This was our first stay. My husband has an illness and limited mobility, but our family of four was well taken care of with a wheelchair. The Hotel was very clean throughout, and all the staff were kind—truly a wonderful Hotel. We were very satisfied with both the room and the private open-air bath, and the large public bath was excellent! However, since our room was on a lower floor, we sometimes made eye contact with construction workers in the building right in front of us, which was a bit uncomfortable... Next time, we hope to stay on a higher floor. It’s a Hotel that makes you want to come back again soon! Thank you for your hospitality.

The bath additive provided was "Bub." The nightwear was pajama-style, so I could relax comfortably as usual. The breakfast-included plan was reasonably priced and offered a Japanese-Western buffet. The pasta, stewed dishes, and bread were particularly delicious. However, I was d

Free Child Sharing Existing Bedding for elementary school children was very appreciated, the guest room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. There were many restaurants around the Hotel, so No Meals Included was perfectly fine. There is a restaurant next to

You can check in without going to the front desk after entering the Hotel from Kokura Station. A card key will be issued, allowing you to go directly to your Room. Breakfast includes made-to-order omelets at a live kitchen. Every dish is carefully prepared and delicious. From the

The building was old, but I was very satisfied with the meals. The live kitchen changes daily, and during my stay it was Jingisukan (grilled mutton). I would have preferred steak, but the Jingisukan was delicious too. The sashimi was also excellent, and I was very satisfied. The breakfast live-kitchen burgers were tasty as well. The baths were old too, but the view from the open-air bath was amazing. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

It was a great decision. I was pleased with the self-service coffee. There was also a convenience store nearby, and although it was drizzling the next morning, I had no problem dashing from the Hotel to the station without an umbrella! It was a great help. I will definitely use i

We stayed in a Comfort Twin Room with separate bath and toilet (including breakfast) as a couple. Since it was new, it had a very clean feel, and the room layout was well thought out and easy to use. The breakfast also exceeded the level of a Business Hotel and was very satisfyin

The location and the room were excellent. The room had two bottles of delicious Mizutoyama water, as well as a machine for coffee and tea. Breakfast was very delicious. Although it was not buffet-style, drinks were served buffet-style with various juices, tea, coffee, and water a

The large public bath was clean, and I avoided peak times, so I could enjoy it comfortably. I used this accommodation for the first time to visit Kyocera Dome, and the transportation access was great. I would like to stay here again when visiting Osaka. Thank you very much!

Getting to the main building is convenient with the shuttle bus. Every dish at the renovated restaurant was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the ramen—both soy sauce and miso were excellent. The pufferfish hot pot was also great. The staff were kind and attentive, making it a

The front desk staff provided exceptional service! During check-in, without me asking, they noticed my address and immediately inferred that I would be returning home the next day. They informed me that trains were suspended all day due to heavy snow and even helped me find a w

I was deeply moved and filled with gratitude for such warm-hearted service that I didn't expect at all. Thank you so much! When I visit Shirahama again, I will definitely stay at 【Kishu・Shirahama Onsen Musashi】 without hesitation. I proudly recommend this first-class ryoka

Green Rich Hotel was my first stay, and I was pleased to find a large public bath at this price range. It’s very helpful that you can check the congestion status on the Room TV (since there are only five washing areas, it’s wise to avoid peak times). The staff at the front desk w

Breakfast was delicious in every aspect, and I finished everything on my plate. You can feel the effort of the chef. The staff were efficient, and the timing of serving dishes was perfect. It’s an accommodation I’d love to visit again! One small suggestion: it would be great i

The Room was small, but it was more than enough for one person. It was my first solo trip in a while, and I had a very pleasant stay. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and felt very comfortable. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff explained everything carefully. They had a memory foam pillow at the exact same height as the one I use at home, so I slept very well. Breakfast was also delicious. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
