The Onsen, with free-flowing golden mineral water continuously pouring in, felt especially luxurious. I was told it comes directly from the hot spring source right next to the Hotel. I ended up soaking again and again—it was incredibly relaxing and simply the best!! The meals w

The result? It was absolutely amazing! First of all, the tea in the lounge was delicious (super important). They offered herbal teas and decaf blends created by Lupicia, which were a delight for a tea enthusiast like me. Especially noteworthy were the herbal teas. While many h

We were completely satisfied with every aspect of our stay. The room we chose was slightly spacious, and its ambiance, including the color scheme, materials used for fixtures and flooring, provided us with a very comfortable experience. The overall design, atmosphere, textures

This was my first time staying at this Hotel, and I was extremely satisfied with it. We stayed in a Superior Twin room on the 12th floor for two nights with breakfast included, as a group of three including a toddler. First of all, the breakfast burger was incredibly delicious!

- The toilet and bath were separate, making it very relaxing to bathe. - There was plenty of space in both the bathtub and washing area, so bath time was truly enjoyable. The amenities included a bath additive, which was a nice touch. - Even though it was a single Room, it fe

This was my first time using the service. I was very satisfied with the quality of the Room and the amenities as a Property! The spacious Room with calm furnishings allowed both the children and grandma to relax comfortably. I am very satisfied, but there is one point. The numb

I enjoyed them after the bath as well! The staff responded with smiles, which was reassuring. Thank you very much. I think it's a hotel where families, couples, and solo travelers can enjoy comfortably. My son said, "Let's come again!!" (Of course, I agree.) Next time,

It’s a new Hotel, and I really enjoyed using the bath. When I asked at the front desk, they provided fresh towels, so I was able to take another bath at night as well. To enter the women’s bath area, you need to enter a PIN on a touch panel, which might be a bit confusing for old

This was my second stay, after about a year, and it’s truly a relaxing Hotel. The interior is simple and clean. The location is quiet, yet there’s a convenience store nearby, which is very handy. The elevator requires a room key to access the upper floors, so the security feels r

The staff who helped with luggage storage and guided us in the elevator hall were excellent—polite, hospitable, and made our stay very comfortable. One downside might be having four different breakfast venues to choose from—it’s hard to decide (lol). Great location as well; I

Since it opened in 2021, both the room and the lobby are very clean. The room feels particularly spacious for this type of business hotel. The desk is also wide, allowing for comfortable use. The bath and toilet are together, but the bathtub is large and very clean. The wallpaper

The Room was clean, and the semi-double bed was spacious. Being on the ladies' floor, the amenities like shampoo were of high quality—such a great Hotel. The pillow was amazing—absolutely perfect. I want one! Honestly, I even want the bed frame and mattress because they were so

The Room was clean, and I was happy to have a ReFa shower head. If I could ask for one thing, I’d love it if ReFa hair dryers were available to rent, even for a fee. The front desk staff were very helpful as well, so I’d like to stay here again when I’m in Shinjuku. Next time, I

It was also convenient to check the crowd status of the Onsen and restaurants using the in-room tablet. Despite the busy season, all staff members greeted us with smiles and paid attention to every detail, allowing us to enjoy a wonderful year-end and New Year experience.

We arrived at the Hotel a bit early and were delighted to find juice and snacks in the lobby that our child loved. Before dinner, we enjoyed spending time with karaoke and games. The buffet had a wide variety of dishes, especially the seafood, which was incredibly delicious.

Once again, we had an enjoyable stay. The food is consistently excellent, with high-quality ingredients that satisfy the entire family every time we visit. In particular, the meat, tempura, salmon marinade, and sashimi are outstanding. We also love the sweet potato cooked wit

For breakfast, we went to the 10th floor of View Hotel's main building and enjoyed delicious food while gazing at Tokyo Skytree. Since there were four of us, we stayed in connecting rooms but also spent time chatting comfortably in the lounge with some snacks. It was a very enj
