The amenities were excellent (a choice of teas, bath salts, sunscreen, etc.), and the service was very good. Cleaning was perfect except for a bag of trash under the bed and a tea-like smell coming from the kettle. There were many thoughtful touches, such as an emergency smoke hood bag, a fire blanket (maybe for a mobile battery fire?), a microwave, rental manual washing machine, and a card used in place of a Room key. For a Multiple Night Stay, fresh towels are hung on the Room door, which is convenient. They were courteous both when storing luggage and at check-in. Check-out can be done on the in-Room TV, but I wasn’t sure whether the Room key card should be left in the Room or returned to the box by the entrance.

It is also easy to get to the bus stop for Meiji Mura on the opposite side of the station. The lobby and room are very clean as it was just fully renovated. The twin room is spacious and comfortable with a sofa. I was very satisfied beyond the price, so I would like to stay aga

I’d like to stay here again—the quality is excellent for the price. The twin room has semi-double beds, the in-room amenities are good, and the large public bath is well stocked with amenities, including body towels. Women often bring various items, but you’ll have more than enou

With everything available at Hakata Station and easy access to the subway airport line, it was also quick to reach Tenjin or Ohori Park. The room was very clean, and despite being close to the station, it was quiet at night, which was great. The bath salts had a wonderful fragran

I stayed during an extremely hot day, so it was wonderful to come back from outside and take a breather. The udon breakfast and tamagoyaki sandwich were also delicious. Overall it’s compact, but everything felt just right for me. The staff were very courteous as well. Thank you

I chose this accommodation and stayed in Room 603, "淡紅藤," for one night. **Favorite Points** - My favorite view bath - Clean shower room - Spacious Japanese-Western style room with a comfortable sofa - Clean tatami mats perfect for lounging around - Multi-functional ha

They provided courteous and friendly responses to phone inquiries before check-in. Although it was only for one night, the staff's service was excellent throughout until check-out. The location is right in front of the station, making it very convenient for travel. Unfortunately,

In Tokyo, I like APA Hotel with large public baths, so I always look for and use APA Hotels. This time, due to work reasons, I stayed at the closest APA Hotel to my destination. Compared to other APA Hotels, the facility features, large public bath, and customer service were

This is my third stay since last month. The Hotel is truly clean from the entrance, lobby, to the Room, which is why I keep coming back. The staff provides pleasant service with just the right balance, never feeling excessive. The coffee server is always available, allowin

), and we enjoyed delicious tempura (shrimp and zucchini) as well as a beer tasting set (5 types for 1,200 yen). Breakfast was served at a venue inside the Hotel, with both Japanese and Western options to choose from, and we could also have pho. I wished I could have paired pho w

The staff provided very courteous service. The room was a double room, but the sound from the next room was noticeable, and the refrigerator didn't cool well, which was a slight downside, but overall I was satisfied. Since I made an early reservation, breakfast was included f

Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious—I wished I could have stayed for about a week! The open-air bath was spacious and very relaxing. I’ll definitely be back.

My husband, daughter, and I travel to Hokkaido every year, and this time we visited Jozankei Onsen for the first time. We had imagined it as an Onsen area popular with large tour groups, but this Ryokan was run by a small team and their service was outstanding. It was the first time in a while that we truly enjoyed both our stay and delicious meals at a Ryokan. Not only the Japanese staff but also the international staff were highly professional in the way they spoke and in their knowledge of the cuisine (ingredients, cooking methods, etc.), and you could clearly see how diligently they are always learning. The lounge on the second floor offered light snacks, late-night bites, and tasty drinks throughout the day, which we enjoyed after bathing. The three of us stayed in a Japanese-Western style Room. We have a few minor comments about how the Room is partitioned and that there is no screen on the open-air bath window, but the free-flowing hot spring water from the source was excellent. We didn’t know there was such a Ryokan in Jozankei Onsen where individual travelers could enjoy themselves so much. We would love to visit again in another season.

The Room was clean and well-maintained, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable. Breakfast was delightful, especially being able to make your own waffles. Freshly made waffles soaked in syrup were absolutely delicious. The staff provided courteous and attentive service. Amenities...

Relaxing in the large bath and sauna is truly the best. The room was clean, and the complimentary financier was delicious. Everything, including the service, is consistently above a certain standard, so I can stay here with peace of mind every time. I look forward to staying agai

Hotels and ryokans in Arima Onsen vary widely, but this accommodation offered both gold and silver onsen, beautifully clean guest rooms, and incredibly delicious meals, making for a highly satisfying stay. Breakfast included a variety of desserts, which made the children very h

It takes longer to walk from the nearest station than I expected, but having a convenience store right in front is convenient. Although the hotel is old, the room is spacious, and the unit space for the bath and toilet is also large, making it easy to use. However, the overwhelm

The free-flowing Onsen water pours vigorously from the wall into the indoor bath, and in the open-air bath it cascades like a waterfall from the rocks—something Onsen lovers will truly appreciate. This was my father’s favorite place, and he was very happy. The meals were delicious and just the right amount. On the way to the large public bath, it was fun to see carp gathering where the spring water flows and bathing under it like a waterfall shower. The Room felt refreshingly cool with lush green trees outside. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The room was well-cleaned, and we had a very pleasant stay. The service was excellent, without the bias towards specific customer groups often found in large properties. It felt like a property that values both group and individual guests. We had a great time taking photos

This was my first time visiting Dogo Onsen with my niece. Since I mentioned during the Reservation that I have trouble walking, you kindly arranged a Room right near the elevator. Thank you for your consideration. All the staff were very helpful, and we had a comfortable two-day stay. We especially enjoyed comparing different mandarin orange juices and tasting different mandarins.
