We stayed for three nights. It was our first time staying here, and the staff were wonderful, and the Room was very clean. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you for taking care of us—please keep up the great work! Thank you very much.

Given the location, I didn’t have high expectations, but the Room was clean and the reception staff were excellent, making for a very pleasant stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was very satisfying. I didn’t use the large public bath, but my partner who did

We were able to fully recover from a long drive and head out comfortably the next day. The large public bath was also clean, and we could stretch out and relax properly. My spouse and I were both extremely satisfied with our stay. Thank you very much. We would definitely like to

Breakfast also had a wide variety with lots of vegetables; I ate early, then went to the spa right before checkout—an open location with a 360° panoramic view. On a weekday it was almost private. This kind of service is rare, and the value for money is excellent. From Shizuoka St

It was a very clean Hotel, conveniently located just over a 10-minute walk from the station, with a variety of restaurants nearby. The bath was a large public bath; the men’s side had an open-air bath, but it seems the women’s side did not, which was a bit disappointing. The happ

The Room was new, clean, and stylish. I had a comfortable stay. There is a sliding door between the bedroom and the living & dining area, giving it a feeling of having two separate spaces—perfect if one person wants to stay up late or sleep in. The Room also included an oven mic

It is easy to find as you can walk through the underground shopping street from Kawasaki Station, avoiding the hustle and bustle of the city. The Room is not spacious, but since I used a double bed alone, I was able to rest comfortably. Breakfast is served at Excelsior in a menu

It’s great that the Room has a bathtub where you can soak and relax. It’s also nice that there are bath salts among the amenities, and above all, I really appreciate that the skincare products are Sekkisei. Having a trouser press permanently available is also a plus. There is a w

There were quite a few foreign guests at the Hotel reception, but the Room was comfortable. It was my birthday, so we toasted at a nearby no-frills yakitori place that was open early. As a couple, we were very satisfied with this Hotel. Thank you very much. We’d love to stay agai

The location was excellent, with a convenience store on the first floor, and Starbucks and Tully’s nearby, so the surroundings were great and I had no inconvenience. The cleaning was thorough, and the staff were pleasant, so I had a comfortable 7-day stay. The TV could stream You

It was an overnight trip: in the evening I enjoyed dinner with friends from my student days, and the next day I viewed the festival floats at Kawabata Shopping Arcade and other spots. For lunch I enjoyed burdock tempura udon (so delicious!). I bought lots of tasty Hakata sweets a

However, there were two disappointing points: 1. Despite having a mini kitchen, detergent, sponge, and induction cooker were not provided. 2. The refrigerator did not have an ice-making compartment, making it inconvenient to replenish ice. Still, I would consider staying he

They also helped by lending me an iron, providing extra towels, and patiently answering any questions I had, which made for a very pleasant stay. There was a coffee machine and water dispenser on the first floor that we could use anytime, which was great. It’s within walking dist

The service at the front desk and breakfast area was pleasant. The coffee cups at breakfast were kept warm, so the coffee didn’t get cold, and delicious coffee was readily available from the server. I appreciated this as I’m not a fan of noisy machines with grinders that are comm

However, the desk was long enough to place various items on it; charging cables were already provided; and I liked that the shampoo and other toiletries were DHC products. For arranging business trips for colleagues at work, I thought this might be a good option next time as we
