It was a wonderful Accommodation. The staff’s service was very pleasant and made us feel truly comfortable. Their efforts for guests and thoughtful hospitality felt warmly sincere. It is a wonderful Accommodation where you can truly relax. We would love to visit again if we have the chance. It was our first time staying in Nasu, and it became a lovely memory for us. In particular, the male attendant’s lighthearted talk at dinner made everyone smile and created a relaxed atmosphere. Thank you very much. We also visited for an anniversary, and we were very happy to receive such a lovely gift. In fact, we just celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. Thank you again for all your kindness and care. We will cherish it and use it with gratitude.

I was truly impressed by the breakfast. First of all, the staff’s greetings were very pleasant, and the breakfast was beautifully served in small individual dishes—so you just had to pick them up. Everything felt exceptionally clean, neat, stylish, and I was impressed from start to finish. Being able to enjoy that kind of breakfast at that price felt like a real luxury! It stood out far above any Business Hotel I’ve stayed at before. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

We were so satisfied the first time we stayed at Hatsune-so that our family kept saying, “Let’s go again,” and we finally made it back! Because it’s designed especially for families with children, there are lots of activities—little kids can enjoy themselves, and adults have fun too. You can borrow children’s sandals, and they provide diapers and baby food as well—there are thoughtful touches throughout the Ryokan that really make a difference. The warmth of the staff also adds to how comfortable it feels. The storytime at “Ehon no Mori” was wonderful. As soon as we got home, we were already talking about when we should go next. Haha

The complimentary drink ticket for dinner (or late-night snacks) was also a nice touch. The room was sufficient for a business hotel, meeting all necessary needs. I appreciated having a trouser press in the room. With this level of service at this accommodation cost, I was very

The hospitality felt more like a luxury Ryokan than a temple lodging. Our Room was upgraded to a special suite, and we were able to relax in the spacious “Hojo” Room overlooking an expansive garden. The shojin-ryori cuisine was beautifully presented and delicious throughout. After dinner, we took a short walk (about 3 minutes) to Danjo Garan. With bonfires lit and the area illuminated, we caught a glimpse of Kobo Daishi’s mandala world through sights such as Konpon Daito, Saito Pagoda, and Kondo Hall. The next morning, we joined the morning service from 6:00 a.m., which felt truly solemn and moving. The Dharma talk by Archbishop Miyata explained Buddhism from a global perspective with humor, making it easy to understand. I strongly feel that Koyasan is best experienced with an overnight stay. The Room was spacious, allowing me to relax. The parking lot allowed entry and exit until 2 PM, so even after checking out, I could enjoy a leisurely lunch near Hakata Station, which was great. Both the bath and sauna were excellent, though having a "relaxation chair" would h

The thoughtful consideration to ensure guests can relax and unwind was evident throughout. I enjoyed spending time in the spacious bath, choosing the firmness of pillows and beds, which made my stay very comfortable. Although I couldn't sleep much due to personal reasons, being able to use the large public bath even late at night helped me relax, which was wonderful. Recently, I've stayed at many business hotels without meals, so the breakfast buffet was a delightful service. Additionally, the courteous hospitality allowed me to have a pleasant stay. Thank you very much for your excellent care and service!

I booked this as a stopover for the middle of our Multiple Night Stay trip without knowing much about the area, and it was wonderful! The Room was spacious, and the futons were already laid out in the Japanese-style room. The bedding was very comfortable—perhaps with a mattress included—and I slept well without any body aches. The Onsen Facility was also very clean and enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious, and my wife and children were very happy. Thank you very much!

We stayed as a family of three, and to our delight, we were upgraded to a higher-grade Room than the one we had reserved. It was truly a dog-first Accommodation. Dogs can share existing bedding with you, and you can dine together as well. The dining area has semi-private seating, so we could relax without worrying about other dogs, which was great. The price may be a bit high, but it was the best Accommodation we’ve stayed at with our dog so far (and this time felt like a bargain thanks to the upgrade!). It’s an Accommodation that makes us want to stay again.

I made a last-minute Reservation for my trip, and the service was excellent. They also offered complimentary drinks, and I truly appreciate how kindly they helped with sudden changes and questions about parking. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to use again next time. Th

There are supermarkets and other facilities around the hotel, and it's close to the station, making it easy to go out if needed. Parking is free with the use of the affiliated parking lot. They also lend out shampoo and other amenities, making it a very good hotel. I would

We stayed as two couples. We made the reservation based on the reviews. Upon entering the room, there was a Western-style area with twin beds, a small table, and chairs. Beyond that was a Japanese-style room with a low table and chairs. It was very comfortable to stay in. As for the bath, I personally thought it was nice, but my husband said it felt cold inside and only used it once at night. Dinner was just as delicious as mentioned in the reviews. In comparison, breakfast left a slightly disappointing impression. Overall, I think this accommodation offers great value for money. I would love to visit again if I have the chance!

We stayed as a parent and child for my son’s university entrance exams. ■ Warm hospitality for exam takers At check-in, the staff asked, “Are you here for exams?” and gave us a small gift. My son, who was feeling nervous, seemed relieved by the thoughtful gesture, and I’m truly grateful as a parent. ■ Excellent amenities and a comfortable Room The amenity bar was well stocked—my son especially liked the bath salts and was able to relax. I also tried a face mask for the first time in my life! Even as an older guy (haha), it felt very refreshing after a bath. We were assigned a corner connecting Room, which allowed us to maintain privacy while still being close enough—making our stay extremely comfortable. ■ Great location It’s close to the station, with plenty of restaurants nearby, so we had no trouble at all even with a Plan without dinner. ■ A small suggestion for the future Winter in Matsumoto was drier than expected, so having hand cream among the amenities would make it even better! Thanks to the kindness of all the staff, my son was able to take his exam in great condition. We would definitely like to stay again when we visit Matsumoto. Thank you very much!

It’s also a space that could be used for studying; my older son said the desk in our Room was enough and studied there instead. We both got a lot done and were very satisfied. It was also a big plus that there’s a famous “bukkake udon” shop just a short walk away, as well as a d

Right after check-in, I was able to have the spa all to myself, which allowed me to relax and rejuvenate both body and mind. The soup in the lounge was also delicious. The next morning's buffet offered an elegant start to the day with sunlight streaming through large windows over

The amenities were excellent; there was even complimentary bath salt as a welcome gift—a thoughtful touch! The interior design featured modern Japanese-inspired decor with stylish furniture and fixtures. Storage space for luggage was more than sufficient. Drinks like water, tea,

Souvenir shops and convenience stores are all within reach. I traveled to Kyoto using a limousine bus, and the stop was also very close by. However, once inside the Hotel, it's a completely different world from the bustling station—very comfortable. The Room was spacious, with se

We also enjoyed choosing from the highly rated prix fixe dinner menu in the Reviews—it was fun to take our time deciding. The pacing of service at dinner was just right, and every dish was beautifully presented with delicate plating; both the appearance and flavors were excellent

Of course, there was also a large public bath, an open-air bath, and a jacuzzi to fully enjoy the resort experience. Despite being reasonably priced, I think the Facility was well-equipped. The next day, I wanted to take the first ropeway ride of the day and they kindly provi
