Stayed during a trip to OKNW after several years. Chose this accommodation because I wanted to enjoy "GOURMET" and "souvenirs" while staying at a relatively affordable price. The cozy guest room allowed me to relax, and as a guest, I could purchase discounted tickets for the "Rikkarikka Yu" bathhouse, where I also enjoyed relaxing!

Located in the city center, it was easy to return and rest when we got tired during our trip with my daughter! The reception staff were cheerful and friendly. I would love to stay here again. The 12:00 check-out time was also a great feature.

I used this property for a business trip. Since Hotel Grand Terrace Chitose was the meeting point, I was looking for a Hotel within walking distance, and chose this one based on proximity and price. It was my first time staying in an apartment-style Hotel with unmanned services, so I was a bit nervous, but the Room was extremely clean and surprisingly spacious. There weren’t many Hotels nearby where you can stay for around 10,000 yen, so I felt this Room at this price was a great deal. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water in the refrigerator, as well as having an iron and a fluffy blanket. However, there was no chair in the bathroom so I couldn’t sit while washing my hair. Also, it was very cold and rainy in Hokkaido that day, but it said the air conditioner cannot be used from April to November, so I couldn’t turn on the heater, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I’m satisfied with both the price and how clean and spacious the Room was!

I’m a big person and tend to move around a lot in my sleep, so I was glad the semi-double bed was spacious. If I had to say one thing, the bathrobe was a bit small, so it would be nice if guests could choose the size… I also appreciated having mineral water in the refrigerator. If I have the opportunity to stay overnight in Eniwa again, I’d like to use this Accommodation.

This Accommodation is definitely a better choice than staying at a love hotel. The Accommodation Fee was great value, and the late checkout until 1:00 PM was perfect—I was very satisfied. I’d like to stay again. The night view was beautiful!

Located in Shinjuku 2-chome, the accommodation is completely quiet, allowing for a relaxing stay. Due to the compact building size, it was hard to locate the free coffee service and only realized it was where some foreign guests were gathered when leaving. I also wanted to use the washing machine but couldn't due to mismatched usage hours. Still, it's clear that efforts have been made to make the most of this older facility. I would like to stay here again. However, hotels in Shinjuku are ultimately priced too high for ordinary people...

I stayed in a private Room with an ocean view. The Room was spacious, and the entire building is clean and well maintained. There is a bath with a bathtub, separated for men and women. There are washing machines (I think there were three) and one dryer. Detergent is free. There are also plenty of items for drying clothes in your Room. Amenities are well stocked. The Room has a microwave, refrigerator, and tableware. I stayed at several Accommodations on Tanegashima, but this was the most comfortable one. Check-in and check-out are done via tablet, so you generally won’t meet any staff in person. You will receive a link in advance to register as a guest; once registered, you’ll be sent the entrance door PIN code. If you can’t receive SMS messages or haven’t received an email, please contact the Accommodation to confirm the guest registration website. I would like to stay here again when I visit Tanegashima. The owner was very kind. The Room was simple and clean. There was Wi-Fi, and a convenience store nearby, so we could relax. We were told there might be train noise and vibrations, but it didn’t bother us. When we contacted them about check-out, they kindly asked if the train noise and vibrations were okay and whether we had been able to relax. The owner was thoughtful until the very end. I was looking for a place around Kitahama and chose this Hotel because it was affordable. The location was convenient, and the Hotel was just as comfortable as other Business Hotels, which I really appreciated. Since I checked in late, the process was handled over the phone, so I was a little confused at first... But I’d definitely like to stay here again when I’m in Osaka City.

I’ve stayed in the Standard Double several times for theater trips. Because the toilet and bathroom are separate, you can enjoy a relaxing bath. There’s also a microwave in the room, which is convenient. The bed is spacious and has a reclining function, making it great for unwind

We stayed for two nights in mid-October with three generations of our family and our beloved dog, and we had a very comfortable stay in the spacious room. The cleanliness was exceptional, making it hard to believe it was a pet-friendly accommodation. The large living room and kitchen allowed us to enjoy cooking together as a family. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of cookware and tableware, so we had everything we needed. (We bought ingredients for dinner at a nearby supermarket.) The separate toilet and bathroom made it convenient for everyone to use without any hassle. It was also helpful that basic dog supplies like a cage and pet sheets were provided. Although pets were not allowed in the bedrooms, our dog relaxed comfortably in the living area. The location right in front of the slopes (Happo-One Ski Resort) was perfect for walking our dog, especially during early morning strolls which were incredibly refreshing. It was also easy to drive to Kurobishi-daira, where we enjoyed stunning autumn foliage—this year seemed to be an excellent year for fall colors! We would love to visit again during summer when the greenery is lush. Traveling with three generations of family members—and especially with a pet—can make choosing accommodations challenging, but this place exceeded all expectations. It's highly recommended for families traveling with small children (grandchildren), as you can relax comfortably in your room while enjoying quality time together!

We chose this place because we wanted to take our kids to the beach and enjoy a BBQ. We don’t have a car, so we look for places we can reach by train. It was great that we could get there with a train transfer and then just a 6-minute walk from the bus stop. As soon as we stepped through the entrance, the spacious, beautiful garden lifted our spirits too! The Room was very stylish, with a comfortable sofa where we could truly relax. The tiled floor felt great underfoot, and with glass doors across one side, it was wonderful to look out over the garden. We don’t have a dog, but there were no odors or pet hair at all—nothing bothered us. Maybe because we had kids with us, there were thoughtful touches like origami paper, colored pencils, and games (including “Nanja Monja”), and we enjoyed them all. It’s also close to the beach, and there’s a convenience store nearby—very convenient overall. The seafood restaurant was crowded so we gave up this time, but we’d love to try again next time. They also sell shaved ice at reception—we had mango and matcha. They said it’s made with homemade syrup, and it was delicious! The waves were a bit high since it was right before a typhoon, but our kids loved it—playing in the waves and on the sand. They also played card games in the garden, relaxed on the small hammock swinging back and forth, and even found frogs and grasshoppers—so they kept asking over and over: “When are we coming again?”
