The Hotel has a simple yet calming atmosphere and is very comfortable. You can choose your pillow and amenities. The large public bath was also very pleasant! There are several restaurants nearby, as well as a food court at Aeon, making dining convenient. Access to New Chit

The Hotel and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The inclusion of a garment steamer and deodorizing equipment in the room was very convenient. If I may add, the height of the pillow did not suit me personally, so having an additional one would have made for a more comfort

Thanks to them, it was a wonderful stay. It is truly a Ryokan full of hospitality, with excellent Onsen, food, and cost performance, and I would like to visit again. Thank you for the lovely photo frame gift with a picture of the three of us, as it was a celebration of my h

The large public bath and the small attached open-air onsen were lovely, as well as the private open-air onsen available for an additional fee. Above all, the food was delicious! Adding the simmered golden-eye snapper as an option was definitely worth it! Personally, I felt

I stayed here on a trip using the Seishun 18 Ticket. They upgraded my Room, so it felt spacious and I could relax. I left from Kyoto Station on the first train the next morning, and since this Hotel is right in front of the station, I was able to depart smoothly. Thank you for your hospitality.

Both the Room and the bath were comfortable, and I had a pleasant stay. However, the entrance is hard to find. In particular, when I tried to enter from the road, I had trouble going up and down while searching for it.

The cleanliness of the Room was also impeccable. One minor inconvenience was that using the elevator felt slightly complicated due to security measures. However, when I first used it, staff members kindly explained everything step by step with great care—I truly appreciated thei

The service from the staff and parking attendants is impressive and deserves full marks. And the price is really cheap. It's truly the best hotel at this price level. However, it's popular, so it's difficult to book a room. That might be a condition of a good hotel. I'm a

The women’s bath also offered a wonderful view of the Northern Alps, which made me very happy. The meals were well balanced and thoughtfully planned, not only Japanese cuisine. Although there were quite a few guests staying at the Hotel, it was still quiet and relaxing. This is a

Still, everything else more than made up for it. If you just need a place to rest, this is more than sufficient. There are also plenty of restaurants and a shopping mall nearby! It’s a Hotel I’d definitely like to stay at again if I’m in the area. Thanks to you, my exam w

The corridors and Room had a pleasant atmosphere, and the Room was very clean. There was also a coffee maker in the Room, so I could relax and spend time comfortably. The bathtub was spacious, with plenty of room to fill it up and soak. If I have the chance to visit Kanazawa

The bathroom in the room was also very large, allowing me to unwind completely. The course dinner at Hakodate Ginza-ken was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was wonderful. I highly recommend it to anyone planning to stay here. The staff at the accom

This Hotel is very convenient in many ways. First, the location is excellent. For our family, who gets around without a rental car, it was perfect for going anywhere and doing anything. Also, the elevator does not require you to scan your Room key card, which actually made things more convenient. We stayed in a triple Room, and it was very spacious—there was plenty of space even with our suitcases open, so it was comfortable. We also appreciated having a large public bath. After marine activities, you want to shower as soon as you get back to the Hotel, but without a public bath you end up waiting your turn for the shower. In that sense, having a large public bath where everyone can bathe at once is really helpful. However, one thing: I think the public bath closes too early. Breakfast was tasty with no issues, and when we returned to the Hotel from dinner in heavy rain, the front desk kindly lent us bath towels—they were very helpful. We have visited Ishigaki Island several times and stayed at various Hotels, but we decided to make this Hotel our regular place to stay on Ishigaki Island.

They also explained how to use the Hotel facilities clearly and politely. There is a large public bath, and for women a passcode is required at the entrance, which felt reassuring. After checking in, I went straight to the bath and enjoyed a relaxing soak on my own. The Facilit

We were satisfied with everything, including the staff, Room, bath, and meals. It is also conveniently located near the station. I stayed here while accompanying my younger brother (who requires nursing care), and we did not experience any inconvenience. I would like to stay here again when visiting Osaka. Thank you very much.

I made a Reservation because the Hotel had great reviews, and I was very satisfied with my stay. As requested in advance, we were provided with Rooms next to each other, which was very helpful. The Room was clean and well maintained, and we had a comfortable stay. The staff

The Hotel was spacious and clean, and the staff provided very courteous service. Since it was a weekend after summer vacation had ended, there weren’t many guests, so we were able to relax. We happened to use the large public bath when it was not crowded, so we could enjoy the outside view while bathing and take our time at the sinks as well. The Room was also spacious and clean, and the view of Shibayamagata Lagoon was amazing. Dinner was Japanese cuisine served course by course, but it was disappointing that the next dish took quite a while to arrive. Still, every dish was freshly prepared and delicious.

The large public bath was easy to use, and I enjoyed relaxing in an onsen. The lounge offered beautiful night views along with cocktails—including many non-alcoholic options—which my sisters with allergies could also enjoy. For breakfast, there were three course options: Western

You can enjoy your bento meal comfortably in your Room; it’s delicious and comes in a satisfying portion even for high school boys, with salad and soup included. The miso soup at breakfast was particularly tasty. The Hotel's refrigerator is impressively cold—unlike typical ones—

The amenities were excellent (a choice of teas, bath salts, sunscreen, etc.), and the service was very good. Cleaning was perfect except for a bag of trash under the bed and a tea-like smell coming from the kettle. There were many thoughtful touches, such as an emergency smoke hood bag, a fire blanket (maybe for a mobile battery fire?), a microwave, rental manual washing machine, and a card used in place of a Room key. For a Multiple Night Stay, fresh towels are hung on the Room door, which is convenient. They were courteous both when storing luggage and at check-in. Check-out can be done on the in-Room TV, but I wasn’t sure whether the Room key card should be left in the Room or returned to the box by the entrance.
