The service, the Onsen water quality, and the meals were all so wonderful that there was nothing to complain about. The only thing that made me hesitate was that the tea and water at the vending machines were a bit pricey. The entire building was thoroughly cleaned and very beautiful. The Onsen was described as being like “lotion for your skin.” The front desk staff also said it was excellent, but since many places claim that, I didn’t think much of it at first. However, it wasn’t like any of the silky Onsen I’ve tried before—truly smooth yet refreshing. The temperature was just right, and the open-air bath was outstanding. The food tasted amazing—delicious in a genuinely well-crafted way without relying on expensive ingredients to impress—and we could really enjoy local specialties. Breakfast was also excellent. Above all, every staff member was pleasant, making this an Accommodation we were completely satisfied with. I’d love to come back!

My wife’s favorite. A wonderful Accommodation that makes you want to come back again and again. This was our third stay, including Reservations made by my wife. This time it was a gift from me. It’s truly exceptional every time, so I wanted to leave a Review. Our usual way of spending time here is enjoying authentic organic coffee brewed with the espresso machine in the Room. Sipping coffee while looking down over the terraced rice fields through the large window of the tatami room, we both forgot about our phones and were able to relax for the first time in a while. Breakfast was also outstanding: rice harvested from the terraced fields right in front of us, cooked in a clay pot. The miso soup made with additive-free black soybean miso and dried-sardine broth felt gentle on the body, and this simple yet carefully prepared meal is something we truly appreciate. Although the sky was unfortunately cloudy this time, the earthy scent after the rain and the lush, misty view of the terraced fields were beautiful—we could have watched it forever. At night, a few fireflies drifted softly through the air, and my wife and I were moved by how magical it felt. Another great memory was chatting casually with the landowner who came by to check on the rice paddies; we learned about local life and culture. It warmed my heart to realize that this beautiful nature is preserved thanks to such careful stewardship by people in the community. A staff member told us that “the Milky Way in July and even midwinter starry skies are beautiful,” so next time we’d love to visit in another season with stargazing in mind. We stayed here after visiting Universal Studios Japan. 4 adults: 69,000 yen. No BBQ, breakfast only. Since the park was open past 10 pm, we arrived at 11 pm and basically just slept. The place was spacious and the heating was warm (there were three heaters, but we only needed one). It was also nice to have two sinks. A few small issues: we found hair on the bedding in two spots, and although there were four adults, there were only three coffee packets provided. (There were about ten packets of sugar and creamer… compared to just three coffees.) I also wish there had been tea bags. Not everyone drinks coffee, so it would be nice to have a drink option for both morning and night. As for breakfast, the hamburger was very filling—honestly a bit too heavy for older guests. Also, some people can’t eat meat, so it would be great to have non-meat options. The juice choice was apple juice only. Maybe because of the heating, the futons felt quite thin. We brought our own blankets, so it worked out. It was pitch-dark at night, but when we woke up in the morning, the view was beautiful. Overall we were satisfied. It felt like a waste to stay somewhere this nice just to sleep—next time we’d like to try the BBQ as well. Thank you very much.

We stayed for three nights on a family trip. We were soothed by the staff’s wonderful smiles and warm hospitality. Above all, the meals each day were outstanding. Dinner featured fresh sashimi and abalone, carefully prepared small side dishes and simmered items, melt-in-your-mouth Iki beef, sea bream rice, and delicious white rice—everything was deeply satisfying. The menu changed daily, making it a truly luxurious experience. Breakfast was also full of dishes that went perfectly with rice and gave us great energy for the day. Right next to the Accommodation is Iki Airport. You can watch planes land up close in the morning and evening. There is also a beach directly below the Accommodation; the water clarity was excellent, there was no litter, and our children could play safely. The futons in our Room had thick mattresses layered double, so even in a Japanese-style room we slept comfortably like on a bed and could rest well. The bath water quality was great too—it left our skin feeling smooth. This is an Accommodation I highly recommend. We would love to stay again when we visit Iki.

It was an Accommodation that became a wonderful memory for our wedding anniversary trip. Special Room “Kumo” We enjoyed a delicious meal at the counter seats, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The open-air bath in the Room was also excellent—we could soak while watching the fishing lights.

I stayed here to visit Mitsumine Shrine. They responded kindly and promptly to my inquiries even before my stay, and just as the Reviews said, the meals were delicious—I was very satisfied.\nBecause I left early in the morning, they prepared rice balls for breakfast; I was truly touched by their thoughtfulness—three rice balls along with a vegetable juice.

This was my first time staying at a temple Accommodation, and I was truly impressed by the cheerful and courteous guidance from all the staff. The matcha and sweets were delicious, and the Room—along with the toilet and washbasin area—had been renovated and was very clean. The Onsen is not free-flowing, but it is highly alkaline with a high pH; it warmed me thoroughly and left my skin smooth. The open-air bath can also be reserved privately by Room, so my spouse and I could enjoy it together in peace. The meals were an outstanding tofu kaiseki course, all incredibly delicious. The salt-grilled ayu was also wonderful—I even tried eating the head for the first time and could really enjoy its aroma and crispy texture. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. The owner is a lead priest, kindly conducted morning prayers for us, and even gave us a protective talisman at the end—I was very satisfied. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

As this Accommodation has only just opened and there weren’t many Reviews yet, we arrived feeling a bit nervous, but we had a wonderful time with our dog. We chose the Plan with two meals included, and the BBQ dinner came with an amazing variety of ingredients: surf clams, whelks, whole grilled squid, atka mackerel, beef, pork, chicken, seasonal vegetables, plus soup curry to finish and even dessert—so we were completely full. There was plenty of food, but because it was simply seasoned with salt and pepper it felt light and let us fully enjoy the natural flavors. Since the BBQ is on the terrace, I recommend checking sunset time and setting your schedule accordingly. We started after dark this time and ended up having a BBQ in low light. Until we noticed there was a terrace lantern provided on the living room table, we did our best eating while lighting things up with our phone flashlight. In the morning they delivered a breakfast set to our Room, and we enjoyed a relaxing meal on the terrace while looking out at Mt. Komagatake. The salad, eggs, and milk were all delicious—an excellent menu that really let us savor Hokkaido’s bounty. The most moving part of this stay was the star-filled night sky. With no surrounding lights at all, countless stars spread across the entire sky—it was so beautiful we could have watched forever—and it became an unforgettable family memory. There is also a fireplace in the living room, so I’m sure it would be warm in winter with an equally wonderful view. We’d love to stay again.
