There was even a fresh orange juicer, which was very popular. I was impressed by the changing daily Eggs Benedict, freshly made burgers, tacos, taco rice, and Blue Seal ice cream. Perhaps because there were multiple pools and jacuzzis, it didn't feel crowded, and we could enjoy

One inconvenience was the iron key, as it was not auto-locking. As for the large public bath, there are two locations on B1F and B2F, and the large public bath on B2F with an open-air bath was nice. The cypress open-air bath was relaxing with a pleasant aroma amidst the fall

Overall, it was an extremely satisfying stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The private onsen open-air bath was particularly impressive with ample space, a roof to shield from rain, and even a bench for relaxation—absolutely perfect. The ameni

I hope that together with us guests you will continue creating new value and building sustainable local communities, helping to revitalize the region. I would love to visit again. Wishing continued success and good health to the General Manager of Toba Grand Hotel and all staff

The in-room dining with seafood, meat, vegetables, and rice was excellent! The room was so spacious that I couldn't use all the space! I was very satisfied with both the open-air bath in the room and the large public bath! I would love to stay again! Thank you very much.

This is my third time enjoying the buffet style! Everything is delicious! So tasty! Truly the best. The crab, especially the snow crab, is incredibly delicious! A junior colleague at work highly recommended it, and they were absolutely right. The Onsen, of course, is perfect!

It seems to be a newly opened Hotel, and it was very clean throughout, including the guest rooms, making for a pleasant stay. The front desk staff were efficient and welcoming, which felt very comfortable. In addition, the in-room Facility and beds were easy to use and extremely

We enjoyed relaxing in the onsen, savoring local cuisine (we visited a restaurant outside the hotel), and had a restful sleep, spending a wonderful time with our family. As with our previous visit, all the staff were incredibly pleasant and attentive, making our stay very enjoy

The Room was spacious with two separate bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a fantastic ocean-view terrace, making it very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of ingredients and the option to choose from three restaurants. However, the distance from the ma

This was my first time staying at the property. The room was spacious and had a sense of cleanliness, allowing for a pleasant stay. There was also a large public bath, which was very enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was also very satisfying. After breakfast, it was a bit d

A jet bath is also fully equipped. Amenities include Dolce Gusto coffee machines, lemon cakes, and cookies in the Room for a relaxing stay. The "world's best breakfast" was also delicious. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were all very pleasant; they even suggeste

The exterior, interior, and monochrome Okinawa photographs are all stunning. The staff members are attentive and provide excellent service. The sweets by Plan Do See, who operate SWGH, are delicious—especially the Basque cheesecake, which I sometimes order for delivery. In

This is a spacious corner twin room with panoramic views of the Onomichi Channel and the area around the station. I also appreciated that the floor was not carpet but a well-cleaned wood floor. A lovely touch was the hassaku jelly in the refrigerator for each guest, complete with spoons, and chilled bottled water for everyone as well. The handmade cookies made in collaboration with a local social welfare corporation also left a great impression. These days, even branded city hotels often don’t provide complimentary water, so I truly appreciate this Hotel’s warm hospitality. It was also nice that Accommodation guests receive 10% off at the souvenir shop. Breakfast was excellent too—not only with locally sourced ingredients, but also soft-serve ice cream. From the moment I arrived at Onomichi Station, even the station staff were full of energy, and I could feel how the whole town supports one another and works together to keep things lively. Some shops have closed down, but the shopping street—where retro and modern coexist—is a must-see. Since it was a hot season, it was tough to walk for long periods and I couldn’t see everything I wanted to. I’d love to visit again in a cooler season and stay at the same Hotel at a more relaxed pace.

We stay here every summer. We come for the nature of Jogasaki and the meals at this Accommodation. Every time, we enjoy outstanding kaiseki cuisine that is wonderful in both presentation and taste. This time, during dinner, a Japanese staff member kindly explained each dish in detail, which made an even better impression. We will visit again next year.

The large public bath was also highly satisfying. We were delighted to choose from a variety of sizes and patterns for the yukata. The breakfast buffet featured delicious rice, and we enjoyed trying local soy sauces on tamago kake gohan (rice with raw egg) as well as making and e

Stayed for one night in early April. It was my first visit. The hotel had a clean and elegant atmosphere with a refined entrance. The room featured a natural wood design with black steel accents, creating a stylish interior. It was spacious, clean, and left nothing to be desired.

It was convenient for buses and trams, and easily accessible to the airport bus. There were all the necessary mobile phone cables, and I had no particular complaints. I was impressed with the convenience of storing my suitcase after checkout. The breakfast was served on cute Hasa

It was the Ladies’ Plan. At the front desk, I received a mini set of Jill Stuart shampoo, treatment, and shower gel. The Room had a large TV and a clean bed, and the lighting could be adjusted with a stylish control panel. The loungewear with gold trim was lovely. There was also

I traveled to Tottori to see a friend from junior high school, and stayed at Hakusen, which my friend recommended. The meals and the hospitality were extremely satisfying, but I felt embarrassed because the bath was clearly visible from outside. The curtain only closed about one-third, and while you could say no one was really watching, I ended up making eye contact more than once. Other than that, it was great.

The meals were excellent in both quality and quantity, leaving almost nothing to be dissatisfied about. The room was spacious yet impeccably clean, and the open-air Onsen had been renovated—there are too many good things to list! One small point: while our plan allowed check
