There was a complimentary coffee area and a reading corner behind the reception, and it felt like regular guests were enjoying a relaxed atmosphere. I also had breakfast; as someone who likes Japanese food, I was very satisfied with the buffet-style meal. The Hotel was convenient

Takanawa Gateway Station is also right in front of the Hotel, making it convenient for using JR lines and allowing me to work efficiently. I reserved a Room with a double bed; it was clean, spacious enough, and comfortable. The Hotel is a good size and easy to settle into, and I

Breakfast was particularly impressive with a wide variety of dishes—all delicious! While we couldn’t try everything due to the abundance of options, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal… very satisfying. If given another opportunity in the future, I would definitely make a reservatio

Thank you very much for the complimentary upgrade this time. The front desk staff are always pleasant, and the Room is always thoroughly cleaned and feels very fresh and spotless. I have to visit the hospital regularly, but staying at this Hotel is truly relaxing for me. Thank you as always.

There are no convenience stores around, but there are shops and restaurants at the airport, and the hotel also sells cup noodles and ice cream, which is convenient. The room is new and comes with a bath, perfect. Since it's right in front of the airport, you can see the planes ta

When I informed them that the parking lot was full and I couldn’t park, the male staff member at the front desk handled it extremely well, which left a very positive impression.\nThis was my second stay, and the Facility is clean. It’s a convenient Hotel with a convenience store on the first floor that you can access directly.

The interior and Facility were clean and well equipped, making our stay very comfortable. The hair dryer worked great. We were also able to borrow a hair iron at the front desk. The loungewear with Hikonyan embroidery was very cute. All of the front desk staff were very kin

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent breakfast. The large public bath facilities were also very well equipped.

Also, whenever we passed staff members in the corridors and elsewhere, they greeted us thoughtfully, and we were impressed by how many attentive staff there were. The meals exceeded our expectations in both taste and variety, and every dish was delicious. The dining venue also sh

I’ve stayed here many times. It’s clean, the staff are wonderful, and even a single Room is spacious enough with everything you need. Breakfast is delicious. I recently learned it’s part of the Royal Host group—no wonder the food is so good. You can also enjoy Osaka specialties, and there’s a wide variety of drinks such as tea. Thank you for the great meal. I’ll be back again.

When making a reservation through IKYU or other platforms, you need to manually input your name and complete the process on the screen. However, the loading time is very long and needs improvement. Usability should also be considered for those who did not make reservations throug

This trip to Furano & Biei was highlighted by dining at Le Gaulois. Everything exceeded our expectations, and the hostess's warm personality was exceptional. We visited with high hopes, but it turned out to be even better, making the trip to Furano truly worthwhile. It was great

Breakfast was outstanding as well, with a satisfying serving of eel even in the morning. There was also ice cream after the bath, and the Facility was new, clean, and wonderful. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Thank you very much. I look forward to staying with you next tim

The Room was well cleaned, and daily housekeeping was done properly. The pajamas provided were comfortable and felt high quality. The coffee machine and ice were available at any time, and there were also matcha lattes and cocoa; I could add ice to make an iced latte. Coming back

The large public bath had two open-air tubs when you climb the stairs, and they were cleanly maintained. I was very pleased to find facial cleanser in the bath area. The downside was that you have to bring the face towel from the room to the large public bath, so you end up wit

Very convenient, right in front of Sakurai Station. We stayed here to visit Hasedera Temple and Abe Monju-in on our way back from Osaka. We also planned to go to Horyu-ji afterward, so we used Sakurai Station, which is served by both Kintetsu and JR. The Room was more spacious than expected and very practical. The large public bath was also very clean. If I had one request, I would have liked mineral water in the Room.

The amenities surpass those of a typical business hotel and are noteworthy. Makeup remover, lotion, and emulsion are among the items that even some men will appreciate. The open-air bath on the rooftop is also delightful. The front desk is very helpful. An unexpected "discovery"

It faced the main street, but it was quiet, and the Room was spacious and comfortable. Usually, I choose a Hotel with separate bath and toilet, but I was able to relax in the large bathtub. The shower initially made a slight noise, but it was quickly replaced, allowing me to

The Room was spotless, very comfortable, and easy to relax in. I didn’t use the Hotel meals or the large public bath, but a friend who stayed there did and strongly recommended it: “You should definitely try it—go in! It’s really great.” I went out drinking late and had an early

I got a great deal on my Reservation, and the Room seemed renovated—everything was clean and well maintained, so I had a comfortable stay! The boxed breakfast was filling, and the octopus rice was delicious. The Hotel was very clean, and it was a great value with breakfast includ
