This was my first stay. The front desk staff were very courteous. There were complimentary drinks on the first floor, and the ice-cold draft beer was excellent. The Room was spacious and had a massage chair, so I could relax, but I couldn’t adjust the air conditioning—when I tried to operate it, it turned off. I filled the in-room Onsen right away and enjoyed a very pleasant bath, but my parent, who has difficulty walking, said the step was high and felt scary. Since everything is flat around it, I thought a handrail would make it safer. I understand this may be difficult as it is not barrier-free. I was looking forward to dinner. Everything was delicious, including salt-grilled ayu and chicken hot pot, and even the white rice was excellent. The children’s lunch plate was also generous in portion size, and my child happily bit into a big fried shrimp. However, there was one thing that concerned me. My child’s dessert (a mousse-like item topped with fruit) that came with the lunch plate was taken away partway through for some reason. Since I happened to be on the phone at that moment, I wondered why. After that, as if nothing had happened, the removed dessert was served to an adult instead, and jelly was placed for my child. I assumed it had been a mistake, but I believe an explanation should have been given. Taking something once served to one person and then serving it to someone else seems inappropriate etiquette-wise. At the very least, some explanation when bringing out the jelly for my child would have been appreciated. Overall it is a wonderful Accommodation; only the dinner service response bothered me. I stayed on July 17, 2026. This is one of the few Hotels that came up when searching on a Accommodation Reservation site in the Inawashiro–Urabandai area for a two-meal plan that is not buffet-style. Across the road, Lake Inawashiro spreads out right in front of you. Nearby are a sightseeing boat pier and a marina, and the Hotel also has an attached modern restaurant with an amazing view, where we enjoyed delicious breakfast and dinner. The location is outstanding. The rooftop has a BBQ terrace overlooking the lake—perfect for spending fun time late into the night with like-minded friends. The mural in the second-floor bath was painted by a female sento mural artist, and the wall art around the staircase is refreshingly original. The building feels like it’s from Japan’s bubble era, so some age in the Facility is unavoidable, but there are thoughtful furnishings and touches to welcome guests, which I appreciated. I felt it’s a great place for groups to have fun together, such as for a mini training camp or retreat.

Although the location is a bit hard to find, the Room is spacious, the bed is large, the bathtub is clean, there is a microwave in the Room, the air conditioning is comfortable, an air purifier is provided, and the TV screen is large. Overall, it’s a clean Hotel that feels very satisfying for use as a Business Hotel. I was surprised to be told that they can no longer store luggage after check-out. I would like this to be improved.

Recommended for guests who want to fully enjoy skiing. The paid First Track option before regular operating hours is well worth it. You can also take a bath after check-out, and there are four washing machines available free of charge, which is very helpful for longer stays. The Room is small, but if you think of it as a ski training camp, it’s comfortable.

Stayed for 3 nights with my daughter, No Meals Included. The Room was very clean and quiet, but it was too compact, making it a bit challenging to open even a small suitcase (if both of us opened our suitcases at the same time, the floor space was completely occupied). It was convenient that we could store suitcases under the bed when not in use. The chair had wheels and could be moved easily, but due to the narrow space in the Room, moving it around was still difficult. A bit more space would have been ideal. The shower curtain in the bathroom was too short and barely reached the edge of the bathtub; water splashed outside when using the shower. A longer curtain would be better. As for the refrigerator, a salad I stored overnight froze by morning due to its strong cooling power—next time I'll pay more attention to placement and temperature settings. I used the laundry facilities; they were convenient as various payment methods were accepted besides coins. However, there were only two washing machines available, so including drying time meant waiting quite long. Adding one or two more machines would improve this. At checkout time, I realized I might not make it by 10 AM due to packing delays. When I requested an extension, staff kindly informed me that becoming a member allows free extensions until 11 AM and promptly assisted me with this option—I truly appreciated their support. I will definitely consider choosing your Hotel again for future stays!

I stayed for a week while visiting family. Hotel prices have risen significantly compared to before, and since I was mostly just sleeping there each day, I made a Reservation for a small Room. At check-in, it seemed like an upgrade—there were enough beds for everyone, and I was able to stay very comfortably. The guest Room was clean, and all the staff were kind. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Thank you very much.
