I stay here every month because I love the calm atmosphere and the polite service of the staff. The location is convenient, being close to downtown and the station, and the cleanliness is excellent, allowing me to enjoy a comfortable stay each time. However, regarding multip

The Room was clean and comfortable, a relaxing space where we could unwind. Both dinner and breakfast were served in our Room, with a table full of fresh dishes that left us completely satisfied. We also enjoyed soaking in the bath at our leisure, which helped wash away the day’s

Traveling by train, I was surprised to find such a wonderful Hotel in Uno. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. We also went to Tamano-yu on both days and enjoyed a relaxing time there. There are plenty of places for lunch, and the yakitori we had at night was the best I’ve

I visited after a long time. I could only book the Connect Twin before, but since it was a weekday, I was able to stay in the Wide View Twin again. The large windows offering expansive views of the sea and city were wonderful! The Room also had a massage chair. The public bath was as great as ever, providing a relaxing experience. The shampoo and other amenities were different from before, but they didn’t cause any dryness or irritation, which was reassuring. There was also a Refa hair dryer available. Please note that there is no sauna for women in the morning. Breakfast offers a choice between Japanese and Western set meals, with unlimited refills of salad, rice, bread, coffee, etc., making it very satisfying. It seemed like most guests chose the Japanese set meal; I opted for the Western one and appreciated that freshly grilled sausages were brought to my table when they ran out initially. The Himi Udon noodles were also delicious! Parking is convenient if you arrive early enough—you can park on Hotel’s 1st floor or at the flat lot across from it. Even if those are full, the municipal parking isn’t too far away either. It was an excellent stay with great value for money and left me feeling very satisfied overall. The staff provided exceptionally pleasant service throughout my visit. Oh yes—the complimentary coffee service on the 1st floor is much appreciated! Because of this amenity, having only powdered tea in Room wasn’t an issue at all. Thank you very much!

The Room is bright and clean. I like the large public bath with its spacious tub that warms you up, and this time I also enjoyed a morning bath. It’s convenient that you can check how crowded it is in advance. Breakfast offers different side-dish options each day, so even on a Mu

The interior renovation is excellent, and the bath is so spacious that you want to relax in it. It's the perfect location to see the Canaletto exhibition at the Kyoto Prefectural Museum. After enjoying plenty of Venetian paintings, it's a luxurious space to drink Italian wine at

The bath was excellent too—we didn’t even have time to enjoy the manga corner... We had such a great time that we wanted to extend our stay. We were also very happy with the 11:00 check-out time. We’d love to stay here again as a stopover on our trip. We were satisfied wit

I had forgotten about the bathhouse! It was a perfect size, clean, and allowed me to relax and clear my mind in the bath. Much appreciated. The room was more spacious than I expected and very comfortable. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities like a phone charger. Overa

I’d been curious about this place for a while, so this was my first stay. Just as the title says, it’s all 5s. First of all, all the Hotel staff were truly kind and attentive to every detail. Our Room was upgraded to a Mt. Fuji–side Room with beds. The Room and bathroom were both

I regret not using the large bath. I definitely want to come back and relax next time. For breakfast, there are many places where the rice is not very tasty recently, but the rice at Sankoin was delicious. I look forward to my next stay. Check-in and check-out were also smoot

Both the Hotel and the Room were very clean, which really lifted my mood! The desk was spacious, and the bed springs were great as well. On top of that, the female staff member at reception kindly arranged for my friend and me to have adjacent Rooms, which made me very happy. The

Since the full renovation, every facility has been spotless. I was satisfied with everything, but I was especially surprised at how spacious all four private baths were—and they were impeccably clean. The water was excellent, with no unpleasant chlorine smell that can sometimes b

We came this time to enjoy the spiny lobster dishes and to stay again in a room with a private open-air bath. We requested the highest-tier Shochikubai plan, and it truly was top class—two lobsters per person, and both my wife and I were completely satisfied. We were worried about the typhoon, but it didn’t affect our stay, and we enjoyed the bath many times. At check-out, someone who seemed to be the manager kindly saw us off, and we left feeling very comfortable. My wife and I agreed that we’d like to come back again in our later years. Thank you very much.

Amenities for dogs, such as a cage and pet sheets, were very well-prepared. Meals were delicious and filling. The onsen water was silky smooth and amazing. The changing open-air baths also provided a wonderful view of the Chikugo River, offering a sense of openness and relaxation

The service was very attentive, the Room was clean, and the meals offered a great variety.

For a one-night stay with little luggage, it provided ample space and was well-equipped with amenities, leaving me with no sense of lacking. The large public bath was excellent for relieving fatigue! Breakfast starts early at 6:30 and offers a wide variety, allowing me to hav

The Facility is old, but the rates are affordable, and since the meals are kaiseki cuisine, we enjoyed them at a relaxed pace. Above all, the Kanmon Bridge and the Kanmon Strait can be seen from the Room, bath, and dining hall—absolutely wonderful. We were able to take our time enjoying the view of various ships coming and going. We will stay again.

You can feel at ease with the consistent Route Inn meal standards. I think it is an excellent Business Hotel, and I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

Conveniently located near the station, with plenty of options for dinner nearby, and parking close by as well. The bath was great, with two tubs at different temperatures. What I especially liked was the non-buffet breakfast—it felt like we were treated to delicious local specialties from Shinshu that we don’t often get to try. I’d love to stay again.

The breakfast was also delicious. The staff on the floor during breakfast were very energetic and it was a pleasant experience. There was a mistake with my Reservation at check-in, but it was handled promptly and courteously. Thank you very much. I will stay again if I hav
