All the staff members were very approachable and easy to talk to, making our stay very comfortable. The guest room was also very clean (this is important), with sufficient facilities and amenities, allowing us to enjoy views of Miyako Blue and Irabu Bridge (Irabu Ohashi). Addit

Once again this year, I treated myself to a solo stay at Komorebi and fully enjoyed the dappled sunlight. I was welcomed back with a smile and “Welcome home” from the butler, and Mr. Y also showed thoughtful care. I was truly moved by the exceptional hospitality and felt relaxed

The SKYSPA public bath is, of course, wonderful, and the room's private bath features a large tub with a jacuzzi where you can fully stretch your legs. The amenities are well-stocked, including bath salts, ensuring a satisfying bathing experience. For food and drinks, there’s dri

Above all, what’s truly wonderful is that every staff member welcomes you with a genuine smile. Their words feel warm and heartfelt, never routine. The perfectly renovated interior is spotless, with stylish Scandinavian furniture—pure relaxation from start to finish. I definitely

I first visited in March and have been coming every month until August. There is a new menu each month, and everything has been delicious. The grilled eel and pike conger with plum sauce from last month were particularly outstanding. This month's highlights included the tuna tast

I had a very pleasant stay. All of the staff were extremely courteous, and the restaurant team in particular was attentive to each guest and kindly took care of us. Not only the room but also the hallways and other areas throughout the property were well maintained and spotlessly clean. Thanks to the warm hospitality and comfortable environment, I was able to relax and enjoy my time here. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

It was a wonderful accommodation. The hospitality was exceptional, making my stay comfortable and relaxing throughout. The towels and samue were soft to the touch, and thoughtful details like a large mirror for makeup in the bathroom, cute toothbrush holders, and adorable scrun

We didn't have to leave our dog behind, so it became a dog-first trip. The staff who attended to us were full of hospitality spirit, making our stay pleasant. The food was delicious, the room was clean, and I would like to visit the Regina Facility again. Above all, our timid

During the Obon holidays, my daughter and her husband came back home with our grandchild, and we stayed here. It’s a Hotel specialized for children, and our grandchild was absolutely delighted. With the all-inclusive plan, we fully enjoyed both alcoholic and soft drinks. The meals were buffet-style, which made my daughters very happy as well. We also enjoyed the late-night snacks. We stayed in Room “Casual 10,” and since there are only two Rooms on the 8th floor, it was very spacious and cute. Everyone loved it—our grandchild especially—and kept saying how wonderful it was! The baths were also great; we were able to use both a private bath and the large public bath. Everyone was extremely satisfied. Thank you very much.

Every single dish is simply exquisite. After dinner hours feature live jazz band performances in the lobby—a perfect setting to order drinks at the bar and enjoy another delightful moment. For breakfast, I always opt for the buffet because it's my favorite! The chef prepares ma

You can even whisk your own matcha for a relaxing time. Additionally, having access to the lounge at the affiliated Shijo Hotel is an incredible perk. In the evening, enjoy alcohol time with snacks like nuts, creating a perfect moment of bliss as you relax in your room afterward

Just like last time, we had a very comfortable stay. True to the name “Sunset Village,” dinner while watching the stunning sunset—so much like being at an overseas resort—was truly delightful. Our beloved dog, who is like family to us, ran freely around the spacious dog run and relaxed indoors as well; simply watching was soothing. We are very satisfied with the well-maintained facilities and the clean, comfortable environment. If possible, having a standing fan or air circulator would be convenient when we want to cool down on the BBQ terrace or indoors. We would appreciate your consideration. From the large windows and terrace, we could gaze at the huge trees right in front of us, many boats floating on the sea, and the scenery across the water—it’s easy to lose track of time. We’re already looking forward to our next stay. Thank you very much for taking care of us.

The hospitality from the proprietress and all the staff, as well as the meals and the Onsen, were all outstanding. The attendant also treated us with great care, and we felt thoughtful attention in every detail. The open-air bath in the Room was spacious and wonderfully open—I

This was my third stay during the New Year. Very satisfied! Great value for money. Thanks to the attentive service from the hotel staff from the New Year, I was able to spend my time comfortably. Really grateful. I will use it again next New Year. One or two requests..

Towels and amenities are provided before entering the baths, so you can go empty-handed. The detox water after bathing was amazing. The open-air bath in the Room was also incredibly relaxing—I used it more than 10 times. I was happy they provided a bathrobe, samue loungewear,

The sommelier selected wines and sake that paired perfectly with each dish, making everything taste even better. The Room was calm and relaxing as well—it became a blissful summer holiday. Thank you all very much. We’ll be back again next year, and we look forward to seeing you

I am an Onsen enthusiast who stays over 80 nights a year, mainly in Izu. I have stayed at Kameya Keian more than 30 nights in the past, and this year I stayed for 4 nights. The cuisine was artistic in presentation, and the flavor—especially the richness of the dashi—was something no other Hotel or Ryokan can match; it was absolutely outstanding. The Onsen water quality is excellent, as expected of the historic Izunagaoka Onsen, making this a top-rated Onsen Ryokan. I will visit again.

The group members were delighted, saying it was wonderful, very satisfying, and the best ever. It was truly a great choice of property. The staff's greetings and small attentions made for a pleasant start, and we were filled with surprise and excitement at the luxurious dinner. E
