They advertise that you can check in in one second by scanning your membership information on your smartphone, but at every APA I’ve stayed at, it always shows an error the first time. It’s also routine for a staff member to come over and start by asking to see my membership card

Actually, I had tried to book this hotel for years but couldn't stay due to changes in plans, so I was delighted to finally stay. If you're staying with Tokyo Station as your base, this is a hotel you'd want to choose without hesitation. Thank you very much. I will visit ag

Just a short walk from Shintomicho Station, and also within walking distance of central Ginza and Takaracho Station, making it very convenient. There is also a convenience store just a few minutes away (a 7-Eleven), so I chose a Plan without breakfast. Everything was satisfactory

It's a very good Hotel with nothing to complain about. First, the bath has a bathroom and a bathtub, just like at home! It's spacious and easy to enter. The Room doesn't feel cramped at all, and you can spend your time comfortably. The Room is always clean and comfortable to

The bathroom in the room is well-equipped, just like the one in a home apartment, allowing you to relax as if you were at home. The room itself is clean and tidy. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, featuring local ingredients, and I always look forward to the Washin-

Breakfast was served set-meal style, and I enjoyed it while thinking how delicious Fukushima is—freshly cooked rice and grilled fish were excellent. All of the staff had such natural smiles that they helped me feel at ease even though I was a little nervous in an unfamiliar place

We stayed here while visiting to celebrate my second son’s wife’s birthday. The location was convenient, with easy access and close to where we had dinner. Best of all was the breakfast buffet—especially the sea bream rice. Matsuyama Castle is also nearby, making it a great place

The Yonaki Soba was exceptional with its rich broth—arguably the best in Dormy history. Its taste surpasses that of typical Business Hotel ramen and rivals that of specialty ramen shops. Interestingly, I learned for the first time during this stay that you can order a large port

I stayed for one night during a business trip to Niigata. After finishing work and checking in from Tokyo to Niigata, I was first impressed by the extensive free amenities. In addition to lotion, there were face masks, hair masks, and bath additives, allowing me to fully relax
