The front desk staff were very accommodating, and the twin room was surprisingly spacious for a Business Hotel, allowing for a comfortable stay. Both the TV and bathtub were large, making the room highly satisfying. Breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options; I chose Jap

An artist from Yamaguchi Prefecture whom I like, Shunsuke Kiyokiba, said on social media that Yuda Onsen has great water quality and a lovely townscape, so my husband and I stayed at this Hotel—and it truly is wonderful. We were satisfied with everything. Next time we come to Y

I stayed in February, and as soon as I got home I made a Reservation for June. Last time was Nadeshiko, and this time it was Tsutsuji. The Tsutsuji Room is a maisonette, with a spacious cypress bath on the first floor. The bath was wonderfully relaxing. I had been looking forward to the meals because they were even better than expected last time. Once again, everything was delicious and very satisfying. This is an Accommodation that makes you want to try every Room, and enjoy the cuisine again in different seasons.

I stayed here for a hike on Onyujima Island and to visit the Nokasayama war ruins. It was a very well-located Hotel, close to Saiki Station and the highway bus stop from Oita Airport. The ferry terminal for Onyujima Island is also about a 10-minute walk away, which was very convenient. Leaflets for nearby restaurants were available in the Hotel lobby, and the recommended place “Toritomi” had amazing chicken tataki. This time I didn’t have enough time to sightsee around Saiki Castle, so I’d like to visit Saiki again. I’ll stay here again next time.

They provided clear, courteous explanations via LINE even before our stay, which made everything easy to understand. During the stay, they also sent updates via LINE, so we had nothing to worry about. When we entered the Room, it was clean and smelled wonderful. The tableware and cooking utensils were well stocked, so we had no inconvenience. There were only a few amenities, but since preferences vary, it didn’t bother us. There is no TV, but we watched movies on the projector—it felt luxurious on a big screen. We stayed mainly for the sauna, and it was piping hot—very satisfying. It would have been even better with a cold plunge bath and relaxation chairs. You can see the Mogami River from the Room and the bath—it’s very soothing. It was an excellent sauna trip overall.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Breakfast and lounge drinks were very delicious. I recommend the plum juice, my father enjoyed the breakfast soup, and my mother loved the granola she doesn't usually get to eat. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The staff were friend

Both the Room and the in-house Facility were still new, so we were able to use them comfortably. After dinner out, we used the all-you-can-drink plan at the on-site restaurant. I think it’s an affordable and great service. If I have the chance, I’d like to stay again.

It was big enough for all four of us to get in together. This was the best Hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Even after check-in, our whole family kept saying over and over how great this Hotel was. When we travel to Nagoya again, we will definitely stay at this Hotel! Thank yo

What made me happiest was that all the staff were truly kind. I think we caused a lot of trouble, but they helped us many times. Thank you very much! I also enjoyed the beer and snacks I had in the evening. It was a Hotel that made me want to use it again! I deducted one star

The bathroom in the Room was excellent, allowing you to relax while enjoying the view of the beautifully maintained garden. The meals were also very delicious. All the staff members were incredibly kind and helpful. This is definitely a Hotel I would love to visit again!

Since it opened in 2021, both the room and the lobby are very clean. The room feels particularly spacious for this type of business hotel. The desk is also wide, allowing for comfortable use. The bath and toilet are together, but the bathtub is large and very clean. The wallpaper

The luxurious free-flowing Onsen was incredibly relaxing, and we found ourselves returning again and again throughout our stay. The morning drink service was also a highlight—enjoying coffee while taking in the breathtaking view was exceptional, and we were able to spend a bliss

The staff were full of hospitality in every aspect. Their warm smiles during service were truly comforting, especially in these times. The buffet for both dinner and breakfast was incredibly delicious. *The bath and the quality of the Onsen water were excellent and very clean

I stayed for one night on a business trip. From the exterior, it felt like being in a foreign country. The guest room had an elegant, classic British atmosphere, and the pleasant scent of potpourri made it truly relaxing both physically and mentally. In addition, there were Facil

making for a truly wonderful stay! The large public bath on the top floor is compact but clean, with an amazing ocean view! The sauna was also great. Exploring baths at affiliated accommodations via glass boat was enjoyable as well. This is an accommodation I definitely w

I don’t know how long this Hotel has been operating, but an England-style Hotel in Japan’s oldest Onsen town… I truly love their commitment to seriously and wholeheartedly sticking with such an “unexpected” concept. It feels genuinely modern and stylish in a classic way. There

The shower room includes a bathtub and washing area, equipped with a ReFa showerhead and KNOLL shampoo & conditioner for comfort. Skincare products by POLA and other amenities are fully provided, leaving nothing to be desired. A wonderful hotel I would love to stay at again.
