There was plenty of space. There is a fireplace in the living area, and after dinner we roasted and ate marshmallows together as a family. There is also an in-room bath, but the large public bath was excellent. The new-building Western-style Room was also very convenient, as it w

This is the most comfortable Hotel I’ve stayed at during business trips to Tokyo. Having a separate washing area in the bathroom is fantastic—no shower curtain sticking to you. The bath and toilet are also separate, and the Room feels very clean, making for a truly comfortable stay. I’d definitely like to stay here again on my next business trip to Tokyo.

Whenever I return home, I have stayed at Hotels in Sasebo many times, and this was the best Hotel so far. Everyone, from the front desk to the breakfast staff, was truly pleasant, and the Room was clean, so I felt comfortable staying there. The amenities were well stocked, and

The first place we visited, the snow-covered Taiyuin, was magnificent. Thank you so much. The Hotel had clean Rooms, and the Onsen was spacious with a pleasantly comfortable temperature that made us want to stay in forever. We were extremely satisfied. We would love to visit

After dinner, we had grilled marshmallows and fruit liqueur by the irori hearth. There was both an indoor bath and an open-air bath, and we enjoyed both. The open-air bath faces the river, and in the morning we soaked while watching dragonflies through a net. It was wonderfully

Soaking in the wonderfully heated, wood-fired bath and relaxing let us truly enjoy the essence of a hot spring inn. Above all, we were impressed by the meals. The vegetables and fish were very fresh, and you could tell great care was taken with the ingredients. Breakfast was a first-time experience for us—we could grill fish and other items ourselves and enjoy them piping hot. There was also a wide variety of dishes, and we couldn’t stop eating rice. We also loved being able to dine in a private room without worrying about others, at our own pace. I’ve already recommended it to friends.\n\nWe’ve added this to our list of hot spring inns we definitely want to visit again.

We came back for another stay. Above all, the home-cooked meals prepared by the hostess are truly delicious! The vegetables from their home garden, the rice, and each ingredient has its own story—you can really feel the care and attention to detail. Both the hosts and their welcoming dogs made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back!

The Hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. I stayed in a twin room, which was very tidy, and I appreciated that the toilet and bathroom were separate. Even though it was a weekend, the rate with breakfast included was lower than other hotels, and I enjoyed a Japanese set breakfast that was beautifully presented and just the right portion size. Overall, it was a very satisfying Hotel, and I would like to stay again.

They smoothly checked the cleaning information and completed the check-in. All the staff I spoke with were kind, efficient, and cooperative. I became a fan of this place after staying in Nara before. My friend is from abroad and really enjoyed the late-night snacks and the bath

The bath is exceptional, and the relaxation space after bathing feels like a small library with plenty of books, where you can enjoy soft drinks or wine at your leisure. We highly recommend staying for multiple nights next time to fully indulge in this blissful experience.

This time, we stayed during the firefly season in late May. After dinner, just as the Accommodation advised us, we walked to a viewing spot along the “Yoboshigawa” River that flows near the Accommodation. Due to the impact of flooding a few years ago, we were told there are fewer fireflies now, so it wasn’t quite “firefly hunting,” but my spouse and I enjoyed watching fireflies flitting about here and there, feeling like kids again for a while. The viewing spot on the Yoboshigawa River is about 400 meters south of the Accommodation along the road, making for a nice post-dinner walk (haha). After that, it was back to enjoying the Onsen. I’ve written reviews several times in the past about their hospitality and service, meals, and Onsen/baths; as always, we received warm hospitality and had another very satisfying stay this time as well. We’ll be back again.

The buffet has been further upgraded compared to last time and may have been influenced by Ichii-san's excellent buffet offerings. Highlights included steak made from Joshu beef rib roast and freshly prepared sushi, as well as an impressive all-you-can-eat selection of melon, wat

The front desk was bright, and the staff provided courteous service. On the rainy arrival day, I left my luggage in the morning and borrowed an umbrella to head straight to Arashiyama for a meeting with a friend from Kyoto, which was very helpful. The ladies' floor was comfor

The Room we used was necessary and sufficient, as we spent most of our time sightseeing and little time in the Room. Also, the interior, bath, and toilet were very clean and pleasant. Both dinner and breakfast were very satisfying, and the breakfast buffet had so many options

Lastly, what truly sets Sapporo Grand Hotel apart is its unparalleled hospitality. The staff are incredibly warm and attentive to guests' needs. Each staff member has their own charm, creating memories that build with every stay. As I make my reservation each time, I find myself

The bath on the 12th floor was spacious and great. The lounge also has a wonderful view, and you can enjoy coffee and tea, making it very comfortable. The morning market is right in front, and it was convenient for getting anywhere. You can watch the trains on the station platfor

The tiramisu dessert was exquisite. It takes less than an hour to reach from the center of Sapporo, and the next morning, I was able to visit city attractions such as Shiroi Koibito Park and the Sapporo Beer Garden, so I recommend a Hokkaido trip with Sapporo sightseeing and a st

She was thrilled with our Room at Hotel Amsterdam. We could even watch the projection mapping from the Room, and we really appreciated how convenient it was to stay at a Hotel inside the park. The breakfast buffet was excellent and satisfying—we were full every day. The park w

Every dish, starting with the main beef course, was exceptional in both quality and quantity (almost too much), and everything was absolutely delicious. Both my spouse and I were extremely satisfied. During dinner, we received a commemorative gift for our 40th anniversary, and up

This hotel is one of the places I want to visit again because all staff members, from reception to the restaurant and even ski rental services, are kind and provide precise assistance. Everyone's hospitality was genuinely pleasant, and I extend my gratitude to all of you. I l
