The Room was clean and quiet, which was great. I was very happy that there was a welcome drink. I also appreciated the small lobby area. The bathroom was clean, but it was small and cramped. For breakfast, the restaurant seemed to be under renovation, so I ordered a bento for 600

" With so many options available, we couldn't resist going for seconds. This hotel offers such high quality that it makes you wonder if the price is correct! Thanks to this experience, we had a wonderful trip. If given the chance, we would definitely stay here again without h

We were able to relax at the Aso Onsen. Both Dondoko-yu and the Hotel Onsen were great. We also enjoyed the meals, which included alcohol and drinks. We drove from the Yoshinogari Historical Park in Saga Prefecture to Aso, Kumamoto, and then to the Oka Castle Ruins in Taketa City, Oita, and it was comfortable and enjoyable.

Among the various Onsen areas we've visited, "Kaminoyama Onsen" at Fujiya Ryokan stood out with its reasonable price and delicious meals, including a dinner featuring Yamagata beef sukiyaki. The hospitality and Onsen were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Since it's

At night, we were lucky to visit during firefly season and joined a viewing event. My son and I were deeply moved by seeing fireflies for the first time. The staff were very friendly and approachable, making our stay even more pleasant. We would love to visit again—thank you

I made a Reservation not for myself, but for a family trip for my uncle and other relatives. As they are elderly, we had detailed requests regarding Room assignments and meal arrangements, but you responded quickly and courteously to our emails in advance, and we were very satisfied. My uncle said it was a wonderful Ryokan—the food was delicious, the all-you-can-drink alcohol was great, and being able to have a beer after the bath was the best part. I’m sure our large group caused some inconvenience in various ways, but thank you very much. If I have the chance to return home and travel myself, I would love to stay with you as well.

All front desk and restaurant staff were very kind and welcoming, providing warm hospitality. Breakfast was buffet-style with a modest selection, but the offerings changed slightly each day so it never felt repetitive. The house special curry is delicious—highly recommended. Ov

The Onsen inside the station is convenient because you can go there from the Hotel in the provided sleepwear. Breakfast was Japanese only, but it would have been nice to have Western options such as bread as well. Also, there was a plug for charging a mobile phone in the room, so I didn’t use my own charger, but when I checked in the morning it had only charged a little.

To maintain its excellent reputation, I suggest that the hotel carefully select restaurants with better quality food for their recommendations. While I loved staying at this accommodation overall—and plan to return—I recommend researching dining options independently next time in

You can even enjoy ochazuke (rice with tea broth), which is a delightful touch. The grilled fish option featured Saikyo-style Spanish mackerel that tasted excellent too! Of course there’s curry—a rich European-style curry typical of hotels that had slight sweetness alongside its

Sorry for the late review, but we had such a wonderful stay that I wanted to share it. The staff were incredibly kind, and that alone made us feel we chose the right Hotel. In particular, during meals (the buffet), the staff greeted us with warm smiles and made dining truly pleasant. Of course, the food was delicious as well. The shop staff were also very welcoming. Even though it was close to closing time, we never felt rushed, and I enjoyed shopping in a relaxed way while chatting with them. As for the Facility, there was a drink bar just outside the bath area, and it was great to be able to sample small amounts of various alcoholic drinks such as beer and shochu. Our family of five stayed here, and every one of us was satisfied. Thank you very much.

The staff at the reception were friendly and polite, which made us feel at ease during our stay. Although we hadn’t planned to include breakfast initially, it looked delicious so we decided to add it last minute—and it turned out to be excellent! Both adults and children were v

My favorite rock band is active mainly in Gunma, and whenever they have a live show or event in Isesaki, I almost always stay at this Hotel. First of all, the staff are always polite and provide smooth service, which makes me feel happy every time. Since I drive from Tohoku,

My son stayed here during a trip to Chiba. Because this Hotel is located very close to the Chiba Park Exit of Chiba Station, I felt comfortable letting him stay there. He was very satisfied with the pillow rental service that lets you choose a pillow that suits you, the welcome drink bar at check-in, the large Onsen bath, and the delicious breakfast. Considering the price for this level of service, I felt it offered outstanding value for money. I’d like to stay here myself someday. Thank you!

In Urabandai, it is the only place where you can overlook Lake Hibara and Mount Urabandai! It's a very beautiful view! The bath is not crowded, so you can relax and enjoy the view of Lake Hibara and Mount Urabandai! The meals are just the right amount and delicious. All the s

What impressed us most was the breakfast: there was a wide variety of options, including local dishes, and everything was delicious. Even after checking out, our family kept saying over and over, “The breakfast was really delicious! We want to stay again!” If we have a chance to

Thank you for the wonderful hospitality during our stay. From the moment we arrived and stepped out of the car, we were touched by every thoughtful gesture. Both breakfast and dinner were abundant in variety, delicious, and truly satisfying. We were especially impressed by

We enjoyed delicious cuisine and the Onsen, making for a fun and wonderful summer vacation. The 30-tatami Room we used for the first time was also impressive. We also enjoyed Aizu’s local specialties, including Kozuyu and dried cod (bo-dara).

Overall, it was an extremely satisfying stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The private onsen open-air bath was particularly impressive with ample space, a roof to shield from rain, and even a bench for relaxation—absolutely perfect. The ameni

The interior was adorable, and all the staff were friendly with wonderful smiles. Having a table in the room would have been even more convenient. I was happy to find an attached convenience store, and the frequent shuttle buses made everything so easy. What an amazing hotel! I'l
