The large public bath and the small attached open-air onsen were lovely, as well as the private open-air onsen available for an additional fee. Above all, the food was delicious! Adding the simmered golden-eye snapper as an option was definitely worth it! Personally, I felt

The Hotel is conveniently located near a subway station and a convenience store, making it safe and comfortable even for late-night stays. The Room is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and features a bath with a washing area, providing great usability and comfort. The sta

Even after returning to the hotel in the cold weather, I could warm up thoroughly with the natural flowing moor Onsen and stay energized throughout my stay. I also purchased original items like the hotel's beauty spray and smoked mayonnaise. The location, room cleanliness,

Truly oceanfront, right in front of the sea. The sunrise was stunning and moving. The room had water provided, and the bed was comfortable. Free drinks in the lobby were a nice touch, and the complimentary welcome beer was great. Above all, both dinner and breakfast were of high

Since there’s such a comfortable public bath available, the Room has an independent shower booth instead of a full bathroom. I personally prefer this setup and found it very convenient. Of course, all front desk staff were kind and attentive; they immediately assisted anyone w

The option to choose egg dishes was very appealing. Thank you for accommodating my requests this time as well. Thanks to you, I had a fun, relaxing, and fantastic trip filled with gratitude. I truly love this Hotel and will definitely come back again... Thank you so much!

As there is a wedding venue, it was a very luxurious and satisfying hotel. Since it was a weekday, there were few guests, and I was able to stay leisurely. The staff's response was excellent, and the front desk was kind enough to guide me. The breakfast was satisfying 10 years ag

Still, everything else more than made up for it. If you just need a place to rest, this is more than sufficient. There are also plenty of restaurants and a shopping mall nearby! It’s a Hotel I’d definitely like to stay at again if I’m in the area. Thanks to you, my exam w

Everything was great. Recently, our children have grown up, and we no longer travel together, so my spouse and I are enjoying a leisurely trip. Therefore, we indulged a bit in the Property and stayed in a SUNAYU room this time. The joy of staying in a suite class room with an ope

We had a wonderful stay. We’d love to stay here again the next time we visit Huis Ten Bosch.

The Room was clean, equipped with everything necessary, and there was water in the refrigerator. The pillow was very comfortable for me in terms of height and firmness, and the bedding was also very comfortable. I was looking for a place to print for business use, and although th

Because we decided on our trip to Lake Toya at the last minute, I didn’t think we would be able to make a Reservation at a good Hotel. Since May is one of the peak seasons for travel in Japan, I wasn’t expecting much. But after staying there, the Hotel quality exceeded my expectations. I especially loved the dinner buffet. There was an incredible variety of dishes, and many were far better than I anticipated. I ate too much and ended up walking outside for hours afterward to feel better (laugh). Breakfast was more standard compared with dinner, but still very satisfying. As for the Onsen, “Hoshi no Yu” was truly outstanding—I highly recommend trying it at least once. Waking up early to use it was a bit tough, but it was absolutely worth it. The feeling of seeing Mt. Yotei from the Onsen in the morning is hard to put into words. It was truly spectacular.

This time, I stayed in a detached room. I requested the chef's choice course for the meal. Regarding the food, it was impeccable, with a boat platter, spiny lobster, and a delicious breakfast. There was so much food that I couldn't finish it all. I was very satisfied wit

It was a very, very nice hotel. I was planning to stay at a hotel in Fukuoka Prefecture, but the hotel contacted me the day before my stay to cancel due to a room malfunction, and since it was during the Obon holiday, I was just looking for a hotel where I could sleep. Howeve

The building is spread out horizontally, so depending on where your Room is located, it can be quite a walk to the restaurant, baths, and lobby. Other than that, there were no particular issues or complaints. It was a truly wonderful Accommodation. Although the large public bath is not an Onsen, it offers three different water temperatures (high/medium/low) and water types, plus a carbonated bath. Other guests also mentioned that it might be more effective than some Onsen. The restaurant (buffet-style) had a wide variety of dishes, and the staff were excellent—one thoughtful touch was that they even informed us that ice cream could be taken back to our Room. I believe drinks inside the facility were reasonably priced as well—for example, a 350 ml can of beer was 350 yen. The souvenir shop opens from 7:30 a.m. It has a great selection, and you can probably find most things you need there.

We were satisfied with everything, including the staff, Room, bath, and meals. It is also conveniently located near the station. I stayed here while accompanying my younger brother (who requires nursing care), and we did not experience any inconvenience. I would like to stay here again when visiting Osaka. Thank you very much.

The Room and the large public bath were both very clean. In addition, access to not only the Room but also the elevators and the large public bath requires a security card, so even as a woman traveling alone in my 60s, I felt very comfortable and safe. I also truly appreciate you

Following last year, I stayed for the Snow Lantern Festival at Hirosaki Park. This year, the snow was at a disaster level, and I was overwhelmed by the white world of Hirosaki, but the room was very warm, and with a humidifier, I was able to stay comfortably. I was also pleased w

The Room was clean and amenities were more than sufficient. We also enjoyed delicious coffee from a lovely coffee maker. A perfect Accommodation—100/100. And the incredibly beautiful female staff member at the front desk was exceptionally kind—120/100! We’ll definitely be back so

The staff ensured constant replenishment with excellent attention to detail. The Room was clean, and the Onsen was very relaxing. It's open from 5 AM to 2 AM, which is fantastic! Children stay for free and receive an adorable mini towel along with disposable slipper sets.
