I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone who wants to take their time enjoying their stay while appreciating its beautiful ambiance and the distinctive world that the staff so carefully preserve. I sincerely thank all staff members for providing such an exceptional space an

I used this hotel to attend a live event at Zeep Nagoya. It's conveniently close to the venue. The hotel was clean and tidy. The room was spacious and comfortable. I thought the service of getting a stamp on a card if you don't need a toothbrush or razor was a nice touch. I w

You can reach Mito Station via the pedestrian deck, and it is very convenient as you can park in the adjacent commercial Facility’s multi-story parking garage with 24-hour in-and-out access. The room was also well cleaned, and we had a comfortable stay. The amenities were well st

The Room was very spacious, and the bathroom was also large. The jacuzzi was great, with lights inside that could change colors, which was fun (you can dim the room lights and control the tub lighting from switches by the bathtub). The king-size bed was very comfortable. There is

I stayed here previously for a concert at Osaka-jo Hall, and this time for a business trip. It was convenient to have a convenience store without even leaving the hotel. With great access, reasonable rates, and clean rooms, I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

Also, the yangnyeom chicken, vegetable croquettes, ginger pork, and meatballs (a classic) were delicious. Thank you for the meal. When I stay with my wife, we also use the 990 yen all-you-can-drink option, but this time I was alone, so I drank alone in the Room. I ended up finish

The front desk staff kindly provided information about the parking lot and more, and I was even given a ticket to enjoy the onsen, which moved me. Everything—station, shopping street, onsen—is within walking distance and very close by. It would have been great for a multiple nigh

Although it was just the two of us, with beds and toilets on both the first and second floors, it offered more than enough space for two couples to stay comfortably. The semi-open-air bath attached to the storehouse is said to be the only private bath among all Zao Onsen faciliti

The meals were all delicious, leaving us with very fond memories. It was a soft-shelled turtle course, and the price felt so reasonable that in Tokyo, accommodation would likely be charged separately. Although the building itself is old, it was well-maintained and did not bother us at all. Next time, we would like to have a multiple night stay. Thank you very much!

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The hospitality of the staff was truly felt through their warm smiles. I was amazed at how such a great location near the station could offer this price! Everything about this hotel was simply wonderful. I’ve decided to stay with Wing for all my future visits to Tokyo! You can also enjoy the dining area in front of Akabane Station without any worries, and a short walk will take you to explore historic streets.

While enjoying the view overlooking the town, I sipped coffee and reflected on life. Though brief, I appreciated learning about Kyoto through the provided books. I look forward to visiting again. Thank you.

Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The free rental bicycles were a great convenience for those without a car. Morning and evening beach walks, as well as stargazing, made the stay truly enjoyable. The Shuttle Service to the nearest station was very helpful. I would love to

Thank you very much. After returning home, they repeatedly mentioned how considerate you were in accommodating their early check-out and how kind the front desk and all the staff were. They also said the hotel was clean and that breakfast was delicious! They were delighted an

I stayed here for a business trip. I arrived earlier than the 3 PM check-in time, but I was allowed to wait in the lobby. The staff were very accommodating, and I appreciated receiving amenities for women. The pillow rental service was also great! It would have been nice to h

The welcome drink was excellent—having alcohol available felt like such a treat. Breakfast was healthy with a wide variety of delicious options. The entire Hotel was clean. The free parking lot was spacious and convenient for coming and going freely. I would love to stay he

We enjoyed the stylish space with modern facilities and indulged in the flowing Onsen while gazing at the sky multiple times. The Japanese Kaiseki meals were all delicious, and we also enjoyed the beautiful local tableware. Everything we needed was provided, but there was one iss

This was our last night of our trip to eastern Hokkaido, and although it is a Business Hotel, it has an Onsen where we could relax and enjoy ourselves, even though it is small. There are many restaurants near the station, and we found a great izakaya while taking a walk. Breakfas

This was our first stay. Since I was staying with my elderly mother, we looked for a place with a separate toilet and bath and chose this Accommodation. It was simply wonderful. It was new, clean, and spacious, and in addition to a long sofa there were also chairs and a table. Th

It was very good. The front desk staff (several people) were very attentive and helpful, and they assisted us in many ways. It was a little difficult to adjust the Room air conditioning. The value for money is excellent and the location is great, so I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

Located just a short walk from the station, making it ideal for train users. As a new Hotel, it is clean and well-maintained. While there is no coffee in the Room, a coffee machine is available at the front desk for free use. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM and, as introduced on the website, has a homemade touch and is delicious. This time, the featured dish is Mapo Eggplant, along with plenty of vegetables. Unlimited local "Shirobara Milk" from Daisen Dairy is also available, adding a delightful regional touch.
