Our 2-year-old had a blast in the kids’ area, the staff’s hospitality was excellent, and the meals offered a great variety with alcohol as well—something both children and adults can enjoy. This time we chose a Room with a terrace, and everything was great: the view, the Room i

Lately I’ve been really into Livemax, and after staying in Shimoda, Amagi, Atami Forest, Atami Seafront, Izu Kogen Terrace & Spa, and Izu Kogen Annex, this time we stayed here with Mr. Okawa. This was the best of all the Livemax Accommodations we’ve stayed at so far—especially

We traveled as a family with a toddler, and it was wonderful. All the staff were very polite and kind, and we were pleased with the little treats and the well-stocked free drink corner. The meals were delicious—especially the white rice, which was surprisingly good. The hot spring bath was excellent, and the changing area was clean as well.

It was my first time back in Kanazawa in 25 years for a conference trip. The accommodation options had changed so much since then. I was torn between a traditional ryokan and the convenience of a business hotel, when I found this place and booked it because I loved the concept. It felt a bit more spacious than I expected from the layout, and I was especially impressed by how comfortably roomy the bathroom was. The subtle fragrance throughout was what pleased me most. I hope to have the chance to stay here again next time.

I had a wonderful time. First, the meals were incredibly delicious, with each dish carefully prepared and showcasing attention to detail. The breakfast was also exceptional, making me feel happy from the start of the day. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay.

This was my first time staying at this Ryokan, and I loved the atmosphere and the view from the Room. The staff were wonderful, and the hostess’s hospitality was especially impressive. Every dish was delicious; my favorite was the clear soup, which I would love to enjoy again if I have the chance.

It was my first time in Fukuoka, but everyone was kind and the food was delicious, so it became one of my favorite places. I definitely want to come again. When I do, I’d like to stay at this Hotel again. The price was very reasonable so I was a little worried at first, bu

The staff's response was prompt and courteous, making the experience pleasant. At the nearby Toretore Market, we enjoyed a BBQ where we could choose fresh fish we've never tried before and grill it ourselves. It was not only fresh and delicious but also a lot of fun! Additio

I stayed here with my elderly mother, who has difficulty walking, and they kindly accommodated our inquiries and requests in advance. Both the room and bathroom were thoroughly cleaned, making our stay comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast was carefully prepared from start to finish, including dessert—everything was delicious, and we could have happily kept eating while looking out at the beautiful garden. All the staff were warm and very kind, and both my mother and I are truly grateful. We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused, but we would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

The breakfast was also exceptional, featuring Omi Beef curry and oden. The highlight for me was making my own Omi Beef burger; even my usually light-eating elementary school daughter went back for seconds. The onsen had perfect water temperature, and the bedding (such as AIR m

However, the front desk staff's service, the condition of the room, and the facility were all excellent. Although it was just a one-night stay, I had a very comfortable experience. I was especially grateful for the clothing deodorizing spray provided—it was such a thoughtful t

Access from Hosui-Susukino was very convenient. All the staff were very pleasant. There was no bathtub, only a shower booth, but it wasn’t a problem at all. It was my first time trying a rain shower. There was no step between the Room and the toilet, so moving back and forth was very smooth and helpful. There were lovely translucent designs at the toilet entrance and on the window curtains, and I took photos of them. I felt the bed was a little high—probably due to its position relative to the wall-mounted TV. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay at this Hotel again.
