We were also delighted with the menu options that catered to children. Last year, we wished for ice cream after meals, and this year it was available, making our child very happy. This is our favorite accommodation. We are considering visiting again with our family next yea

We were satisfied with the view of the waterfall and the green mountains from our Room, and the Room was clean as well. I stayed with my mother, who is nearly 90, and we both enjoyed the delicious meals. The staff were mostly young, and everyone worked very hard, which left a goo

Although the hotel seemed fully booked during Golden Week, the service was attentive and well organized. There were numbered tickets for breakfast, but people appeared to come in regardless, so they didn’t seem to serve any purpose, which was a bit disappointing.

This was my second stay, and this time I visited in summer. The Room was much larger than last time and seemed newly renovated—a Japanese-Western style Room with beds. Dinner and breakfast were served in a private room in a separate building, the same as before. This time it was a summer-style kaiseki featuring sweetfish (ayu). (In winter, it’s wild boar hot pot.) The open-air bath in the Room was also great. There are two large public baths; my favorite is the one with hot spring water cascading like a waterfall, which is used as the men’s bath at night and the women’s bath in the morning. I was even more satisfied than last time. Guests ranged from families with children to couples and married couples. Even the walk from the parking lot to the Room has a charming atmosphere, so I can recommend it. The service is very polite as well. (It seems staff change between dinner and breakfast—there were lots of “mom”-type staff members in the morning.) You’ll find tanuki figures all around. Also, the vending machines are reasonably priced, and it was nice that there were bottled drinks for each guest plus a thermos of iced water in the Room. (So you don’t need to buy water beforehand.) *Since you can’t tell the exact Room layout at Reservation, if you care about futons vs beds or whether there is a partition for the bath area, it may be best to call and confirm.* (The Room we had last time in February 2025 had futons, and if you opened the curtain by the open-air bath you could be seen. This time we had a Western-style bedroom with beds, and there was also a door/wooden screen by the open-air bath—so there were differences. It’s possible renovations have been done since then.)

On the day of our stay, you kindly offered to change our Room to one in the main building with less walking for my wife, who has difficulty walking. We are both very grateful for your help. The Room was also clean and well maintained, and we were able to enjoy a quiet, relaxing time.

As a relatively new Hotel, cleanliness is impeccable. I personally loved the amenities provided. The separate bath and toilet, along with a sliding door between the bedroom and hallway, showed thoughtful design. It's a Hotel where families with children can stay comfortably

It was a great Hotel. Because it is new, it was very clean, and best of all, the bath, toilet, and washbasin were separate. The bed was also spacious. The front desk staff were kind. The only disappointment was breakfast: although the buffet is available until 9:30, popular items

The breakfast really was delicious no matter what we tried! From negitoro to nikujaga, a variety of side dishes, firefly squid peperoncino, croissants, and waffles loaded with cream—everything was excellent. The Hotel staff were also very kind and courteous, which helped us relax

), and we enjoyed delicious tempura (shrimp and zucchini) as well as a beer tasting set (5 types for 1,200 yen). Breakfast was served at a venue inside the Hotel, with both Japanese and Western options to choose from, and we could also have pho. I wished I could have paired pho w

I finally made it to Kinosaki Onsen, a place I had long wanted to visit. The public bath-hopping, the crab kaiseki dinner, and the charming streets were all wonderful. Above all, the warm hospitality from your staff made this a truly relaxing and heartwarming trip. Thank you very

She was very pleased, satisfied with both the crab and the wagyu beef. The breakfast was also excellent, with delicious rice cooked in a pot and the option to have more miso soup. The Room was on the first floor of the North Building, right next to the bath and breakfast ven

I only used the shower, but due to my size, I kept bumping into the walls while showering. Since I stayed for two nights, I took a more careful shower on the second night. The breakfast buffet offered both Japanese and Western options and was very delicious. The staff's ser

Breakfast was also excellent quality—I ended up eating too much... There were lots of local specialties such as naval curry, fried horse mackerel, sara udon, Goto udon, and grilled champon. The vegetable buffet was also very high quality. If I visit Sasebo again, I will definitel

I stayed at this Hotel I’d been interested in for a while. From the moment I arrived, the attentive service and warm Kyoto dialect helped ease my travel fatigue. Amenities are available on the shelf next to the front desk, and they also provide bags—such a thoughtful touch. Both

My sister and I talked about coming back again to try all the dishes we missed this time around. Enjoying delicious food, soaking in the Onsen, and relaxing—it’s truly what makes traveling special. We had such a wonderful time here. We will definitely stay here again in the fu

At Lucky Pierrot, we received a certificate of luck, given to 1 in 100 people, and in the hotel lobby, they displayed works by TERU from GLAY, allowing us to truly enjoy the best Christmas fantasy. When I go to Hakodate again, I plan to reserve my favorite Premium Room. Thank you

Having seen it on TV beforehand, I was truly impressed by the building and furnishings that reflect the founder's aesthetic sense, as well as the stunning art pieces by Yokoyama Taikan, Hirayama Ikuo, Dali, Chagall, and more. The gold-leaf ceiling and Italian tile floors were abs

Though I personally love soaking in the salty waters of their Onsen multiple times during my stay! I’m also fond of their blue-tiled sauna—it smells wonderful thanks to herbal aromas—and everything is always kept impeccably clean. From those at reception, lounge staff, spa at

After the concert, I enjoyed the hotel's signature cocktail, Kobe Harbor Lemonade, at the bar. Breakfast was a buffet at the restaurant on the 30th floor, with so many dishes that I couldn't try them all. The quality was, of course, high, and I was very satisfied, eating too mu
