I’ve stayed at several pet-friendly hotels before, but this one was the best. The in-room dining was especially comfortable because the main Room and dining area are separated, so we didn’t have to rush to tidy up, and food odors didn’t linger in the Room. Since it comes with a private garden, our dogs were happy to go outside. The pet amenities were so well stocked that we never felt inconvenienced. The open-air Onsen bath in the Room had excellent water quality, and our dog and family took turns enjoying it many times. Dinner was delicious across the board—so lavish that light eaters might not be able to finish it all. For drinks at dinner, we were told we needed to go back and forth to the second-floor lounge, which was a bit inconvenient during the meal, but it’s all-you-can-drink. Draft beer was included too, which was fantastic. Thank you very much!

Despite being a standard Plan, it was very satisfying. I visited with my in-laws, who have stayed at various Ryokan, and even my father-in-law was delighted, exclaiming how wonderful it was! This place is definitely a repeat. Next time, I would like to visit with my mother.

I stayed here with my elderly mother. We were satisfied with both the Onsen and the meals. The Shuttle Service driver, the front desk staff, and the room attendants were all kind and pleasant, so we had a very comfortable stay. My mother was happy as well. If I had to mention one

Every time I arrive at the Hotel and hear “Welcome back,” I feel instantly relieved. This time as well, I stayed for two nights, enjoyed a relaxing soak at Sukayu Onsen (the sulfur-rich water is excellent), and was also able to use the Hotel’s Onsen without any crowds, which he

Additionally, there was a mist sauna in the large public bath, and the room had a massage cushion, which helped me relax. The room was also clean and well-maintained. Although it was a short stay, I was able to relax. I look forward to staying again if I have the opportunity.

The cleaning was thorough, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. I was impressed that the pajamas had buttons to prevent them from coming undone. It wasn't luxurious, but there was attention to detail, and as the name suggests, it was a cost-effective and satisfying stay. Tha
