The "Villa Komorebi Garden Suite" was an incredibly spacious special room where we enjoyed a luxurious time with a sauna and an open-air bath overlooking the garden. The autumn leaves visible from the large public bath were stunning, providing relaxation for both body and mind, m

Very convenient location near the prefectural office station. The Room was lovely, and having a separate vanity and bathroom was great. An ironing board and iron were also provided in the Room, which was very convenient. The food was delicious, and I would love to stay here

The interior was stylish and had everything I needed. I was able to relax in the Onsen, and the bathroom and changing room were clean, allowing me to have a pleasant time. I didn't have the night soba, but the ice candy and lactic acid bacteria were a delightful treat.

Among city hotels, this is an excellent hotel, second only to Kimpton Shinjuku. With a price range about 1/5 of Kimpton's, it offers outstanding value for money. It's truly wonderful to have a hotel near Nijo Castle that allows large dogs. I will definitely stay here again!

The Room is simple yet stylish, with comfortable bed firmness that ensures a pleasant stay. If I could make one request, it would be to include cosmetic amenities in the Room offerings. My husband and I were able to refresh ourselves during this stay as well. We look forward to s

The souvenir shop was spacious and open until late hours. It was so wonderful that we didn’t want to leave! The foot bath was amazing, and the Onsen experience was exceptional as well. Our entire family agreed: "If we visit Toba again, this accommodation is definitely where we

With a spacious walk-in closet, washroom, and bathroom, it feels simple, clean, and relaxing. Of course, the Onsen is also wonderful. - The French course dinner and wine selection in the dining room were absolutely delicious and satisfying. This Hotel is always my choice when

Overall, I was highly satisfied with this Hotel. I was impressed that they maintain this level of service at this price point. I usually make certain Hotels around City Hall or west of the Imperial Palace my regular choices in Kyoto, but I would like to add this Hotel to that li

The room and bathtub were spacious, allowing for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options; however, the seasoning was strong, and the quality could be improved. Aside from the meals, everything else was truly excellent. Thank you for your hospi

I decided to go on a castle tour in Gunma Prefecture. The accommodation was conveniently located near Numata Castle Ruins and surrounded by plenty of dining options, so I chose it. With a spacious public bath on the first floor and a large dining area, the overall design was relaxing and comfortable. I splurged a little and reserved a room on the 10th floor, the top floor, where I enjoyed expansive views of Numata's beautiful mountain scenery. For dinner, I had some drinks at the yakitori restaurant next door, which was right in front of the parking lot. There were also several izakayas and bars nearby, making this my favorite accommodation. The breakfast buffet was well-managed with staff promptly replenishing dishes and cleaning up with great attention to detail. However, it was disappointing to see some guests leaving their tables messy with leftover dishes behind.

At check-in, I believe it was probably the same staff member as last time, and they welcomed me warmly again. There were no issues, and I stayed comfortably in a clean Room until check-out. Although the Room was near the elevator, it was very quiet—perhaps because the other g

I have stayed here multiple times, and as always, the bath is incredibly relaxing, and the Room is exceptionally comfortable—making for a very satisfying three days. The moment I step into the Hotel, it feels as cozy as home. During my free time, I can relax in the Room reading

I’ve stayed here many times. It’s clean, the staff are wonderful, and even a single Room is spacious enough with everything you need. Breakfast is delicious. I recently learned it’s part of the Royal Host group—no wonder the food is so good. You can also enjoy Osaka specialties, and there’s a wide variety of drinks such as tea. Thank you for the great meal. I’ll be back again.

During Silver Week, we dined at the Chinese restaurant Keikaen and the restaurant Chef’s Terrace. Both the food and hospitality were excellent, and I highly recommend them. This was my second stay, and I would love to stay again.

Surrounded by hot springs, the gentle sound of the river, and lush greenery, our stay was deeply soothing. Most memorable of all were the staff’s warm smiles and heartfelt hospitality. The meals were outstanding—the roe-filled sweetfish was impressively large, and the Shimanto pork and homemade ice cream were rich in flavor, making for a truly indulgent dining experience. The hot spring water left our skin silky smooth, and we were able to relax at length in the open-air bath while enjoying a pleasant breeze. When it was time to leave, we felt genuinely sad to go—this is an unforgettable inn where hot springs, nature, and human warmth come together so beautifully that we knew we would return.

The modern black-themed interior with greenery and jazz music as background added an elegant touch despite already being so clean. Even the placement of trash bins in the changing room was stylish. The abundant use of wood throughout the building and rooms was also lovely. The

The Room was wonderful and comfortable, with a close-up view of Fukuyama Castle beautifully illuminated at night, making it an excellent stay. All the Hotel staff were kind, and although it was my first time staying in Fukuyama, my wife and I were very satisfied—thank you very mu

The staff were polite and kind, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. The hairdryer was Panasonic, just like the one I use at home, and the pajamas were also very comfortable—absolutely perfect. One thing that could be improved is adding a make

The breakfast was delightful, especially the bread—it was absolutely delicious! We stayed with our young child, and they gave us a small gift of assorted snacks upon departure, which brought great joy to our child. This is a hotel that makes you want to visit again and agai

They even prepare your futon for you, and the thoughtful gesture of bite-sized rice balls with a handwritten note as a late-night snack was heartwarming. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! This is definitely a ryokan I want to visit again. Even small details like numbered slipp
