The staff were kind, and everything—the room, bath, and food—was clean and exceptional. We requested a surprise cake for my mother, which made her very happy. I was also touched when the young hostess surprised me with a small celebration since my birthday is also in March. The r

I had wanted to visit ever since I saw it on a travel TV show. The open-air bath attached to the Room was very spacious, and the Onsen water felt gentle and wonderful. The ayu (sweetfish) I tried for the first time this year was also very fresh, and the dishes made with local vegetables as well as the sake lees and fruit pudding were delicious. The staff member in charge of our Room was pleasant, and while we were having breakfast, they put away the futons and tidied everything up nicely, so we could relax with a cup of coffee. My husband and I are also talking about coming again in winter.

I stayed here on a trip to Awaji Island and was very satisfied! Both the large public bath and the Room were clean, and the amenities were well stocked, so I had a very comfortable stay. I chose a breakfast-included Plan, and I also liked that the seating was semi-private, so I could relax and enjoy it while chatting with my friends. All of the staff were kind and attentive, which made my stay very pleasant. The young staff member who showed me to my Room was especially easy to talk to, and I was happy they shared recommended spots on Awaji Island as well as local food suggestions. Thanks to you, it turned into a wonderful trip to Awaji Island. If I have another chance to visit Awaji Island, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you!

This was my first trip to Hokkaido. I stayed for several nights to celebrate the birth of my eldest son’s baby and to see my grandchild. They kindly accommodated a late check-in, and I really appreciated the wide selection of amenities next to the front desk. The breakfast menu changed from day to day, so I was able to enjoy a delicious breakfast on the second day as well. In particular, I loved the seafood rice bowl where you can add as much of your favorite toppings as you like. All of the staff were pleasant and made my stay very comfortable. It would have been even better if the changing area had been a bit more spacious.

Thank you very much. I appreciate being able to choose amenities myself instead of having unnecessary ones provided. The Room was simple yet comfortable, allowing me to relax fully. Being close to the station at this price is also a plus. I have already made my next Reser

I suddenly had to stay in Tosu during Silver Week, and as expected of AZ, I'm grateful for the consistent pricing! Moreover, the location is right by Tosu IC, and the room was cleaner and more comfortable than other AZ locations. The free parking lot was spacious, and the breakfa

Despite being located in the city, this Ryokan had a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were composed, polite, and kind, providing thoughtful care that was truly soothing. The room, bath, toilet, and other facilities were impeccably clean and pleasant. Each ameni

We stayed in a Superior Twin Room as a family of three. The Room was very clean, which made us very happy. The toilet and bathroom were separate and also very clean. Complimentary coffee was available, which was very convenient. While many Hotels nowadays have remote front desk s

Perhaps because there was availability on a weekday, they upgraded us to a larger Room. We were very satisfied with the open, airy Room and the mountain views from the large windows in our corner Room. The meals were all delicious, with plenty of dishes, and we left completely full. It was our first time trying venison—it was tender and excellent. The bath and the entire property were clean and very pleasant.

This was our second stay at Umekiya. We stayed once before and it was so great that we chose it again. The owner talked with us about why we picked this place again, as well as products made on Awaji Island and shops run by local creators, and we were able to actually stop by. They also share recommended spots around Awaji Island. On our second visit, we used a nearby super sento. It was extremely crowded with locals, so while Umekiya doesn’t have a bathtub, if you want to take your time in the bath, it’s better to use Umekiya. The Wi‑Fi in the Room (which didn’t work well last time) had been improved, but the best part is spending time enjoying the atmosphere in the shared space on the first floor while having free drinks. There are two shared toilets, but my family wished they were separated for men and women. It’s also hard to tell whether someone is inside; even though one of them was vacant, I was knocked on and asked to hurry up. It would be helpful if it were easier to see whether each toilet is occupied or not. If we come back to Awaji Island again, this is a place we’d like to stay at.

I stayed for one night with my sister. The Room was very clean and well maintained, easy to use, and we enjoyed the in-Room bath many times (we even did laundry!). We had our meals at a charming traditional house restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere. Everything was delicious, right up to the final sushi! Thanks to the warm hospitality, we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. We also really enjoyed the snacks and gelato provided in the Room. We were blessed with great weather, making it a wonderful trip. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us—we will definitely be back!

The separate bath and toilet with a bathtub, as well as the ability to purchase a passport, were deciding factors for my stay. Upon entering the Hotel, I was greeted by an indescribably pleasant scent and an open atrium filled with a sense of spaciousness—a truly extraordinary

In the evening, I enjoyed tempura cooked right in front of me at the restaurant Oomi, which was truly a professional skill, and it was very delicious. The next morning, the weather was incredibly clear, and the view of Lake Biwa from the Room was the best. The only disappoint

The abalone, shark fin, and simmered fish were all flawless. The stargazing event was enjoyable, and we could see the Milky Way with the naked eye. The guide's explanations were also entertaining. The open-air bath lived up to its excellent reputation—absolutely perfect! The

It’s a wonderful Hotel, and the price was very satisfying!! They offer free bicycle rentals, so we could cycle to Matsue Castle and along the lakeside, making it an amazing trip. The Onsen was also very relaxing, and I was impressed by the choice of shampoo and conditioner. We we

I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but this one was excellent in terms of price, atmosphere, Room size, and Facilities. The shuttle bus drivers were very kind, and the frequent service was extremely convenient. The convenience store selection in the morning was also great. We plan to ma
