Breakfast was buffet-style and everything tasted wonderful. The room was clean and well-maintained; even my mother—who is quite particular about cleanliness—was highly satisfied. It felt great to make her happy through this experience. We will definitely visit again! Thank you

A place worth visiting again! The room was very clean. The resort atmosphere was perfect, allowing us to fully enjoy an extraordinary experience. We rented a smokeless grill (smokeless hot plate) as an option and savored local specialties. It became a wonderful memory for

The Hotel allows you to spend time in the provided indoor wear, which is very comfortable, and they have plenty of towels in the large public bath. The ReFa hairdryer was also very pleasant to use. The Room is clean, and the samue and bed covers, as well as the room's hanger rack

The Hotel met all my conditions, including late-night check-in availability, a large public bath, and multiple dining options nearby, so I made the Reservation. Both breakfast and the bath were pleasant, and the staff's service was excellent, making it a comfortable stay.

③ The bar is highly recommended at this place. 　The bartender's skills, sophisticated conversation, and subtle attentiveness are top-notch here. 　I have visited first-class bars across the whole country (zenkoku), but even affluent people can relax comfortably and enjoy del

We visited during a family commemorative trip and were deeply touched by the thoughtful gestures from the Hotel staff. Compared to the twin Room we stayed in during the summer with just my husband and me, the Room for three this time had a bathroom with a washing area and a conv

The hotel is clean, truly calming, and wonderful. I am very satisfied with my experience here. Even though it was my first time staying, this hotel made me want to come back again. The bath area is relaxing and soothing—perfect for unwinding. It feels like an adult-oriented h

I encountered a great Hotel after a long time! From the Room's deck, I could see the green of the golf course, and in the distance, the sea was visible. The open-air bath in the Room was perfect while listening to birds chirping. All of the Hotel staff were kind and made me f

We were excited yet nervous about what kind of room we would get, but we were delighted to be assigned a Twin Room. The amenities were well-prepared, and the room was clean and comfortable. Although the monorail ran just below, the soundproofing was excellent, so noise was no

Check-in and Dining As we were staying with a large group, they handled our additional requests smoothly. They thoughtfully arranged the seating for dinner, and it seemed the same consideration was carried over to breakfast. We were able to enjoy our meals in a relaxed atmosphere. Everything was delicious, and we were fully satisfied both visually and in terms of portion size. The Onsen was also wonderful. We received smart, unobtrusive, and attentive service throughout. It was a truly great stay. Thank you very much.

When I planned to use the QR code at check-in, the staff kindly informed me that I could simply provide my name at the front desk, making the process very smooth and pleasant. The clean Room was easy to use, with a large and easy-to-watch TV, and breakfast was fantastic. I wo

This was my second stay. Once again, I enjoyed the spacious Room with a large sofa perfect for relaxing, offering a luxurious space for one person to unwind. I particularly liked the shower booth that can be used while watching TV and the single door right at the entrance of the

Dinner and breakfast are included, and both were incredibly delicious! The portions are generous as well. The rice served in an ohitsu pot was especially amazing. Since meals are served in the Room, I could eat at my own pace, which was perfect.\nI was also really looking forward

I stayed at Yufuin Sansuikan, and everything—from the Onsen and meals to the all-inclusive service—was absolutely satisfying! The Onsen water was silky and gentle, kind to the skin, and incredibly relaxing. Dinner was buffet-style, so our international guests could freely choose whatever they liked and enjoy it. Every dish was delicious, with so many tempting options that I ended up eating too much. The Oita Wagyu steak in particular was outstanding. Another highlight was the all-inclusive service, which allowed us to enjoy complimentary drinks—including alcohol—from check-in through dinner. Above all, thanks to the warm hospitality of the president and the proprietress, we were able to spend a truly enjoyable and memorable time. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I would love to visit again.

As a member of Via Inn, I frequently use this hotel. The addition of skincare products at the amenity corner next to the front desk has been very helpful. The Room is clean, and staying in a Deluxe Twin with a separate bathroom allowed for a relaxing and comfortable experience.

It was my first stay, but as soon as I arrived at the Hotel, the staff greeted me with “Welcome back.” They were so kind and attentive that it felt like being at home. The food and the Onsen were excellent—I’d love to visit again.
