The Room was clean and comfortable to stay in; however, there was some dust on top of the ventilation fan above the sink area which caught my attention—please check this point for improvement. I would love to stay at Daiwa Roynet Group Hotels again if given another opportunity!

The buffet we were looking forward to was very satisfying! There was a kids' menu with chicken rice, hamburgers, nuggets, takoyaki, strawberry fondue, and ice cream, which the children were very pleased with. Of course, adults wanted to try everything, but the menu was so extensi

Less than a 2-minute walk from Miyakonojo Station, and in a great location close enough to walk to AEON as well! I drove, and the parking lot was very spacious and easy to park in. The front desk is on the first floor, and all the staff were very kind. The Room’s bath and toilet

Check-in and check-out were smooth, the guest room was clean, and I had a pleasant stay. The welcome wine and the coffee available in the lobby were both delicious. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and it was a bit disappointing that I couldn't try everything

The Hotel Room was spotless, with no odors at all—truly clean and wonderful. The meals over both days were delicious and luxurious, perfectly seasoned, and left us completely satisfied. Since our travel mood depends greatly on the food and how we feel about the Room, we were mo

At this Hotel, the beds are on the firmer side and also spacious, so I always sleep very well. With practical details like the placement of the sink and table, it’s such a comfortable Room that next time I’d love to do a Multiple Night Stay if possible. Breakfast is great too—yo

The in-room dining with seafood, meat, vegetables, and rice was excellent! The room was so spacious that I couldn't use all the space! I was very satisfied with both the open-air bath in the room and the large public bath! I would love to stay again! Thank you very much.

The autumn pike conger hot pot with Awaji Island onions and matsutake mushrooms was absolutely fantastic—worth visiting just for this dish alone! The grilled Awaji beef with autumn vegetables on ceramic plates was also incredibly delicious. Even the original dessert impressed me.

All the staff were pleasant and provided excellent service. The next day, I stayed at Nekoma Rikyuu accommodation, and the transition between accommodations was smooth due to good coordination. A few minor issues: The buffet area felt crowded and not very relaxing due to many

We were very satisfied with the spacious Room. The hair dryer was a ReFa, which made my wife happy as well. It was also convenient to be able to complete the checkout procedure from the Room. And the buffet menu on the first floor …was different on day 1 and day 2 (everything exc

I had a comfortable time, thank you very much! The Room cannot be said to be spacious, but it has a table, chairs, glasses, and coffee cups, so I could spread out my brought-in meals and relax on the bed. The amenities are abundant, and the bathtub and bathroom are in ivory ton

I tried three types of sake in small cups, and they were excellent. Of course, everything I ate was delicious. I’m completely satisfied again and made more wonderful memories this time too. If you have a chance to visit Kyoto, definitely give it a try—highly recommended Hotel!

Thank you! While the property shows some age, the spacious and well-cleaned Room was very satisfying. The tatami mats were new, making our stay comfortable. The pool was exciting, especially the slide which was faster than expected and full of thrills! The wave pool was also

The staff were very helpful, and we were satisfied. Our Room was Japanese-style, and it was nice that it could be divided into separate spaces with sliding doors. We were a bit concerned that the toilet area had a step up. The view was also great, and we had a very pleasant stay.
