The footbath was also extremely comfortable, allowing me peaceful moments of relaxation. Each dish was beautifully presented, and I savored them slowly while enjoying the natural flavors of seasonal ingredients. The tableware also had an elegant beauty that enhanced each course

The staff's service was exceptional, surpassing even that of a first-class hotel. The location is convenient, within walking distance from the station, about 6-7 minutes. The accommodation and room were kept clean, and the facial mask amenity was perfect for soothing my face afte

A truly wonderful accommodation that satisfied us in every way!! - Shuttle service from Sapporo Station We initially planned to visit by car, but due to unexpected snowfall the night before, we were able to take the shuttle bus instead. Without even asking, they also arranged

We visited with three generations, including my elderly parents and son. The entire facility is adorned with paintings by famous artists, making it feel like an art gallery. My father, who used to work in the art field, was also amazed. Everything was very tasteful and elegant,

The in-room massage chair was also very comfortable. We also appreciated the drinks provided in the refrigerator—beer, juice, tea, mineral water—as well as coffee. The light-course dinner was just the right amount, and everything was delicious. It’s an orthodox menu without tryi

This was my first time visiting Togura Kamiyamada Onsen. The proprietress kindly showed me to my room, and I was already in relaxation mode after enjoying delicious pickles and tea. The hot spring is 100% free-flowing from the source, available 24 hours a day. The water was very smooth with a gentle sulfur scent, and I enjoyed it many times—after arrival, at night, and again in the morning. And then the meal I had been looking forward to! Every dish was carefully prepared and truly delicious. I also tried a seasonal strawberry liqueur; it wasn’t overly sweet, and the fresh strawberry aroma was wonderfully refreshing. The proprietress served me with a warm smile, and our small conversations were so enjoyable that even though I was traveling alone, I had a wonderful time dining. I also appreciated being able to relax over my meal in the newly renovated private dining room. It was my first visit to Togura Kamiyamada Onsen, but both the baths and the cuisine were outstanding, and I would love to return in another season. Thank you very much.

I’ve stayed in Kyoto countless times, and this is one of the few Hotels I truly want to return to. First, the outstanding hospitality. The staff are attentive without being intrusive, and you can feel the warm atmosphere that only a small Hotel can offer. Next, the high quality

Whenever I attend a live show in Tokyo, I stay here, but this time the venue was in Yokohama. I considered staying in Yokohama, but thinking about work the next day, I chose to stay here again. After the show, I had drinks with friends at an izakaya in Yokohama, caught the 22:41 train, transferred at Tokyo Station, and headed to Ochanomizu Station. I returned to the Hotel around 23:00. I took a shower in my Room and went to bed. The next morning I woke up early, refreshed myself in the large public bath, enjoyed the always satisfying breakfast, and then walked to work. I will be staying again on the 22nd of this month.

This was my first stay. The Facility was very clean, and the staff were excellent throughout, including in the dining area. Dinner was a kaiseki meal with a wide variety of dishes and free-flow drinks (including alcohol). We also enjoyed late-night New Year’s Eve soba, and brea

It takes about 10 minutes on foot from Tenjin Station, and it's about 3 stops on the subway airport line to the dome. The women-only floor was clean, and the amenities such as Refa hair dryers, curling irons, and shower heads were well-equipped, which was very nice. I would like

I stayed here for the first time in about a year. It remains a truly wonderful Accommodation. The surrounding nature, the buildings, the lobby, the Room, the Onsen, the restaurant, the lounge, the drinks, the food—and of course all of the staff—everything is genuinely excellent.

During meals, our dog—and all the other dogs—were very quiet, so we could relax and enjoy our food. Afterward we were able to interact with other dogs in a friendly atmosphere while keeping a comfortable distance—it was such a lovely time. The Room felt cozy and home-like, with

It was very comfortable. The shampoo and conditioner provided in the bathroom were excellent, leaving my hair silky and fluffy without needing additional products like hair oil. While the meals could be improved slightly, I was very satisfied with the accommodation fee that inclu

It was a wonderful Accommodation that made my first trip to Niigata truly special. The building and furnishings felt a bit aged, but there were programs where we could enjoy the local culture, such as shamisen performances and Snow Country readings. They also had thoughtful a

The view from the Room was great, and both the Hotel and restaurant provided a pleasant experience. We received free tickets to Gonggen Onsen, about a 10-minute drive from the Hotel, and enjoyed relaxing in the Onsen after checking in. The front desk staff left a good impressio
