Everything was excellent—the access from the station, the floor level of the room, and the spaciousness—and the amenities were more than sufficient, making my stay very comfortable. The in-room TV was also large and came with apps, so I enjoyed spending time in the room as well.

It was hard to imagine a large group relaxing in one room, but the room was spacious. The kitchen in the room was equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, allowing us to prepare ingredients and enjoy cooking together. We hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you

The garden was well-maintained with beautiful blue hydrangeas in bloom. We used the laundry facilities with detergent provided multiple times—it was very convenient! All of the hotel staff were kind and attentive. We would love to stay here again if we have another opportunity!

I also had a chance to speak again with that concierge in the lounge, and I’m truly grateful for their kindness as well as the warm hospitality from all of your staff. I’m not sure how many of us will visit next time, but we would love to stay at this Hotel again. Thank you very

I enjoyed bathing multiple times, and the onsen truly lived up to its reputation as one of Japan's three most famous hot springs! The highlight of Kinsan is the Kyoto-style Kaiseki cuisine. Every dish was delicious! From Kobe beef to seasonal delights like "matsutake mushrooms

Before my stay, I emailed “Yorozuya Kanko Rurikoh Official” with a few questions, and they responded quickly and courteously. The large public bath, atmospheric open-air bath, and sauna were all excellent. Above all, the food at the seasonal dining restaurant “Nisaburo” was a
