Near the Hotel, there is a pharmacy (offering drinks, snacks, and daily necessities), and directly across the street is a Lawson convenience store. The Room was possibly renovated as it was extremely clean and slightly spacious, making it comfortable to stay in. The bathroom

The Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, all delicious, and it gave me a great energy boost for the day. This was a highly satisfying Hotel that I can confidently recommend to anyone traveling by motorcycle. I’d love to stay again wh

Soaking in the Onsen while gazing at the full moon and stars and listening to the sound of the ocean was incredible. We were able to enjoy our meals leisurely in a private dining room. Both the taste and presentation were top-class. Haifu is an Accommodation you’ll definitely w

The water in the room is natural spring water, so there's no need to buy bottled water from vending machines. The meals, including a cold potato soup served in half a melon, are very delicious. The hot spring has a high ceiling and is a spacious, pleasant area. The separate bui

As for the price, it was significantly cheaper even compared with Hotels in central Osaka for the same dates. Even so, the Facility still feels new, the Room was clean, and I was happy with the well-equipped services such as amenities, loan items (including a ReFa hair dryer),

The meals featured a variety of Japanese dishes centered on local seafood. Every dish was carefully prepared, and we enjoyed them very much. We stayed in a guest Room with an open-air bath. It was thoroughly cleaned and there was no smell of tobacco. The bathroom has a hinoki (cypress) bath with a pleasant aroma. There is also a door leading directly outside to the open-air bath. Outside the Room is a private garden with views of both the sea and the mountains. Although it was summer, there were no mosquitoes or other insects even at night. Because there are only a small number of guest Rooms, we were able to relax in a very calm atmosphere throughout the property. Notes: 1) Even some first-floor guest Rooms have about five steps. There are also about ten steps to reach the large public bath. Please keep this in mind if you have difficulty walking. 2) Regarding guest Rooms with an open-air bath: This will be explained by staff on the day, but the water temperature is very hot. Please check and adjust the temperature before undressing. 3) The private garden for each guest Room has a fence on the sea side, but part of it is not continuous. Beyond that point there is an approximately 3-meter slope down toward the sea. Please take extra care not to take your eyes off small children.

This was my first time using Stays. The staff were very kind and attentive, allowing me to have a truly pleasant time. The room had ample space, and the kotatsu was a delightful touch during the slightly chilly season. The quality of the hot water was soft, allowing for lon

I’ve stayed here before, and the Room is spacious, the bathroom is large, the bed is big, and there’s a refrigerator and a microwave. The bath amenities are also well stocked. I chose a Plan that included both dinner and breakfast, so everything was comfortable in every way. Comp

The front desk staff were extremely courteous, and it really helped ease my travel fatigue. It’s great that you can choose between a warm or cold hand towel. When I entered the Room, everything was well maintained and spotlessly clean. The air conditioner temperature control was

The building isn’t new, but it was clearly well maintained and very clean! It was a pet-friendly Room, but there was no noticeable odor at all. We were very satisfied with the Room!! The pool is available from 9:00 to 17:00, but since check-out is at 10:00, using the pool in the morning feels a bit rushed. I thought it would be nicer if check-out were at 11:00 so we could relax more. Next time, I’d like to come back for a Multiple Night Stay and take it easy!

This was my first time visiting Zao Onsen. After considering several Onsen Accommodations, I chose a smaller Accommodation where I could truly relax. As I headed from Kaminoyama toward Zao, the temperature dropped, and after riding my motorcycle in the intense heat, the cool breeze felt wonderful. The Accommodation is an older building, but it was filled with many charming decorations that made me feel warm inside. The indoor Onsen was artificial, but it was pleasant and available 24 hours a day. Outside, in a separate building, there was a free-flowing hot spring bath fed directly from the source; it was strongly acidic and at a comfortable temperature, making it very enjoyable. Dinner dishes were all carefully prepared and included many local specialties from Yamagata Prefecture. It was great that each dish came with an explanation when served. The steamed dish in particular was outstanding. Breakfast also offered a wide variety of items, and I was very satisfied. All of the staff were kind and greeted us properly—I could really feel their hospitality. This is an Accommodation I would like to visit again.

The shower was also very comfortable to use. The convenience store inside the Hotel is well stocked! There’s also a great selection of Disney goods! Nothing to complain about. The staff were polite, and check-in/out was smooth. However… the Shuttle Service from Disney Resort bac

This was my second stay at the accommodation since my first visit before COVID. I was impressed last time, but the thoughtful hospitality and attention to detail are truly exceptional. Towels and bath towels are abundantly provided in both the room and the open-air bath, and

Both breakfast and dinner were served in a private room. The variety, seasoning, and portion were appropriate, and my mother found it so delicious that she ate everything. The staff provided hospitable service, and we were very satisfied. Of course, the view was also fantastic, a

We also appreciated receiving bottled water every day as part of the service. The breakfast buffet was outstanding—offering a wide variety of dishes that were both vibrant and high-quality. It truly exceeded expectations! Both my daughter and I were completely satisfied. Th

The interior was adorable, and above all, the view of Huis Ten Bosch through the curtains was amazing—showing a different atmosphere at night and in the morning. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and all the staff greeted us with warm smiles. We even said that when we come to

We opted for breakfast included, and every dish was delicious with a wide variety that was visually delightful and energizing. The hotel's special French toast, croissants, salad, and fruits were particularly high-quality and satisfying. The milk was also very tasty and memor

Before leaving, they kindly told me about a nearby spot with beautiful cherry blossoms—the cherry blossoms in the city hall garden were stunning! The staff at Juraku are always kind and welcoming with their smiles—it makes me so happy. I definitely want to visit again!

The staff's hospitality was excellent from the moment we headed to the shuttle bus stop on our way there, throughout our stay at the Hotel, and even during the shuttle ride back to Yaizu Station. We had a truly pleasant experience all around. We’re already talking about visiti

In a word, it was an extremely satisfying Hotel. The building was new and very clean, and the air conditioning worked well, making our stay comfortable. The large public bath had a sauna, and the cold plunge pool was refreshingly cold. The room also had a separate bath and toil
