The Room is very small, but the Hotel is well maintained and very clean. You can easily access the JR Yamanote Line and the Asakusa Line right after waking up. There are many places to eat near the Hotel, and there is also a Don Quijote store for convenient shopping. Highly recom

The location, facility, and service are all excellent. Although it is said to be part of the JR hotel group, it is far superior to the Nagoya Gate Tower Hotel where I stayed two weeks prior. All the staff greeted us with smiles and cheerful attitudes, which was very pleasant.

I stayed for one night and two days, and it was a very satisfying experience. There was Shuttle Service to the Onsen town and luggage transportation service, and at check-in, I was offered a welcome drink and light snacks. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the Ons

Thank you to all the staff for your courteous and kind service. Thanks to you, I had a comfortable hotel stay. The staff at the 8th-floor lounge and 1st-floor restaurant were especially attentive. Having drinks available in the lounge is convenient, and the wide variety of alcoho

Thank you for your thoughtful care. This time, I used the 1F restaurant “P72” for lunch for the first time. I was very satisfied with the comfortable atmosphere and service, and with dishes that were a delight to both the eyes and the palate. Breakfast was as outstanding as ever.

The Room and the large public bath were clean, providing a comfortable stay. All the staff members were very kind. The breakfast, including rice, bread, and side dishes, was delicious and filling. This is an excellent Hotel where even women traveling alone can feel safe staying.

Upon arrival, I was surprised to find a building with a movie theater, bowling alley, large public bath with sauna and stone bath, family restaurant, and for some reason, a pachinko parlor, and a Hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious and very satisfying. The greetings fro

The staff's service was exceptional, surpassing even that of a first-class hotel. The location is convenient, within walking distance from the station, about 6-7 minutes. The accommodation and room were kept clean, and the facial mask amenity was perfect for soothing my face afte

The bathroom was also very comfortable; it was great being able to stretch out in the bathtub. Everything truly was wonderful from start to finish. We would absolutely love to stay again. Thank you sincerely for all your help even before our stay by answering our questions—tha

All the staff had a calm demeanor and provided pleasant service. The Facility and amenities are kept to the bare minimum, which may feel a bit lacking. Various wild birds came to the trees in the garden, delighting both the eyes and ears. Dake Onsen left a great impression—the Onsen town itself is compact, bright, open, and well maintained.

I chose this Hotel for the bath and gym, but it was a pleasant surprise that the restaurant was great too! The Room was quite spacious and really lovely, and I was happy to have a Nespresso machine as well. The steam sauna had a wonderful, very “hotel-like” scent, and there were

After much deliberation, choosing this accommodation turned out to be the best decision. I was able to spend the most amazing three days in Amami Oshima thanks to this accommodation. The room was beautiful, and the quality of the meals was top-notch. Above all, the hospitality

We stayed with a same-day Reservation, and everything was excellent. We checked in later than planned and were almost late for our dinner Reservation, but every staff member provided outstanding service without showing any displeasure. Thank you very much. Both the open-air bath

The room was spacious and clean, with an indoor dog run and plenty of dog supplies, making our stay very comfortable. There were also great walking spots nearby. The weekday special live drawing event became a wonderful memory for us. Both humans and dogs enjoyed delicious

The room was fantastic with both a great view and excellent comfort, allowing us to enjoy an extraordinary time. The kitchen and laundry were equipped with high-grade appliances, making them very user-friendly—highly recommended for a Multiple Night Stay. Instead of a buffet, del

This is my third stay at this accommodation, the first in about three years. I believe my second visit was around the time when COVID-19 had subsided. During my first stay, I was very impressed with the food, which led me to return for a second visit when things started to settle

The cute interior and luxurious sofas... I had a great time walking around the facility with my friend whom I hadn't seen in a long time. There were two hot springs, both clean and not crowded, providing a pleasant time. It was nice to have a relaxing time even without playing go

They also stored my luggage before check-in. There was one washing machine in the women’s large public bath, so I felt comfortable doing laundry. The bread at the breakfast buffet was delicious.

I used this Hotel for a homecoming trip. Check-in was smooth. There is a large public bath on the first floor, which I enjoyed comfortably. The Room was clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious. As it is a Business Hotel, there are no excessive services. If I stay in this area a

I was surprised at how stress-free it was to reach the hotel from the station gates, even in a crowd. It's also attractive that you can walk to a convenience store in 2 minutes from the hotel. With three elevators in operation, the busy times in the morning and evening are very s
