Moreover, everything from the interior, amenities (BVLGARI set, Dyson dryer, etc.), to the staff's service exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the room was clean, and we had a great view of the Naruto Strait and the bridge from the room, making it a perfect stay. We definite

We stayed here with our dog again for the first time in three months, following our visit this June. Last time, the Italian food was so delicious that we decided to come back. Also, since you can dine together with your dog, you can relax and truly enjoy your meal. If your dog behaves well, they get a jerky treat as a reward—so our pup kept watching that staff member the whole time... We’d love to stay again.

Front staff, restaurant staff, and kitchen staff—all provided an exceptional experience at this accommodation. Especially regarding the price, the use of premium ingredients, cooking techniques, flavors, and beautiful presentation were outstanding. The head chef personally at

We had a wonderful time in a very clean room with excellent facilities. The meal was also delicious—a meat-themed kaiseki course that felt refreshingly different from typical ryokan cuisine. The location, in the Higashiyama area, was another highlight, making it easy to explore around Kiyomizu-dera in the morning.

Art throughout and a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The craftsmanship of the house, the furniture—everything shows true attention to detail. And the wonderful couple (the owners) served an outstanding dinner and breakfast. Truly, everything was perfect. Impeccable taste. Above all,

We truly felt their warm hospitality, and the owner and his wife’s thoughtfulness and smiles melted away our everyday fatigue. It was an Accommodation that made us think, “Let’s do our best again from tomorrow—and we’ll definitely come back.” Above all, the food was exceptional—

We chose the fugu course this time, and would love to try the kaiseki meal next time as well. All of the staff were consistently polite and kind, which made our stay very comfortable. This is a wonderful Accommodation that makes us want to return again and again. Thank you

The variety of activities is impressive; we joined the Venus Road and Sea Firefly tours, which provided an amazing experience that left both parents and children highly satisfied. We also appreciated having plenty of time to enjoy the pool. The quality of the meals was excellent—

This Accommodation in Kusatsu, one of Japan’s premier Onsen destinations, offered such outstanding cuisine that it made us want to visit for the food rather than the hot springs. One carefully crafted dish after another was served on a beautiful white lacquered table—everything

From the entrance of the Accommodation, we felt warmly welcomed. Every staff member was very pleasant, yet never intrusive, and we had a truly wonderful time. A wild squirrel even appeared on the Room terrace, and the birdsong was so soothing. We were also able to enjoy our meals at a relaxed pace. At check-out, we received kind words that made us feel glad we came—this was an Accommodation that left us feeling that way. We also enjoyed both Mt. Omuro and Mt. Komuro. Thank you very much.

Thank you to all the staff for your heartfelt hospitality! I did feel that the lighting in the Room could be a bit brighter, but perhaps this is part of Arucana's unique charm. The towels, pajamas, and amenities were excellent! It became a very special trip to remember. We saw

The Ryokan was impeccably clean and extremely satisfying. The dishes were beautifully presented, each delicately seasoned, and absolutely delicious. The Akaushi beef hot pot and salt-grilled ayu fish were exceptional. The room and interior design skillfully incorporated natur

The warm hospitality and attentive care from all the staff left a strong impression. They kindly answered our questions about the food and the Facility, allowing us to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. The meals were truly excellent, and I was especially impressed by how delicious the meat dish at dinner was. Thank you for your heartfelt service and delicious food. I would love to visit again.

This was an Accommodation I’d wanted to visit for a long time. I was hoping for the riverside bath and a starry sky, but due to the river running high and cloudy weather, it didn’t happen. Still, the Accommodation was wonderful, so I was completely satisfied. At check-in, we were served delicious homemade sweets: hanamame beans with shiratama in kinako and kuromitsu. The proprietress and staff were very pleasant, and the hot spring bath—fed directly from the source—overflowed generously and felt amazing. The meals were beautifully presented using local ingredients, and we were happily full. The Room was clean and relaxing, with the sound of the river (it was quite loud this time because of the high water, but I’m sure it’s usually soothing). It was also lovely to see small wildflowers displayed throughout. It’s an Accommodation I’d love to stay at again and again. We will definitely return.

Many popular attractions are within walking distance, making it perfect for sightseeing. From the moment you arrive, you are warmly welcomed with exceptional hospitality! The impressive gate at the entrance was used as a set in Akira Kurosawa's film "Kagemusha," showcasing it

The Room's amenities were perfect, from pajamas to towels, everything was impeccable. The bathwater is Onsen, and the large bathtub allows you to stretch out. The terrace that continues from the bath and Room is a pleasant place to cool off after a bath. If I had to point out a s

And then, the Hotel. The lobby, the room, the bath, the garden—everything was beautiful and incredibly pleasant. Although there is no open-air bath, I thought it was more valuable to be able to bathe all night. Every staff member was smiling, pleasant, and wonderful.
