The manager was incredibly kind, teaching us how to eat the crab and even cracking it for easier enjoyment—his attentiveness was exceptional. He also arranged plans for the next day, making our stay both fun and memorable. The staff member who provided Shuttle Service, resembli

I used the property for an onsen trip with friends, also serving as a year-end party. Thanks to the consideration of the stays, we were unexpectedly upgraded to a room with an open-air bath, which made everyone very happy. The room was spacious, the bath in the room was pleasant,

In many ways, an easy-to-use Hotel.

The service exceeded the price, and we were very satisfied with the meals. The evening events—Aibase! and Odoransho—were interactive and a lot of fun. We’d love to visit again in a different season. They also offer a great selection of local Fukushima sake, which is wonderful for anyone who enjoys Japanese sake.

As mentioned in the reviews, the staff at the accommodation were very considerate, and the accommodation itself, with its 100-year history, provided a relaxing and leisurely experience. Meals were served in the room with a variety of dishes, all of which were delicious. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed them. However, the "Sennin Bath" being mixed-gender made it uncomfortable for women to enter. As noted in reviews, there seemed to be men lingering near the entrance, which was disappointing. On the other hand, we appreciated being able to reserve a private bath that was spacious and enjoyable.

I often stay here when visiting Fukushima City. It meets APA standards in many good ways, and the breakfast is outstanding. I think of it as a Hotel where you can enjoy fried chicken from the morning. The local Fukushima dishes are also delicious. Please keep up the good work.

I used this hotel for a concert in Fukuoka. Although the concert ended late and I checked in late at night, the staff responded kindly. The parking is also attractively affordable. The hotel room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. I definitely want to use it again. The

It was comfortable, and we had a restful sleep until morning. For dinner, we enjoyed delicious Chinese food and barbecue at nearby restaurants accessible by car. This is a hotel we would love to stay at again when visiting Komoro. The staff were kind and made us feel at ease. Tha

My first stay. The large public bath was spacious, and I enjoyed the Onsen at a leisurely pace. The guest Room had high ceilings and an open-air bath; there was a Japanese-style room next to the bed, and each room had a TV, so I could truly refresh. The meals were kaiseki cuisine—sashimi, tempura, grilled fish, a small hot pot, chilled chawanmushi, and more—everything was very delicious, and I also had two large draft beers.

The Room had a humidifier, iced water, a dining table, skincare amenities, and more; the in-room shower and toilet were also very clean. The Onsen in the large public bath was at just the right temperature. The lobby also has a coffee machine, an Aqua Clara water dispenser area,

We had a wonderful trip with my parents, and everyone was very satisfied. The hospitality of the staff was pleasant, and the welcome drink and post-bath service were excellent and made us happy. By chance, there was a fireworks festival at Sun Beach, which added to our memori

The freshly baked breakfast bread was incredibly delicious, and I had seconds many times. They kept baking more, so even when it ran out, I could quickly enjoy freshly baked bread again. I’m giving 4 stars because the Room was a bit small and there was only one hair dryer in the bathroom. Otherwise, I was satisfied. Thank you very much.

The entire Accommodation is covered with tatami mats, making it exceptionally comfortable and relaxing. Some staff members speak English and Chinese, and they always greeted us with a smile while kindly explaining the Facility. The staff in charge of our meals were also very attentive and even helped us crack the crab. What impressed us most was that they remembered our faces and Room number right after check-in. At check-out, they promptly prepared our shoes and luggage. The meals were luxurious and delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed high-quality seafood (crab) as well as beef. This time we chose two options—sukiyaki and shabu-shabu. Shabu-shabu is a bit more expensive, but it is well worth the price. The Onsen facilities were excellent: in addition to the indoor bath, the open-air area had a hot bath, a cold bath, and even a sauna—perfect. We were also happy that the hair dryer was ReFa! The post-bath lounge (relaxation area) offered various drinks, light snacks, and massage chairs. Personally, I think this is an outstanding Accommodation that rivals Hoshino Resorts KAI. While the building itself feels slightly dated, I found the quality of the cuisine to be far superior to Hoshino Resorts. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

There were so many options; there were plenty of things I didnt even get to try this time. Id like to have breakfast here again. Each toothpick was placed individually in a holder made from Japanese origami paperI was truly impressed by such thoughtful attention to detail. Than

Thank you for your hospitality. I stayed for three nights, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Ikebukuro is a convenient area with easy access to anywhere, and the Hotel is not too far from the station. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed in a Single Room. The staff's service was very polite. The building is new, and everything is well-cleaned, including the unit bath and the room, making it very pleasant to use. Additionally, the furniture in teal tones creates a comfortable atmosphere that sets it

The room was equipped with everything necessary, and the large public bath was clean. Complimentary hot coffee at the front desk was a nice touch, and the breakfast buffet was satisfying. Considering the price, this accommodation offers excellent value overall. I look forward t

Although I missed the season this time, I can only imagine how stunning the autumn leaves must be from the open-air bath. I would love to visit during that time next. The meals had just the right portions, were visually delightful, and paired perfectly with sake until the very e

It was a truly satisfying trip. The warm hospitality and service made us feel genuinely cared for, with every word and gesture being so kind and comforting. Are the Hotel pajamas made from Okinawan textiles? The texture was so pleasant that I wanted to purchase them. The be

I found this place because I wanted to stay at an Onsen with my dogs. It turned out to be an absolutely wonderful trip. We were very satisfied. The Facility was impeccably well equipped, and the private pool and sauna made it even better. Hakone-Yumoto Station is within walking distance, so we could take a stroll to shop for souvenirs. If I have the chance, I would love to stay again.
