Ice water was provided along with hand towels and welcome sweets upon arrival. Towels could be exchanged by simply asking at the front desk—such thoughtful service made my stay incredibly satisfying beyond words! I definitely want to visit again! Perhaps it was just by chance

I couldn't get my favorite room for a while, so it was my first stay in a long time. As soon as I stepped into the hotel, I was filled with a pleasant aroma, giving me a sense of a wonderful stay. By the way, I like the scent of this aroma oil and have purchased it. The property

The complimentary drink service and delicious breakfast were included, and I had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean, and the amenities were well stocked. If I visit Okinawa again, I would definitely like to stay here.

Close to the station and convenient. Recently, trains in Hokkaido often stop. One of the closest to the station, with clean Rooms. Highly recommended.

They prepared a lovely dessert plate with music from a music box to celebrate, and they were happy to cooperate with the surprise plan, which made us very happy. From the phone reservation to the day of our visit, their warm smiles and heartfelt hospitality were exceptional.

The Kinugawa river gorge visible from the Room was also wonderful and relaxing. You can also go through the courtyard down close to the riverbank, and you can enjoy feeding the koi (one free bag of koi food per person is provided in the courtyard). The meals were also very delici

Although I wished for slightly better water pressure in the shower during peak times, everything else exceeded expectations—the friendly service, complimentary coffee available until midnight, delicious curry breakfast, and more. I was especially amazed that there were no additio

The food was absolutely delicious! The colorful presentation, small side dishes, and beautiful plates made dinner time truly enjoyable. In particular, I was very satisfied with the Japanese-style meat and potato stew sold at the shop as well, the whole simmered golden eye snapper, and the sashimi.

The facility was adorned with hydrangeas everywhere, and the adorable message cards featuring illustrations of little Jizo statues placed in various spots were truly soothing. The meals were abundant to the point I couldn’t finish them all, and everything was delicious. The gri

On the day of our stay, unfortunately it was pouring rain, so we couldn’t go sightseeing. We were cold and soaked, but even though we arrived before check-in, they kindly let us wait in the lobby. They served us hot coffee, and soon after they prepared our Room early for us. Thanks to that, we could change out of our wet clothes and avoid getting sick. The proprietress and all the staff were very kind, and we had a truly comfortable stay. The food was delicious, the Onsen was wonderful—everything was perfect. We’d love to visit again.

I come to Kagawa from Fukuoka every year to eat udon. I always stay at this Utazu Grand Hotel. Since my purpose is udon, I choose No Meals Included, but the price is reasonable, and I even get a Sarai bath ticket, which is great. I appreciate that they accommodate room requ

We really appreciated receiving rice for dinner. The Room felt like a living room at home and had all the necessary appliances, such as a rice cooker and microwave, which we could use freely—very convenient. The owner was also very kind, and I’d like to stay here again when v

This maisonette-style Accommodation has the living room and kitchen on the 2nd floor, with the bedroom, bathroom, and toilet on the 1st floor. In short, it was absolutely amazing! The Facility itself is new and very well cleaned, and all the kitchen features were very easy to use. It was more than spacious for two people, and we were impressed by how luxuriously we could enjoy the space. It’s a favorite place where we’d definitely like to stay again.

The restaurant is modern, and the Accommodation Fee is affordable.

We stayed here a few years ago and returned because of the outstanding, one-of-a-kind location right above the sea. We’ve used several properties in THE HOUSE series, and this one has the most impressive sense of closeness to the ocean. It’s a short walk from the parking area, but that actually adds to the special feel. The only disappointment was that both the red and white shabu-shabu broths at dinner were spicy. At our home, shabu-shabu isn’t something we associate with spicy flavors, and we chose a meal-included Plan because shabu-shabu is usually something children can eat as well. Since neither of us adults can handle spicy food either, once we realized both broths were spicy, we rushed to a convenience store to buy a non-spicy hot pot soup base... I imagine families with children may stay here too, so it would be helpful if the meal description clearly stated when only spicy options are provided. That said, both the meat and vegetables were very delicious.

The Room was incredibly spacious, and the private open-air bath and amenities were absolutely wonderful! Even in the rain, you can enjoy the bath without getting wet, and the sound of rain is amazing! I visited with my 7-year-old son, and the buffet offered a wide variety inc

We received exceptional hospitality during our stay. Coincidentally, a couple of friends recommended by my sister also stayed at the same Property on the same day and seemed to really enjoy the club lounge, saying they would come back again. They were particularly satisfied w

The autumn pike conger hot pot with Awaji Island onions and matsutake mushrooms was absolutely fantastic—worth visiting just for this dish alone! The grilled Awaji beef with autumn vegetables on ceramic plates was also incredibly delicious. Even the original dessert impressed me.

This Hotel is directly connected to the station, making it very convenient to go anywhere. The view from the Hotel was also fantastic. This time, I stayed in a Corner Twin Room, which was spacious and even had a massage chair, allowing me to have an extremely comfortable stay.

The amenities were especially impressive—truly top-class! Personally, the Club Lounge service was outstanding. You can really feel their commitment to food and beverage: both tea time and cocktail time offerings were genuinely Hotel quality. The staff were friendly in a very
