The Room was wonderful. The high ceiling made it feel very open and spacious. The food was also delicious!! The corn mayonnaise pizza was outstanding—I was truly impressed! Also, the baguette I ordered had a lovely wheat aroma and was more than delicious enough on its own! For breakfast, the chicken soup curry had great spices and was really tasty! The pork miso soup—maybe pork really is best—was No. 1 among all I’ve ever had! As expected for a winery Hotel, the wine was incredibly good as well! The staff were very pleasant, which made the stay even better. One thing I noticed was a slight odor coming from the kitchen drain. I feel this happens fairly often in Rooms with kitchens (not only at this Hotel). I’d like to see this improved. It would also be nice to have a diffuser with a pleasant scent—good fragrance helps you relax... Everything else was excellent, so I’d love to stay again someday. Next time, I plan to arrive with plenty of room in my stomach and fully enjoy the food and wine.

Every time we come, the staff provide wonderful hospitality just as always, along with delicious meals and a relaxing Onsen that welcomes us and helps us unwind from everyday fatigue. Our dog is now a senior, but this is a precious place we can visit easily and without stress. W

The staff provide courteous and kind service. The bath and in-room amenities are well stocked. As it was midwinter, a warming gel pack had been placed inside the bedding, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of a cozy, warm futon. The Room air conditioner kept us plenty warm, and a fan heater was also provided as a backup to further heat the room if needed. The meals were excellent in both taste and portion size. We were able to fully enjoy spiny lobster until we were completely satisfied. Overall, it is a wonderful Accommodation with an elegant atmosphere.

This was my second stay. The silky hot spring is excellent, but I always feel that the butlers' thoughtfulness is wonderful. This time, on the way to the property, I purchased two bottles of Nabeshima at Taguri Sake Shop, and asked for delivery at the property. They packed them

I had a very comfortable stay. The service, food, and location were all very satisfying. One concern: I felt the height of the privacy screens at the large public bath might still allow it to be seen from the beach in front, which bothered me.

Bath salts were available next to the front desk. Both the room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. For guests with dogs, they provide dog sheets, cages, food bowls, and water bowls. There’s also a dedicated dog run—not very spacious but sufficient enough for use.

The riverside open-air bath was closed, but we used the outdoor Onsen reached by going down 300 steps. The staircase is so narrow that only one person can pass at a time. We were told it’s open until 11:00 p.m., but we were worried about our footing at night, so we went in the evening and again in the morning. While soaking, we enjoyed the river’s flow and the mountains, listening to the sound of the water. The stairs were tough, but I truly felt glad we came. The semi-open-air bath down about 20 steps was also wonderful, with a clear view of the mountains right in front of you. The temperature was perfect for me. I didn’t expect much from the indoor bath, but it had large windows and felt very pleasant; there was a jacuzzi, a reclining bath, and a hotter pool where we could relax comfortably. Everyone at the Accommodation was very kind and welcoming. Dinner came in many small dishes. The beef and the meatballs in the hot pot were delicious. Even simple items like the beef sauce, hot-pot broth, and pickles were all excellent. The portions were just right for us as a couple. I think you need to be fairly fit to visit an outdoor Onsen that requires going down 300 steps—but I’m really glad we did. This isn’t about the Accommodation itself, but both the bus driver from Nasushiobara Station and the person at Shiobara Onsen Terminal who explained a map of Shiobara Onsen were incredibly friendly, which made our memories of this trip even better. Thank you very much!

The Hotel was clean with nothing to complain about. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and it’s only 7 minutes to Airport Terminal 2—excellent access. I didn’t use it, but there is also a free shuttle bus from the Hotel to the airport. I’ll definitely

The building is new, so both the exterior and room were very clean. Having a separate area to take off shoes made it more relaxing. Since it was a family room, the space was large and very convenient to use. Having two sinks in the room was also great. The spacious bathro

The spacious and clean washbasin is equipped with everything women appreciate, such as a high-end hairdryer, and there are proper amenities and towels. There is also a luxurious dressing table. Moreover, there is a high-end model of a massage chair available for free. There is a

My mother, my wife, and I stayed for one night in one Room. It was a Japanese-style Room, and it was clean and well maintained, with a great selection of amenities. The body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and face wash were all high quality and felt wonderful to use. The front desk staff were very pleasant and welcoming, and the breakfast had a wide variety of dishes and was very delicious. If I have the chance to visit Shimane again, I will definitely stay here again.

Everything was delicious, filling, and satisfying. The restaurant had a very homely atmosphere, making the experience even better. For breakfast, we could choose between Japanese or Western style; we opted for Japanese cuisine and were equally delighted with its taste and qual

I come to Wakayama once a month and stay here each time. This time, the front desk was extremely helpful, and I really appreciated it—thank you to the front desk staff. Also, when I write my requests on the in-room questionnaire, they are sometimes fulfilled later on. I’m very grateful. I also like the Facilities, such as the large parking lot, public bath, and breakfast service.

The guest room and bathroom were more spacious than the Business Hotels I usually stay at, making for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast offered a well-balanced selection of Japanese and Western dishes, along with local specialties, and I was very satisfied. I would like to s

This was our second stay, following last year. Spacious and comfortable—our 7- and 5-year-old kids were thrilled and kept saying, “This place is the best!” Last year breakfast was Japanese-style, but this time it was Western-style, which seemed easier for the kids to enjoy.

The thoughtful consideration to ensure guests can relax and unwind was evident throughout. I enjoyed spending time in the spacious bath, choosing the firmness of pillows and beds, which made my stay very comfortable. Although I couldn't sleep much due to personal reasons, being able to use the large public bath even late at night helped me relax, which was wonderful. Recently, I've stayed at many business hotels without meals, so the breakfast buffet was a delightful service. Additionally, the courteous hospitality allowed me to have a pleasant stay. Thank you very much for your excellent care and service!

The Room was very spacious, and it was conveniently located near the station.

We stayed with three families and one dog. The place was spotless, the Facilities were well equipped, and we were extremely satisfied! The BBQ, pool, and sauna were all amazing. The high fence meant we didn’t have to worry about the surroundings at all. We’ve stayed at various dog-friendly villas before, but this one is the best.

Both the car rental shop and a udon restaurant for breakfast were within walking distance. The front desk staff were very kind, the cleanliness of the hotel and room was excellent, and I could use the elevator without worrying about waiting time. During this hot summer trip, havi

Chose this place based on reviews, as they wanted a clean business hotel close to the station. As expected, the breakfast was excellent. They were amazed to have Tai Chazuke in the morning and found it delightful. The staff were efficient and provided pleasant service. Will
