the pizza for a reason—it’

Depending on the direction of your Room, west-facing Rooms offer a clear view of Osaka Metro Midosuji Line trains running continuously from early morning to late night (in the section where they run parallel to elevated roads at ground level). While train views are fascinating,

I’ve stayed here several times since it opened (either solo or as a couple). This time, I booked without hesitation because I was going to see a play at Minamiza. It’s less than a 10-minute walk straight there. It was my first time staying in this Room type, and it was clean and efficiently laid out. The bathroom had a separate washing area and was very comfortable. Breakfast offered a good selection, and everything tasted great. I also used the lounge drinks service several times with no complaints at all. On top of that, the price this time was an excellent deal—so I’d give it a perfect score. It was quite hot outside, but another big plus is that once you go underground, you can get all the way to Kawaramachi Station without going back outside. I’d like to keep staying here in the future—thank you very much.

This was my second stay. It was raining on the day, but you can reach the Hotel almost without getting wet by passing through the park building in front of Kanazawa Station. The front desk staff welcomed me warmly, and the Facility is new and clean. Amenities, including slippers,

There was unlimited access to popular manga, plus all-you-can-eat ice cream again, so our child was very satisfied. The view from our Room was beautiful. The Facility felt old, but it was very clean, and every staff member was pleasant. We were glad we could stay comfortably wit

The Room and other areas were very well cleaned, and the Hotel staff were also very kind and helpful. It was our first family trip in a long time and our first trip to Hokkaido, and we had a wonderful time. If we have the opportunity, we would like to stay at APA Hotel again.

The large public bath had excellent hot water, and the sauna allowed us to relax and sleep well. Breakfast was served in a bento box style. Rice, soft-boiled eggs, natto, miso soup, coffee, and more were available for self-service refills. I stayed with my elderly parents, an

You can select your favorite shampoo from many options, and you can choose as many types as you like, which is fun. There are also free bite-sized ice creams and fruit water. Breakfast is luxurious! You can have as many refills of drinks, rice, and miso soup as you like. Everyone

Spacious and clean interior facilities, but it was unfortunate that I couldn't use the Onsen. Overall, it was a satisfactory 2-night stay with no major complaints about the Hotel.

From check-in to check-out, everything felt wonderful. Even during Silver Week, the price for three people for one night was reasonable, and we were very satisfied. The Room and Facility are a bit old, but they were clean and there were no issues at all. The Onsen was my favorite sulfur spring! The small bath actually added to the atmosphere and was great. We also used the private open-air bath; the water was quite hot and warmed us up thoroughly. For dinner, I was surprised at how tender the beef in the hot pot was. The pork miso soup was also delicious (personally a highlight). All of the staff (front desk, housekeeping, restaurant—everyone) were kind and left a very positive impression. I definitely want to come again!

The curry was very delicious, and it was great to enjoy it even for breakfast. The guest room had perfectly firm beds and pillows, allowing for a good night's sleep. The deep bathtub and strong water pressure of the shower were also excellent, helping to relieve fatigue overall

The lobby is spacious and provides a very relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the Hotel staff's exceptional hospitality made every situation comforting. As a healthcare professional working in the Shizuoka area, I found this to be a wonderful Hotel that I would love to use aga

The service, amenities, and location were all excellent. Since this is a Hotel with locations across The whole country, I’ll be using Route Inn nationwide from next time! It was a pleasant and relaxing Hotel.

The Room and bathroom were not spacious, but they were clean and provided a comfortable environment. It was compact, but I was able to stay comfortably. It was nice that the humidifier I requested in advance was set up in the Room. Breakfast was at Matsuya on the first floor, so

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the facilities were in excellent condition. Both the front desk staff and breakfast venue staff were kind and attentive. The breakfast had a sufficient variety of dishes and was delicious. It seems they no longer accept new reservat

The welcome drink, donuts, and even seasonal Shine Muscat grapes were a delightful touch of hospitality. The Room is compact but impeccably clean. You can cast video apps to the TV in the room to watch your favorite movies or shows. I enjoyed a relaxing evening using Wendy's roo

As the name suggests, the entire building has a blue theme, making it easy to spot—I really appreciated being able to find it quickly without getting lost. The amenities were well stocked, and the loungewear was comfortable, so I had a very relaxing stay. Breakfast was also delic

Check-in at 9:00 PM Check-out at 6:00 AM I didn’t have much time to relax, but I was very satisfied. A young male staff member at the front desk assisted me politely and professionally. Thank you very much. The parking lot was spacious, which was very helpful.

The front desk staff are incredibly kind and provide excellent service—thank you! Although the shower and toilet are shared, everything including the room, shower booths, and toilets was clean, new, and super comfortable. You can also enjoy the large public bath. In the evening

This was our second stay, following last year. First of all, this is the best Hotel in every way. The breakfast buffet offers gentle, comforting dishes and is delicious. I’ve traveled to Okinawa 14 times, and Ifu’s BBQ is outstanding—No. 1. The bath was great, and above all, the view from the Room and the sunrise were also No. 1. I was able to recharge with wonderful energy every morning. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, it’s very convenient, and there’s a convenience store close by—also excellent. And this time, because a typhoon was approaching, we changed our schedule, and you kindly accommodated changes to the BBQ date as well; I truly appreciated your considerate support in many ways. As last year, the staff were pleasant and wonderful. It’s a Hotel that makes me want to come back twice or three times next year… For now, we’re planning to visit next June, so we look forward to seeing you then. It became the best Kumejima trip.
