All the staff greeted us with warm smiles and provided attentive service, making our stay incredibly pleasant. The meals were absolutely delicious! From the staff we passed in the hallways to those inspecting the pool and the foreign staff who assisted us at the restaurant, every

Since it's the reliable Route Inn, we always look for a Route Inn in the area for our stays. It was raining heavily that night, so we didn't go out for dinner and used the dining area inside the Route Inn. The male staff was very polite and courteous, and even said to us in our l

The building and lobby were clean, and the front desk staff were very polite, making check-in pleasant. The room was well-equipped, and you can slightly open the window for ventilation. A small but appreciated detail was that the hand soap also worked as a facial cleanser. Break

Additionally, there was a private bath available for free. The wooden Japanese-style bath enhanced the travel experience, and my friends and I enjoyed it immensely. The room came with a massage chair that we could use as much as we wanted, which helped us fully relax. The breakfa

The breakfast restaurant "Otenki Parlor" had charming decor, and the buffet offered delicious options like gratin toast, French toast, and dashi chazuke. After check-out, all luggage lockers were full; however, a staff member kindly came out to store my luggage for me—very helpfu

Close to the airport, and we were able to relax in the Onsen. The women in our group really enjoyed the hot stone spa and were very satisfied.

I used this hotel for the first time on a business trip. The front desk kindly changed my room to the ladies' floor, which had amenities that delighted women, such as a foot massage machine, two types of hairdryers, and Yakult cosmetics, making my stay very comfortable. Many plac

The front desk, the welcoming entrance, the views, the baths, and the staff were all wonderful. This was my first stay, but it’s a Ryokan I’d love to visit again. A few points I’d like to see improved: Regarding payment and the “Come Again Fukushima” Plan, I thought it would apply, but it turned out that only on-site payment was eligible and online payment was not. The application process is confusing, so it would be helpful if it were made clearer. There is no ramp at Fujita-no-Yu, so I would really appreciate it if one could be installed. I was truly comforted by the staff’s warm and natural greetings. I’m glad I could talk about local topics with the person who took care of our dinner. Thank you very much.

The breakfast buffet, which I had been looking forward to based on reviews, was also very delicious. Although the rice quality might be affected by government issues and is understandable for now, everything else lived up to its excellent reputation! Additionally, I forgot my

The facility was very clean and well-maintained. The meals were delicious and satisfying with great portions. Amenities were plentiful and convenient. It was a bit disappointing that only one indoor bath was available during morning cleaning, but I look forward to enjoying

The staff were incredibly kind, making our stay a truly delightful experience. Meals were served at a pace that matched our dining speed, and everything from the taste to the service and the atmosphere of the dining area was absolutely satisfying. We would love to stay here a

Dormy Inn, a famous Hotel, was my first time staying there. It was as expected. First, the Room was clean, and the separate top and bottom loungewear was very comfortable and convenient. The Hotel also had a convenience store attached, making it easy to stay. Regarding service,

Thank you for accommodating us with check-in procedures before the scheduled time and for storing our luggage. The front desk staff were very kind and courteous—this was the best Hotel we have stayed at recently. My family also said they would like to stay here again when we come

I stayed without meals. For the price, considering it has a sauna, is close to the station, and the rooms and the hotel overall show very little aging, I think it offers great value. My daughter’s family lives in Azamino, and until now I have stayed at hotels in Shin-Yokohama or Center-Minami; from now on, I plan to stay at Hotel Kajigaya Plaza.

Worked up a good sweat before heading out for drinks near the station, guilt-free eating and drinking! The beer after the stone sauna was amazing. Though there’s no dedicated relaxation area in the sauna, at this price point, there’s nothing to complain about. The next day

The Room was spacious, the bed size was sufficient, and amenities could be chosen to suit personal preferences while being environmentally friendly. The TV was well-positioned for easy viewing from the bed, with a large screen that made watching enjoyable. Overall, excellent cost

I stayed in a single Room, and unlike a Business Hotel, the Room was spacious. The bath was also large and relaxing. It does not have an auto-lock system, so you need to remember to lock the door yourself. The breakfast buffet offers many local specialties in addition to stan

The spa available for free use was also very spacious, and the restaurant was large with carpeted floors that felt nice underfoot. The parking lot was also very spacious and free for guests, which impressed me. I would definitely like to use it again next time. Thank you very muc

We couldn't finish one bottle of champagne and the cake between just the two of us—we felt sorry about that! The atmosphere was stylish, and my partner especially appreciated being able to take drinks like coffee in portable cups back to our Room. We would love to stay again

My husband really enjoyed the yuba soup and asked for seconds, which the staff kindly accommodated. The Onsen was absolutely wonderful. The Room showed some signs of age but was very clean and comfortable to stay in. Most memorable of all, shortly after checking in and bein
