I got a great deal on my Reservation, and the Room seemed renovated—everything was clean and well maintained, so I had a comfortable stay! The boxed breakfast was filling, and the octopus rice was delicious. The Hotel was very clean, and it was a great value with breakfast includ

I stayed here for an event in Kagoshima. It’s right in the heart of Tenmonkan, close to the tram, city buses, and the station, so transportation is very convenient. However, since it’s in the middle of the entertainment district, it feels safe during the day, but at night there were quite a few people working in nightlife around, which made me a bit nervous. The Room was clean. The shower curtain was also clean with no mold, which was reassuring. It was helpful that body towels were provided as well. There is a women-only floor, and having a ReFa hair dryer and hair iron in the Room was amazing!! If I attend another event in Kagoshima, I will stay here again.

The Facility equipment isn’t new, but it’s well maintained and I don’t feel any inconvenience. The on-site restaurant is high quality in both taste and portion size, making for a truly enjoyable dining experience. Above all, having a large public bath is great. It’s the per

There are many restaurants around the hotel, offering delicious and excellent options. The hotel staff at the front desk were very kind and provided great service. The cleaning staff also greeted us warmly, which was pleasant. The room was lovely, clean, and very comfortabl

The view from the room was lovely, the amenities were impeccable, the welcome sweets were delicious, and the French dinner was very creative, skillfully using Okinawan ingredients, and the wine pairing was excellent, leaving me very satisfied. The service was also wonderful. The

The location was amazing, right in front of the ocean. The food was delicious and there was more than we could finish—we were very satisfied. We’d love to stay here again when we visit Himakajima.

They make efforts to ensure the food is easy for international guests to enjoy, with thoughtful attention to detail. The head chef even encouraged us to eat plenty and relax, making our stay enjoyable. I look forward to meeting the head chef and all the staff again during my ne

I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone who wants to take their time enjoying their stay while appreciating its beautiful ambiance and the distinctive world that the staff so carefully preserve. I sincerely thank all staff members for providing such an exceptional space an

Although it’s in Osaka, being on a mountain allowed me to hear cicadas like Tsukutsuku-boushi and Minmin-zemi after a long time, which brought back nostalgic memories and soothed my heart. The kaiseki meal I had been looking forward to was very delicious and met my expectations

We visited Senso-ji Temple, the Little Theater, enjoyed drinks on Hoppy Street, and went to a jazz bar. Finally, we enjoyed the night view at the Tourist Center before returning to the Hotel. The access was excellent, and the Room was spacious, clean, and very enjoyable. I

You can reach Mito Station via the pedestrian deck, and it is very convenient as you can park in the adjacent commercial Facility’s multi-story parking garage with 24-hour in-and-out access. The room was also well cleaned, and we had a comfortable stay. The amenities were well st

The Room was very spacious, and the bathroom was also large. The jacuzzi was great, with lights inside that could change colors, which was fun (you can dim the room lights and control the tub lighting from switches by the bathtub). The king-size bed was very comfortable. There is

The front desk staff kindly provided information about the parking lot and more, and I was even given a ticket to enjoy the onsen, which moved me. Everything—station, shopping street, onsen—is within walking distance and very close by. It would have been great for a multiple nigh

Although it was just the two of us, with beds and toilets on both the first and second floors, it offered more than enough space for two couples to stay comfortably. The semi-open-air bath attached to the storehouse is said to be the only private bath among all Zao Onsen faciliti

The meals were all delicious, leaving us with very fond memories. It was a soft-shelled turtle course, and the price felt so reasonable that in Tokyo, accommodation would likely be charged separately. Although the building itself is old, it was well-maintained and did not bother us at all. Next time, we would like to have a multiple night stay. Thank you very much!

This was our first stay. Since I was staying with my elderly mother, we looked for a place with a separate toilet and bath and chose this Accommodation. It was simply wonderful. It was new, clean, and spacious, and in addition to a long sofa there were also chairs and a table. Th

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The hospitality of the staff was truly felt through their warm smiles. I was amazed at how such a great location near the station could offer this price! Everything about this hotel was simply wonderful. I’ve decided to stay with Wing for all my future visits to Tokyo! You can also enjoy the dining area in front of Akabane Station without any worries, and a short walk will take you to explore historic streets.

I stayed in a single Room, and unlike a Business Hotel, the Room was spacious. The bath was also large and relaxing. It does not have an auto-lock system, so you need to remember to lock the door yourself. The breakfast buffet offers many local specialties in addition to stan

Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The free rental bicycles were a great convenience for those without a car. Morning and evening beach walks, as well as stargazing, made the stay truly enjoyable. The Shuttle Service to the nearest station was very helpful. I would love to

I stayed here for a business trip. I arrived earlier than the 3 PM check-in time, but I was allowed to wait in the lobby. The staff were very accommodating, and I appreciated receiving amenities for women. The pillow rental service was also great! It would have been nice to h
