- Disposable slippers are a nice touch. - Free drinks available. - Water dispensers on each floor. - The variety and taste of ingredients at both breakfast and dinner buffets are excellent. - A wide range of amenities provided. - The staff's exceptional service and thou

Inside the building there are coin laundry machines, a microwave, and vending machines for juice and ice cream. Many of the staff seemed to be from overseas, but there were no issues with service and I had a comfortable stay. The ski slope behind the Hotel was great for walks i

Eight of us stayed as a family in a standard Japanese-Western Room and a Japanese-Western Room with a private Onsen and sauna. The Rooms were very spacious, and even my parent with physical difficulties said the in-room Onsen and sauna were wonderful. As for the meals, I initially wondered if there would be enough, but the taste, quality, and portion size were all very satisfying. However, at the large public bath, some foreign guests were swimming in the tub and washing their faces there, and in the changing area they were using their smartphones pointed in our direction, which made me very uncomfortable (I don’t know whether they were taking photos). This is not the Hotel’s fault, but I would appreciate it if staff could make regular rounds to check and provide guidance. Even so, everyone in our family was very happy with our stay. We would definitely like to visit again.

It’s a typical Business Hotel, but the Room was very clean, and I was happy there was a large public bath. For women, you receive a key at the front desk to use the bath, which felt reassuring since I’ve stayed at a Hotel before where a man mistakenly entered the women’s bath. I

Also, since the bath and toilet were separate, I could soak in the bathtub to relieve travel fatigue. The twin beds were placed together, making it spacious to use. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes and was delicious. I would love to stay at this Hotel again. Thank you

It’s hard to find a Hotel that kids (especially junior-high students) can really enjoy, and since my children love being active, it was perfect for us. The gym wasn’t too crowded, and we were able to use it from the morning both on the day we stayed and the next day. It was also

The old wing was especially impressive, with masterful traditional craftsmanship visible throughout the building. The staff were also truly first-class. Both dinner and breakfast service were flawless, and it had been a long time since I encountered a Hotel where Japanese hospi

It felt like every need of the guests was met for an incredibly comfortable stay. The front desk offers amenities like a shampoo bar, manga corner, coffee, and tea. There's also a supermarket nearby and Moji Port is within walking distance—perfect location! However, since the

The Hotel maintains excellent cleanliness throughout its facilities. While there isn’t an amenity bar available, drip coffee and mineral water are provided in your Room for added convenience. Overall, it’s a very comfortable and user-friendly place to stay. Thank you very much!

The meal portions were generous and well balanced; we were delighted to enjoy salt-grilled char and Koshu beef as well. The road leading to the Accommodation is narrow, but since it is the only property there, it had an irresistible hidden-hot-spring feel that we loved. Even

The room I had been looking forward to exceeded my expectations in comfort, and even during the off-season, I enjoyed stunning sunsets. The meals made with local Amami ingredients were delicious, and the staff's attentive support made my stay completely comfortable. I look

When I made the Reservation, it was during the Obon holiday period, so only a semi-double room was available. However, I requested a change to a twin room. At check-in, a cancellation became available and you were able to accommodate the change. I truly had a comfortable and pleasant night. Thank you very much.

Since there was availability, my room was upgraded to a double room, allowing me to enjoy a spacious stay. For accommodations involving car travel, parking fees can add up, but with parking included in the price, I had a comfortable and satisfying stay. I will definitely use this

The beach was also very close, and there were a few stylish restaurants and small shops nearby, which was great. We ate ice cream on a large sofa you can lie down on at the terrace of the Hotel restaurant (?) while looking out at the sea, and that time felt truly blissful and bec

We also had a BBQ on the terrace, and since everything was prepared, we just had to grill, making it a delicious and enjoyable BBQ. It was a pity we couldn't see the starry sky, but unanimously, it became a property we want to stay at again. Check-in can be done in the room, whic

A calm building nestled in the countryside, a gentle garden of mixed trees, tall windows, and spacious guest rooms and baths enhanced by indirect lighting—everything felt like an escape from everyday life. It’s a quiet place where adults can truly relax at ease. For our first unmanned check-in, it went smoothly after we entered the required information in advance using the email sent shortly before arrival. We made a Reservation for the breakfast bread set. After check-in, it was neatly placed in the refrigerator. The long-established roast beef was convincingly delicious! The bread was excellent too—and when we wondered where it was from, we found out it came from a famous bakery. That attention to detail really showed their commitment to quality.

It was a Room with wooden flooring and a Japanese futon, and it was very clean and well maintained. The futon was fluffy and comfortable. The changing/wash area and the bathroom were separated by a door, and the toilet was separate as well, so it felt like being at home. Breakfas

We stayed for one night with a child (No Meals Included), and the staff were very courteous. After walking around for sightseeing, our child was tired and in a bad mood, and I was exhausted from long-distance driving and sightseeing as well. We were able to relax and ease our fatigue in the bath, and even enjoy a snowy view from the open-air bath (as a cold wave had arrived). The scenery was wonderful, and we were very satisfied. The Room was also kept clean and well prepared, providing a comfortable environment to rest.

As many reviews mentioned, we were completely satisfied with the performance and taste of the food. We also enjoyed two private Onsen baths. However, when the hotel is fully booked, everyone seems to have the same idea about when to use the baths, so it was difficult to find an a

Like many Hotels, having only two elevators can feel inconvenient during busy times. Even if you want to take the stairs for health reasons, the doors are closed, so it seems they are not recommended and you end up spending time looking for them. Breakfast was delicious. The salad was placed at the very back, after the rice and drinks; if possible, I would prefer it to be at the beginning or at the end of the line, since I plan my portions. Overall, I had a comfortable stay with no major issues.
