Thank you very much for your hospitality. This was my second stay, and the front desk staff were pleasant and made my stay very comfortable! I also became a fan of the breakfast curry—it was perfectly seasoned. If I have the chance, I would love to stay again just for the curry.

I stayed here for my first trip to Kagoshima, and everything was excellent—service, facilities, amenities, cleanliness—all perfect and very satisfying. The location is right in the heart of the downtown area, and it's also very affordable and budget-friendly. I will definitely

In addition to the food, the hotel interior was kept very clean. Since I had a long stay and checked out later than usual the next morning, I could relax in a clean environment. If I have another chance to visit the Hisai area, I will stay here again. I am always grateful for C

We enjoyed a BBQ at the neighboring facility and walked over with our luggage, so we arrived earlier than expected. We planned to wait in the lobby, but they told us our Room was ready and we were able to check in right away. We really appreciated it. The next day, they also provided Shuttle Service to Kowa Station, which was very helpful. The view from our Room was amazing—it was truly relaxing. From the Onsen, you could even see the horizon through a small window. The cave-style bath warmed us up nicely, and there were also a sauna and a jet bath, so we felt completely refreshed.

My partner was very happy too, which made it even better. The focaccia in the lounge was also delicious, Mikane Shrine—which we visit every year—was just a few minutes’ walk away, and there were many great restaurants nearby, so the location was perfect! We’d love to stay again n

I often use AZ Hotel, and I frequently stay here. The staff always welcomes me with a smile, and their cheerful greetings are pleasant. The Room has no particular issues; the bed is always clean, and the shower pressure is excellent, which is very helpful. It’s a Hotel where I ca

The balance between unobtrusive service and thoughtful hospitality truly provided healing for the soul. Even my well-traveled friend said they’d love to return someday—a sentiment that made me genuinely happy. I will definitely visit again; thank you for such wonderful moments!

We chose this Hotel for a trip as a couple to visit Enakyo Gorge. We often stay at Route Inn, so we were able to spend our time comfortably. Also, the breakfast bread at Route Inn is always delicious, and it was delicious at this Hotel as well. However, we went a little late, so

From check-in onward, the staff provide pleasant and welcoming service. It’s a bit disappointing that the Room key is not a card key, but... The breakfast is delicious! This time, I extended my check-out time for an additional fee and was able to relax. I will stay here again.

I stayed in a Twin Room, which had been renovated and was very clean. The room was spacious with a table and two single-seater sofas. It also came with a unit bath, so I didn't use the public bath, but the bathtub was quite spacious and comfortable. Breakfast included classic i

Next to the Hotel is a Lawson convenience store, followed by a ramen shop and bars. Further down is a bus terminal with direct access to New Chitose Airport in 65 minutes for 1,300 yen. It's much more convenient than transferring between subway and JR at Sapporo Station!

The open view of Lake Ashi from the entrance hall, welcome drinks, quick response from the front desk staff, and selecting colorful yukata on our way to the room—all were perfect. Dinner reservations via QR code were smooth. The room and bed were exceptionally comfortable.

In the meantime, we stayed several times at Please Bay, as well as at Allamanda Pool Villa and Beachfront, and we were completely satisfied with everything at Shigira Resort—the high-quality Rooms, dining, and staff service. This time as well, we truly appreciate the outstandin

I arrived early to explore the destination and left my luggage at the Hotel, where the front desk staff provided courteous service that made me feel very comfortable. The Room was quiet, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom had a washing area, allowing for a relax

We are always comforted by the warm hospitality of the kind Hotel staff, as well as the warmth of the fireplace and Onsen. The meals were wonderful, and we are also grateful for the hospitality of the restaurant team. Thanks to you, we were able to enjoy a wonderful Christmas

I would love to stay here again as a treat when I want to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Our room was a single-story type called "Uzura," located closest to the front desk. Since I admire single-story accommodations, this choice was perfect for me. Highly recomme

Stayed at Forest Villa for 2 nights. The expansive grounds feature a beach, walking trails, and various activities like cruises and yoga, offering a full resort experience. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety, and the Japanese-style dinner was delicious. The BBQ incl

The passage between Midtown and the Tokyo Takarazuka Theater has a lush, green atmosphere. One of the highlights is said to be how comfortable the bed is (apparently “remm” refers to REM sleep), and the bed was pleasantly firm. Having a massage chair was also a nice touch. We sta

The staff were friendly and provided thorough explanations. The Room was clean and well-maintained, giving a sense of security. The aromatic bath amenities were soothing for a tired body during bathing. Breakfast featured many locally sourced ingredients, all of which were de

This was my second stay. In one word, an amazing Hotel. Spacious rooms with great views. Free access to the sauna, pool with bath, and gym! Enjoying a sports drink while relaxing in a leather chair in the cooling room wearing a bathrobe was delightful. The buffet breakf
