The lemon cake was also incredibly delicious. The evening free-flow session was not crowded, allowing us to enjoy an elegant time in the lounge, which my husband thoroughly enjoyed as well. For breakfast, as buffets are becoming challenging for elderly guests like us, having a

It was my first stay, but the front desk service was excellent, from storing luggage before check-in to after check-out. The Room was small but very clean, and the compact bathroom was comfortable to use, making it a very satisfying experience. As expected when choosing this

The quality at this price is unbelievable. You should definitely go Onsen-hopping at the group Hotels. If you go with high expectations, you might be disappointed... But no—this was amazing. The baths, the Room, and the meals were all extremely satisfying! We will definitely stay

Despite being assisted by international staff, the service was outstanding, with excellent language use and thoughtful attention to detail, and we were very satisfied. The meals were delicious across the board, not only seafood, and we were impressed by the care taken to serve each course at just the right time based on our dining pace. Our 4-year-old grandchild must have been tired and fell asleep during dinner, but you kindly made a bed using chairs beside our table so we could continue our meal without having to take them back to the Room, for which we are truly grateful.

The Hotel and Room were clean, and having separate toilet and bath was excellent. The individually adjustable air conditioning was also a nice touch. Choosing the breakfast-included Plan was the right decision; the white rice was delicious. I opted for the grilled fish set

I always enjoy a comfortable stay. This time, the view from the window on the high floor was exceptionally beautiful. I was thrilled to see the sunrise, sunset, mountains, sea, and even the mouth of the Kinokawa River flowing into the sea and the bridge. The weather was perfect,

The Japanese-style Room allowed us to combine two large low beds, providing plenty of space for all four of us to sleep comfortably. The Room was spacious, and the children seemed to enjoy moving around freely. Having separate bath and toilet areas was also convenient. Breakfast

Fuji from the Room was breathtaking. The Facility was well-equipped without being excessive; chilled tea available at the front desk, USB outlets by the bedside, an open-air bath in addition to the large public bath (with a sauna in the men's section), separate bathroom and toile

Eight of us stayed as a family in a standard Japanese-Western Room and a Japanese-Western Room with a private Onsen and sauna. The Rooms were very spacious, and even my parent with physical difficulties said the in-room Onsen and sauna were wonderful. As for the meals, I initially wondered if there would be enough, but the taste, quality, and portion size were all very satisfying. However, at the large public bath, some foreign guests were swimming in the tub and washing their faces there, and in the changing area they were using their smartphones pointed in our direction, which made me very uncomfortable (I don’t know whether they were taking photos). This is not the Hotel’s fault, but I would appreciate it if staff could make regular rounds to check and provide guidance. Even so, everyone in our family was very happy with our stay. We would definitely like to visit again.

The lobby and lounge also had lovely interior design. Both the lounge coffee and the breakfast coffee were delicious, and I was very satisfied. I chose the American breakfast, but the Japanese set also looked delicious. There were many guests from Europe and North America, and I

Although it was a Room with just a shower booth, I had no issues as the public bath was almost like having it all to myself. I used it both at night and in the morning. The public bath also provided Snow Skin Essence amenities, allowing me to relax fully. Access to the stati

In the lobby there was a local sake tasting service, and in the morning there was also coffee service—everything felt very well provided. Our whole family was extremely satisfied. All of the staff were kind, and we had a comfortable stay. It became a wonderful celebration trip

Close to the station, with a convenience store next door. The interior is neat, clean, and most importantly, quiet. On top of that, isn't it excellent value for money? It's also close to Namba, making it extremely convenient for getting anywhere. There are plenty of resta

A conveniently located Hotel near Hikarigaoka Station on the Oedo Line. Offers a very comfortable stay. The restaurant attached to the Hotel (a Chinese restaurant on that day) was closed, possibly due to weekday usage. This seemed like a reflection of modern times and gave

Stayed for work.\nSince I only needed a place to sleep, I wasn’t expecting much, but it was a completely satisfying one-night stay from check-in to check-out.\nThe front desk service was excellent. And when I entered the Room—what a surprise! It was very spacious, and the bed was huge!!\nBecause you take off your shoes at the entrance, I could relax and didn’t worry about dirt on the floor.\nThe table was large, and the TV was big and easy to watch.\nThe sink area is separate and convenient, and the bath and toilet were clean and spotless.\nThe wallpaper and flooring colors felt modern yet calming.\nThe mattress firmness was just right! The only thing is that the pillow was a bit low for me—I would have liked it higher—but for one night it was acceptable.\nEven the freezer section in the fridge froze properly. I also appreciated having plenty of hangers.\nAbove all: clean, beautiful, and comfortable!!\nAnd breakfast impressed me. There were lots of local dishes as well as desserts, and everything I tried tasted great.\nIt was a very satisfying breakfast.\nThere is also plenty of free parking.\nWith Marunaka supermarket right across the street, shopping is easy too.\nI liked being able to make bath salts in the lobby. The amenities were plentiful—even including a hair mask pack.\n\nIt was an extremely pleasant and satisfying stay!\nThanks to you, my work fatigue melted away. Thank you very much.

I made a Reservation because I was drawn to the title of this Accommodation, and it was absolutely the right choice! This is a simple, historic Accommodation, yet it feels spotless throughout. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles from the staff, and we were very satisfied with the quality of the Onsen water. The “Taste of Local Bounty” dining menu was especially memorable—above all, being able to bite into a whole river fish from head to tail was an experience you won’t find elsewhere.

During breakfast, the service staff were attentive and considerate. I did not use the public bath. The only downside is that it’s a bit of a walk from the nearest station. Other than that, the staff are top-notch. This is a Hotel I would love to stay at for an extended peri

The breeze is very pleasant. (Night) Ice cream after your bath, and (Morning) a probiotic drink after your bath—both are delightful services. Breakfast is buffet-style, and everything is delicious. The kawara soba was especially good—I went back for seconds. With a wide variety s

This was my first stay. After reading the reviews, I found that the high ratings were accurate, with excellent staff service and cleanliness of the room providing great satisfaction. However, there is one concern. Adjusting the air conditioning in the room was challenging; turnin

My husband, daughter, and I travel to Hokkaido every year, and this time we visited Jozankei Onsen for the first time. We had imagined it as an Onsen area popular with large tour groups, but this Ryokan was run by a small team and their service was outstanding. It was the first time in a while that we truly enjoyed both our stay and delicious meals at a Ryokan. Not only the Japanese staff but also the international staff were highly professional in the way they spoke and in their knowledge of the cuisine (ingredients, cooking methods, etc.), and you could clearly see how diligently they are always learning. The lounge on the second floor offered light snacks, late-night bites, and tasty drinks throughout the day, which we enjoyed after bathing. The three of us stayed in a Japanese-Western style Room. We have a few minor comments about how the Room is partitioned and that there is no screen on the open-air bath window, but the free-flowing hot spring water from the source was excellent. We didn’t know there was such a Ryokan in Jozankei Onsen where individual travelers could enjoy themselves so much. We would love to visit again in another season.
