Beauty items such as hair irons, makeup removers, and lotions were well-prepared and extremely helpful. Additionally, there were complimentary drinks and desserts, showcasing thoughtful hospitality that truly moved me. Moreover, the rooftop footbath offered a relaxing time wit

The building was simply wonderful. We stayed in the detached Room “Gion” with an open-air bath, and it was very spacious with high ceilings; the dark brown beams and pillars gave it a charming atmosphere. There were two semi-double beds, and they were fluffy and very comfortable. The in-room open-air bath was spacious and amazing (the view would likely be especially beautiful in late autumn or when it’s snowy—though getting there might be a bit challenging). Dinner was also very delicious.

Thank you very much for taking care of us during our 4-night Multiple Night Stay. This time, we stayed in the “Oryu” Room. First of all, every staff member was incredibly kind and clearly loves animals. Everyone greeted us with a smile, was gentle and attentive, brought anything we needed right away, and did their best to accommodate our requests. I’m truly grateful—your staff deserves more than five stars. Next, the meals. We were told they were prepared in a special-suite style, and both the taste and quality were excellent—high standard, delicious, and thoughtfully varied. Even over several days, we never got tired of them and enjoyed every meal. With longer stays, menus can sometimes become difficult for the kitchen side as well, but you handled everything so carefully. Since I’m also a small eater, you kindly let me choose from the menu and adjusted portion sizes accordingly. This also deserves more than five stars. As mentioned earlier, your care for animals was also very thoughtful and helpful. I visited with both a dog and a cat, and it seemed comfortable for both of them. The hot spring water quality was also wonderful. As for the guest room layout: there is a long corridor between the Room area and the bath area, which felt slightly inconvenient, so I deducted one star there. On the other hand, having an additional Room separate from the main living space made it easy to stay comfortably even when traveling with friends—an excellent design. Regarding amenities: there are no pet amenities provided (so bringing your own is necessary), but having at least a litter box available would be very helpful. The surroundings were also fantastic—like a hidden mountain hamlet. By chance we were able to see “Children’s Kagura,” which has deep history and is clearly cherished by the community. The performers practice extensively (twice a week), and while they are indeed children (apparently ranging from 3rd grade elementary school to 3rd year high school), their performance was outstanding and truly impressive. If your dates happen to coincide with it during your stay nearby, it’s absolutely worth seeing. (It seems Kagura is held several times a year; I’d love to see other performances as well.) I also felt that preserving traditional Japanese festivals like this is part of what makes this area so special—and I think it may become even more well-known in the future. It’s about 30 minutes by car to Yufuin Station, so even on an extended stay you can easily go shopping for necessities. Sightseeing around Yufuin should be convenient as well—and Beppu is also about 30 minutes away via expressway—so overall it feels like an excellent location for travelers who want to explore.

The Italian cuisine was exceptional—high quality with just the right portions. Each ingredient was excellent, the preparation was superb, and of course it looked beautiful as well. Regina properties generally have great food. My only personal note is that about half of the wines

I had a memorial service in Inazawa City, Aichi Prefecture, and I usually book a Hotel in Nagoya, but this time I decided to look in Gifu and found this place. A (new) Hotel located inside a park. The front desk area and the Room were clean and functional. There’s no bathtub in the Room—only a shower—but there’s a public bath nearby, and guests can use it for 500 yen with the accommodation discount, so it didn’t bother me at all. Drink prices at the shop are reasonable too. There were no negative points at all, but if I had to mention one thing, it might have been nice to have a chair in the guest room (maybe I should have requested one). I was traveling with someone (this time my son in his 20s), and we ended up sitting side by side on the sofa, but the space between the sofa and the bed was narrow and a bit awkward to use—that’s about it. Recommended for young couples or families with children, including for its location.

The food in the lounge was also high quality; this time, in addition to the standard offerings, there were seasonal dishes as well, which made everything even more enjoyable. We also used the spa and gym and felt refreshed both physically and mentally. It was a truly wonderful o

The service was truly impeccable, and the special kaiseki dinner was luxurious, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Breakfast was also extravagant with both Japanese and Western options—I've never had such a luxurious and heartwarming morning meal before. The oce

The room was spacious, and Meiji Jingu Stadium was right in front—such a delight! The bed was comfortable, and the bath and toilet were separate, with the toilet being spacious as well. The large public bath was clean, and I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi. Meals offered a variety

By chance, my wife heard about this Ryokan from a friend, and because of our pet we chose a day-use Plan. The course included an Onsen bath and lunch, and we were very satisfied. The Facility, service, and food were all flawless. Next time, I’d like to try the dinner Plan. If pos

Sendai Ginza is right in front of you, and popular spots are just steps away. There’s also a large public bath, and I really enjoyed the shampoo bar. Coffee is available in the lobby. And breakfast! It was incredibly delicious! I stayed for five nights, and there was

Everything tastes great and prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is calm (even children behave well), service is excellent—it’s highly recommended! Personally speaking, among accommodations in Omiya/Shintoshin/Urawa areas this ranks first or second for me in terms of favorite

Both dinner and breakfast left us completely satisfied. What stands out across everything is how comfortable it feels thanks to the warm attentiveness of all staff members. They were also incredibly kind to our dog—thank you so much! We look forward to staying again in December

It was truly a wonderful Hotel. The breathtaking view of the sea and islands from the Room was the best location. The open-air bath in the Room had the perfect water temperature, allowing me to stretch my legs and relax in the tub. The hospitality of the staff was excellent, and

The Room is as stylish as a city hotel, and above all, the bathroom facilities—such as a separate washing area and even a rain shower—make the experience feel truly different and satisfying. When the Hotel is this good, it’s relaxing whether you’re traveling or on business. I di

I visited Niseko to see Mt. Yotei. Unfortunately, it was raining and I couldn’t see it, but the delicious meals made up for it. Thankfully, the next day was sunny and I was able to see Mt. Yotei in all its glory. The Italian set course was excellent—each dish was delicious, and the flow of the course felt natural and very well put together.

The staff's thoughtfulness was very much appreciated. We chose a room with an open-air bath, and it was truly the best. The room was also very clean. The staff's dedication to welcoming guests in the best possible way was evident and truly wonderful. We definitely plan to use thi

This was our fifth stay in two consecutive years (we also visited 12 and 25 years ago, haha). The Room was clean, the meals were delicious, and we especially enjoyed the extra-ordered red ika somen. We also loved the welcome chestnut steamed yokan. We had one from a famous confectionery in Kyoto the day before, but this one suited our taste better. We bought some at the shop on our way home. Thank you very much for upgrading our Room as well. As we were leaving, the proprietress kindly said, “Please come again,” so we hope to visit again next year. Thank you very much.

I stayed here to visit my family’s grave and Takaryu Shrine. The warm hospitality from the proprietress and all the staff was truly comforting. The meals were delicious for both the eyes and the palate. Breakfast included a partially buffet-style setup, and everything was a
