This time, we visited Lake Kawaguchi and Hakone for the first time, looking forward to seeing Mt. Fuji as part of my wife’s birthday trip. Although it was too cloudy to see the Mt. Fuji we had hoped for, we stayed at Setsugetsuka Bettei Suiun in Hakone and were able to fully enjoy the area. Our Room was a Standard Fourth, and it was very practical and well maintained with thorough cleaning, so we had a comfortable stay. The Onsen was at just the right temperature for me and left me feeling refreshed from the core, and it was also great to be able to use L’OCCITANE shampoo. For dinner, being able to choose the main dish and rice during the meal felt like a thoughtful service that let us decide based on our appetite. Breakfast offered such an abundant variety that we were so full we couldn’t even eat lunch afterward. The after-bath lounge area, along with complimentary drinks and snacks on each floor, was also a welcome service whenever we felt a little hungry. The staff’s hospitality was polite and easy to understand, which left a strong impression on us as well. After checkout we went to Gora Park, and at that time a parking staff member kindly advised us that taking the mountain railway one stop would allow us to walk downhill from top to bottom more easily—very helpful advice for an older couple like us. We hope to come back soon for our “I want to see Mt. Fuji with my own eyes!” revenge trip, and when we do, we would love to stay with you again.

Listening to the river while soaking gave an incredible sense of openness, as if becoming one with nature. The Ryokan offered everything—excellent dining, an amazing Onsen, and exceptional hospitality. We truly found the best Ryokan of our lives. We will definitely return when w

The room with a sauna is the best, and you can enjoy an authentic sauna (Löyly) instead of just a sauna. There is also a cold bath, and cooling down on the deck chair next to the open-air bath is also great. It's quite rare. I was completely relaxed. Thank you, I will visit again

The guest room was very clean and beautiful. The hiba wood bath smelled wonderful and was amazing. The atmosphere of the building was also great. And the food was incredibly delicious!! The sashimi at dinner was so fresh it was hard to believe we were staying at an Accommodation in the mountains. For breakfast, we were very satisfied to enjoy many local dishes such as Aomori’s famous ika-menchi and Towada barayaki. Most impressive of all was the staff’s thoughtful attention to detail. Since we had a small child with us, thank you very much for all your consideration. In particular, the staff member who assisted us at dinner welcomed us with a wonderful smile, creating a memorable experience that will stay with us. Thank you very much. We visited as a large group, and everyone praised it as an outstanding Accommodation. We would definitely love to visit again in another season. Thank you for a wonderful time.

I was completely satisfied with everything—the room, yukata, ambiance of the accommodation, and hospitality. The meals served in the morning and evening were especially delicious, made even better by the warm interactions with the staff members who made us feel welcome. This tim

Breakfast didn't disappoint either—it tasted amazing without fail—and there were different drink options compared to last night; I chose plum vinegar milk mix which turned out tasty! After eating again relaxedly gazed out over sea from 8th-floor lounge taking break until checkout

The slight bitterness balanced perfectly—it would be wonderful if they sold it! The staff members—from seasoned professionals to younger team members—provided calm yet exceptional service throughout our stay. When “Yamato Museum” reopens someday again—I’d love another visit here

The staff provided great service, making the dining experience very pleasant. Breakfast also maintained high standards in both quality and quantity, being equally delicious. We were even offered takeout coffee on our way home. This is an exceptional accommodation that truly

One of the best parts of an open-air or semi-open-air bath is keeping your head cool while warming your body in the hot water. That said, they had fans running and clearly made thoughtful efforts—very impressive. I would like to stay again. P.S.: At check-in, some overseas gu

We also look forward to the comfort of the private bath that rivals the quality of the meals each year. The stunning autumn foliage combined with Hanabusa's exquisite cuisine always creates a delightful harmony for us annually. We will visit again next year—thank you for an

I chose Seiunso for my stay in Unzen Onsen and had an extraordinary experience that exceeded my expectations. After visiting Nagasaki's Mount Inasa and Glover Garden, arriving at Unzen with its serene onsen town atmosphere and steamy landscapes was truly memorable. At the heart o

Located in the Akamizu Onsen area at the foot of Mount Aso, "Aso Hakuunsanso" is a hotel quietly nestled in the vast Aso Caldera basin. The rooms are Standard Twin, clean, and comfortable for your stay. From the windows, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the majestic mounta

This time, I knew my schedule early and made a Reservation using the early-bird discount, so I was able to stay at a very reasonable rate. On top of that, they even upgraded our Room—it was truly wonderful. The all-inclusive plan, the thoughtful touches throughout the property, and fun ideas like making your own parfait for dessert after meals were everywhere, and I found it impressive. If I had to mention a few points: the lounge had become more of a children’s play area and wasn’t very relaxing; although the floors are tatami-mat style, it was a bit hard to walk on and I wished there were slippers; and while the key is cute, I’m used to auto-lock doors so having to lock it manually felt like an extra step. Still, their hospitality was truly outstanding.

A Hotel where satisfaction comes from the thoughtful sum of small details—everything about the Room, bath, and breakfast makes you think, “I’m glad they had this,” rather than relying on flashy services. Comfortable pillows and loungewear, adjustable bright Room lighting, a towel rack, and a key-card power system that controls only the lights (outlets and air conditioning stay on). The large public bath is an Onsen, with partitioned washing areas for privacy. Breakfast is well balanced, with many pre-portioned small bowls and plates so there’s no hassle serving yourself. Staff in white coats even plate items for you with care. Among the many Business Hotel chains, few Hotels deliver this level of satisfaction.

This was my first time at a Route Inn Hotel. I usually make a day trip for visiting the grave, but since it was very affordable, I decided to stay overnight for the first time. The facility and room were cleaner and more luxurious than I expected, allowing me to have a comfortabl

A very stylish Hotel that felt clean and welcoming; the moment I entered the entrance, it felt open and somehow very comfortable. The free Shuttle Service was also available, and the location is excellent. A design Hotel where every detail feels different from others. The exposed concrete walls created a great atmosphere.

I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but they told me my Room was ready, so I could check in early, which I really appreciated. It is a new Hotel, and the Room was clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was thorough. I would like to stay again if I have the chance. Thank
