Despite being located almost directly connected to the station, you won’t hear train noise. Just pass through the underpass beneath the tracks to reach a large supermarket, which is very convenient. There are separate large public baths for men and women, and a coin laundry in the changing area. The breakfast buffet includes Western options such as bread, but I was grateful to find locally sourced items like herring kelp rolls and kamaboko (fish cake).

Dining and shopping are available at nearby facilities. It was great to have free access to the bath during our stay. The view of Mt. Fuji from the Room was beautiful. Waiting for the clouds to clear was a relaxing moment. The female front desk staff were kind and courteous, and their smiles were wonderful. Breakfast wasn’t crowded, and we enjoyed it very much. Thank you.

The Facility and cleanliness are good. However, I arrived before check-in time, so I spoke to the front desk and waited seated nearby until the scheduled time. Even when it was time, no one called me over. The staff just kept chatting among themselves. There was also no explanati

This is a new Hotel directly connected to the station. It was very clean, and the Room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The bathroom was also large, so I could relax and enjoy it. On the other hand, having an extra basket for clothes and a few more places to hang towels woul

I live in the Uchibo area of Chiba Prefecture, and I stayed here for personal reasons. There was nothing negative about the Hotel itself; however, the only thing was that the nori served at breakfast seemed a bit damp. Since it was delicious Chiba-produced nori, I felt it was a shame—I’d love for people from The whole country, or even around the world, to enjoy it. Other than that, it’s truly a good Hotel with no issues.

During Golden Week, we were able to enjoy a Multiple Night Stay based in Hamada, fully enjoying both the onsen and Iwami Kagura. The Room was clean and quiet. All necessary amenities were provided, and the front desk and staff were polite and pleasant—overall we were very satisf

This was my first time staying here. It’s an Accommodation, and I was happy to find a twin Western-style Room with beds! It was quiet at night, which was great, but if I had to mention one thing, I could hear noise when the neighboring Room used the bathroom (and I’m sure they could hear us too). Other than that, I was very satisfied! I’d love to stay again.

The colorful side dishes, which are also good for the body, were elegantly arranged, making me want to eat a lot. The meal was tastefully prepared. Great value for money. I was very satisfied with the breakfast. I was glad to have stayed in every aspect. I definitely want to use

A hotel where both people and pets can relax. Meals are served in the room, allowing you to enjoy them at your own pace without worrying about others. The feast was so abundant that it was hard to finish, but everything was delicious. Even though we were full, we couldn't waste it and managed to eat it all. The room had an open-air bath, and there was even a bath for dogs, which surprised us. We've stayed at various hotels that allow pets, but this one had the best food, rooms, and staff service by far. We definitely want to stay here again!

The staff who helped with luggage storage and guided us in the elevator hall were excellent—polite, hospitable, and made our stay very comfortable. One downside might be having four different breakfast venues to choose from—it’s hard to decide (lol). Great location as well; I

The food, portions, and service were excellent—everything was delicious! Plus, the staff were so friendly and kind. They even brought us Miyazaki information and brochures. Thank you so much! Next time, I’ll visit during mango season (The tea set in our room was so lovely that I

The Drink Bar on the lobby floor, offering coffee and tea anytime, is much appreciated, and the amenity bar is well-stocked. There is also a 7-Eleven downstairs, and the airport bus conveniently departs from the entrance of our sister hotel, Hotel Clement Takamatsu. The Hotel i

The large public bath, massage chair, and free ice cream were a delight for my tired feet. The elevator, as well as the large public bath, have secure card security, so it's reassuring. Close to the station and with a large public bath... it's my go-to property for trips to C

My 6-year-old son immediately went to the open-air bath in the room. He was very satisfied, saying "This is the best." He also really enjoyed searching for frogs inside the hotel. He found them all in less than 30 minutes and got a reward! He said, "I want to stay at this hotel

This trip was not for sightseeing but to enjoy a railway journey and a hotel stay, so the complimentary room upgrade was a delightful surprise. The guest room, bathtub, and washroom were spacious, allowing us to relax comfortably during our 2-night, 3-day stay. In the evening, th

The bath in the Room is spacious and also has an amazing view. Best of all, you can fully open the sliding windows for a wonderful sense of openness—you can even watch seagulls dive right in front of you. In addition, both dinner and breakfast were excellent French cuisine, an

The Room was spacious and clean, final and I was able to relax without being bothered by noise from around. Amenities were available next to the front desk, and they even had face masks and Onsen bath salts, which I used. It’s a Hotel that made me want to stay at Richmond Hotel ag

This was our first stay. My husband has an illness and limited mobility, but our family of four was well taken care of with a wheelchair. The Hotel was very clean throughout, and all the staff were kind—truly a wonderful Hotel. We were very satisfied with both the room and the private open-air bath, and the large public bath was excellent! However, since our room was on a lower floor, we sometimes made eye contact with construction workers in the building right in front of us, which was a bit uncomfortable... Next time, we hope to stay on a higher floor. It’s a Hotel that makes you want to come back again soon! Thank you for your hospitality.

I stayed here for the Kurobe Dam and Tateyama sightseeing. The hotel's location and spacious interior were excellent, and I was impressed as soon as I arrived. The staff's hospitality was outstanding, making my stay very pleasant. I stayed in a room with a balcony, which was

I live nearby, but this time I used this accommodation to guide my friends to the Alpine Route and Snow Corridor. It is a quiet accommodation located by the Kashima River, with clean and comfortable rooms, large baths, and private baths. My onsen-loving friend managed to enjoy th
