It was my first time in Fukuoka, but everyone was kind and the food was delicious, so it became one of my favorite places. I definitely want to come again. When I do, I’d like to stay at this Hotel again. The price was very reasonable so I was a little worried at first, bu

The staff's response was prompt and courteous, making the experience pleasant. At the nearby Toretore Market, we enjoyed a BBQ where we could choose fresh fish we've never tried before and grill it ourselves. It was not only fresh and delicious but also a lot of fun! Additio

I stayed here twice last year and twice again this year, for two nights each time. All of the staff are very pleasant. Breakfast is also very delicious. When this Hotel was fully booked, I stayed at two other Hotels last year, but if you’re looking for a Business Hotel in K

I stayed here with my elderly mother, who has difficulty walking, and they kindly accommodated our inquiries and requests in advance. Both the room and bathroom were thoroughly cleaned, making our stay comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast was carefully prepared from start to finish, including dessert—everything was delicious, and we could have happily kept eating while looking out at the beautiful garden. All the staff were warm and very kind, and both my mother and I are truly grateful. We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused, but we would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

The breakfast was also exceptional, featuring Omi Beef curry and oden. The highlight for me was making my own Omi Beef burger; even my usually light-eating elementary school daughter went back for seconds. The onsen had perfect water temperature, and the bedding (such as AIR m

Unlike nearby budget Hotels, this Hotel is exceptionally clean, the staff service is refreshingly pleasant, and there is also a breakfast restaurant. It’s a Hotel I truly want to stay at again. Whenever I can, I’d like to have breakfast here. Considering the outstanding cle

With Tsukiji Outer Market and Tsukiji Honganji Temple right in front of the accommodation, I was able to enjoy some sightseeing as well. Being a business hotel, I didn’t have high expectations, but the room was clean, more spacious than expected, and comfortable without feeling c

The room was also just the right size. It was close to the station, and the breakfast was delicious. During the period when the Shiki Theatre Company's Cats was being held, I enjoyed my stay even more with a plan that included lemonade and gift certificates usable at nearby c

On our summer trips each year, we always choose ibis Styles Sapporo as our regular Hotel. Every year at check-in, being welcomed by the front desk team’s smiles makes the fatigue of a long journey disappear. This year as well, thanks to your kind support via IKYU, you accommodated our requests, and we were able to spend quiet, relaxing time in a spacious Room. We sincerely appreciate your thoughtful consideration. While providing environmentally conscious services, you also respond pleasantly to guests’ detailed requests, and once again we truly felt how glad we were to stay with you this year. We would also be grateful if you could pass on our thanks to the parking staff and the cleaning staff; their support made our four-day stay wonderful. We look forward to staying with ibis Styles Sapporo again next time. Thank you very much, everyone. It is an excellent Hotel.

However, the front desk staff's service, the condition of the room, and the facility were all excellent. Although it was just a one-night stay, I had a very comfortable experience. I was especially grateful for the clothing deodorizing spray provided—it was such a thoughtful t

Access from Hosui-Susukino was very convenient. All the staff were very pleasant. There was no bathtub, only a shower booth, but it wasn’t a problem at all. It was my first time trying a rain shower. There was no step between the Room and the toilet, so moving back and forth was very smooth and helpful. There were lovely translucent designs at the toilet entrance and on the window curtains, and I took photos of them. I felt the bed was a little high—probably due to its position relative to the wall-mounted TV. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

I stayed for three nights to attend an event near Naiku. Since it was my first time, I was looking for a roughly 10-story building, but it turned out to be a two-story Hotel with a fresh, different Route Inn atmosphere. The front desk staff and the shuttle bus driver were all very kind and pleasant. Because it was a five-day holiday period, I was worried about parking, but the huge parking lot put me at ease—there were still open spaces even at night. On the first day, I used the free shuttle bus to Iseshi Station to visit Geku Shrine, and on the second day I drove to Naiku. Naiku also had a large riverside parking area available. The traffic restrictions and shuttle buses to the parking lots were well organized and very helpful. The breakfast venue was very crowded due to the holiday period, but everything ran smoothly. Hearing “It’s expected to be very busy” at check-in made a big difference in how I felt. There are supermarkets, coin laundries, convenience stores, an ice cream shop, and more nearby—very convenient. For dinner, an okonomiyaki restaurant close by was so good that I went two days in a row (lol). If I have another chance to visit Ise again, I would definitely stay here again. The Akafuku shaved ice was delicious too.

The room was very clean and comfortable (the bedding was also pleasant), allowing for a restful sleep. A shopping center by Shizutetsu is just about a 5-minute walk away, and I even came across an adorable wrapped train that starts from there, letting me enjoy the unique and re

The Hotel’s Rooms and common areas are very clean. It’s also close to the station, so the location is excellent. Since it’s a short train ride from Omiya Station, it’s easy to access the Shinkansen. As the nearest station is served by both the Musashino Line and the Keihin-Tohoku

The room was spacious, and the bathroom allowed for a relaxing experience. The udon restaurant I planned to visit was within walking distance, allowing me to fully enjoy Takamatsu. If I have another chance to visit Takamatsu, I would definitely like to stay here again. Than

I stayed on October 31. Although breakfast was included, I left the hotel around 3 a.m. due to other commitments. In my rush, I forgot the power cable for my laptop in the room. I contacted the front desk before 7 a.m. after arriving home and requested it to be sent via cash-on-delivery. The staff were very polite, and I was surprised that they even covered the shipping cost in advance for me. Thank you so much for your help! I stay in Tsuruoka two to three times a year, and I always choose Route Inn for accommodation there. Thank you again!

All the staff were friendly and welcoming, and their service was kind and attentive, which made my stay very comfortable. The Room had a small sink in addition to the washbasin area, the semi-double bed was spacious, and I felt the Facility was well equipped in every way, inclu

While the facility may show some signs of age, its charm far outweighed this aspect. Both my parents and children expressed their desire to visit again—we were all highly satisfied with our stay at Shiosai-tei Accommodation. Thank you so much! We look forward to visiting again!

Affordable, steps from the beach, with Shuttle Service to the airport. There is also a pool, and amenities are well stocked. This Hotel is comfortable for everyone—families, couples, and solo travelers. I’ll definitely stay again.
