I have stayed here before, and it was great that the front desk staff kindly prepared a non-smoking room for me. The amenities are basic, but with a multiple night stay, they replaced the towels and other items, allowing me to stay very comfortably. Breakfast is also included

Compact and clean, it was nice. It was very quiet even during sleep. For a trip with two women, it would be even better if there was a full-length mirror in the Room. Also, it didn't show up when searched on Google Maps.

Thank you for accommodating our request to change the room due to a concern about the smell. The new room had a view of Mt. Fuji, though it was partially obscured by clouds. We managed to capture some photos during the morning when it was visible. We heard that this room has recently been renovated to be barrier-free. The entrance features half tatami flooring, and the low table makes it easy to open suitcases. Although we didn’t use the private bath in the room, there is a large public Onsen on the first floor accessible with a passcode for added security, allowing us to enjoy bathing with peace of mind. The Onsen includes three showers, one baby chair, and amenities such as cleansing oil, face wash, lotion, moisturizer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, cotton swabs, and cotton pads—all provided for your convenience. Please bring towels from your room when visiting. There were also several electric bicycles available and even some popular bikes on display in what seemed like an exhibition area. In front of the first-floor Onsen area are manga books and various play items available for guests' enjoyment. Yukata robes are provided nearby: sizes include 120cm for children; one size (150–160cm) for women; and options for men as well. While the exterior may appear aged from outside at first glance, inside is very clean with noticeable updates such as new carpets in hallways (at least on floors we explored). The café space on ground level adds charm too! In mornings limited-time complimentary coffee service awaits guests—a delightful touch before heading out exploring locally! On next day’s itinerary included visit Café Mont Blanc nearby—thankful parking arrangements made everything seamless enhancing overall experience greatly! Since there is no single room, I used a room for three people with a double bed and a semi-double bed for one person. The room was spacious, and the bath and toilet were in separate sections and were clean. There was also a small refrigerator where you can store drinks and food bought at a convenience store within walking distance. I would like to use this Stays again when visiting Kyoto.

I stayed for one night. It is a hotel like an apartment where you can cook and do laundry. The bath is separate from the toilet, and above all, it is clean and new, which I am very satisfied with. If I have a business trip planned in this area again, I will definitely stay here again.

In addition to the bedroom, there is a spacious living room, and the amenities are fully stocked. The bath is an Onsen! You can also see Mt. Yufu from the balcony, making this a very satisfying stay.

Thank you for taking care of us on our ski trip. It had been a while since we last stayed at this Accommodation, and we found the charming Western-style building very relaxing, especially with the fireplace in the restaurant. The building is a bit old, but the Room and bathrooms were kept very clean. The hamburger steak dinner was delicious, and on the second night of our Multiple Night Stay we had roast beef. The portions were a little small, so on the second night we bought a late-night snack at a convenience store. On New Year’s Eve, we could also see the countdown fireworks from our Room. It’s quite far from Tokyo so we can’t visit often, but we’d like to stay here again when we go to Appi.

It was my first time staying at a trailer house Hotel, and although I was initially anxious, it was neither cold nor unclean, and I had a comfortable stay. Additionally, they kindly accommodated a sudden change to dinner plans. Everyone was so kind, making this Hotel highly recommended if you're in the area. The barbecue meat was delicious. The Room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very delicious. If dinner is available, I would like to try it as well. I was very satisfied that they accommodated us from as early as 6:30 a.m. The bath is small and can get full with 2–4 people, but it is new and a good size. Since it operates on a rotating schedule for men and women, you need to pay attention to the time. It cannot be used in the morning or late at night, but since this is not a large Hotel, I think this is understandable from an operational standpoint. The location is also good, as convenience stores and roadside stations are within walking distance.

With that much food and access to the Onsen, I think it’s very reasonably priced. I don’t feel relaxed when there are too many people, so the number of Rooms was just right, and I was able to unwind and relax comfortably. It’s an Onsen Accommodation I want to visit again and

Although the building is very old, everything was thoroughly cleaned throughout, and I had a very pleasant stay. All of the staff were so polite it almost made me feel bad. There are also staff members who speak excellent English, so international guests should have no trouble. The meals were generous—perhaps a slightly smaller Plan could be offered as well. The open-air bath, the large public bath, and the in-Room bath (a bit small) all had wonderful water quality. I stayed for two nights from Friday, and quite often it felt like we had the baths to ourselves. For international guests, there seemed to be some confusion about where to take off slippers and how to use the small towel. If you could provide explanations not only in words but also with simple illustrations and written instructions, I think everyone could enjoy bathing more comfortably (for example: dry your body before returning to the changing area—sometimes the floor ends up quite wet). It’s about a 10-minute walk from the station, very quiet, and perfect for relaxing. This is a Ryokan I would like to visit again to support them going forward. On departure they kindly prepared to drive me to the station, but since I still had time before my train I decided to walk instead—and I was surprised when they even apologized for that. Everyone was truly kind. Lastly, the attendant in charge of my Room was friendly and helpful, leaving me with an excellent overall impression. Thank you very much for taking care of me.

The room was clean and very pleasant. The children felt at home and relaxed. We understood the Goemon bath concept, but the fixed shower and concrete feel were a bit disappointing. Due to the extreme heat during the day, the temperature on the second floor did not cool down enough for sleeping, so we had to sleep on the first floor, which was unfortunate. We would appreciate it if you could consider measures to address the heat on the second floor. The meals and service were excellent, and we were very satisfied. Thank you very much!

Even though dogs are allowed, the place was very clean and spacious, and we were very satisfied! It was disappointing that there were no amenities such as toothbrushes. The refrigerator was large, and we were given a Room with an oven, so we could cook what we wanted, which was great! There is no elevator, so carrying luggage up to the 3rd floor and getting our dog upstairs was tough. There was a dog run, but since there was no explanation, we didn’t know where it was; we only noticed it before leaving and couldn’t use it, which was disappointing. Since our Room had only a shower, we couldn’t go out leaving our dog behind, so we couldn’t go to the Onsen—having a bathtub would have been nice. We were bothered by the sound of laundry on the same floor late at night, but overall it was good and we’d like to stay again!

The traditional farmhouse has been beautifully renovated—it was truly lovely, spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. For dinner by the irori hearth, the staff grilled skewers for us, and we left completely satisfied. Everyone on the team was kind and listened attentively, and my elderly father seemed to have a great time as well. Spend time in the panoramic bath while gazing at the stars, then wake up refreshed with a morning soak as you look out toward Mt. Aso glowing in the sunrise before heading to breakfast. I was impressed by the gentle, delicious Nankan-age in the miso soup, asked where to buy it, and purchased some to take home. The tofu was also handmade by the Hotel, and I felt satisfied and energized from the morning.

When making the reservation, only smoking rooms were available instead of non-smoking ones, so I was initially concerned about the smell. However, it wasn't as bothersome as I had expected. The proximity to Akasaka Station was also very convenient. I would like to stay here again
