The Japanese staff provided excellent support as well. Breakfast was served on a lovely plate. The relaxation room on the 10th floor plays records for a calming atmosphere. Everyone, please take your time and enjoy your stay at this hotel. Both my tired mind and body were refre

This was my first time staying at APA Hotel. Unlike four-star or higher city hotels, the Twin Room was understandably small, but everything was compactly arranged and sufficient overall. Some hotels only provide one chair in a Twin Room, but I was relieved to find two chairs in t

We stayed as a family of four. Even during Golden Week, the price was reasonable with breakfast included, and the Room had been renovated and was very clean and comfortable. Each bed had an outlet and USB Type-C support, which was convenient. The Hotel is also centrally located,

When I checked the route during a walk, I found out that the elevators only operate from 6:00 AM and were not available early in the morning. The front desk kindly provided clear directions, and I was glad I confirmed in advance. The Room was spacious, had a great view, and I

This is my regular Hotel when I return home. I’m always satisfied with the hospitality of the staff. The Room is thoroughly cleaned, and the breakfast staff always greet guests with a bright, energetic voice. When they have time, they also weed and clean around the property—I tru

The staff ensured constant replenishment with excellent attention to detail. The Room was clean, and the Onsen was very relaxing. It's open from 5 AM to 2 AM, which is fantastic! Children stay for free and receive an adorable mini towel along with disposable slipper sets.

I often use the Mitsui Garden Hotel Group, and all of their hotels offer a high level of satisfaction. Among them, Kashiwa-no-ha is my favorite with its Onsen, quiet atmosphere, and spacious Room. The Onsen in the early morning is especially relaxing even during business trips.

It is conveniently located close not only to Hanzomon Subway Station but also to Kojimachi Station. The Room was quiet, and I was able to work comfortably at my own pace, which was very helpful. Having a wired LAN connection—something less common in recent Business Hotels—was con

However, the staff provided courteous and professional service, which was very pleasant. The room was well-cleaned and had no issues. Amenities were available at the counter next to the front desk in a self-service style. There was also a complimentary coffee server there,

Unlike private lodging facilities (minpaku), you can tell this is indeed a proper hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again depending on my travel purposes. Lastly—to all staff members—thank you very much for your hospitality during my stay! Wishing you continued su

It was my first time staying at an APA Hotel in a while. In the past, the mattress felt too soft for me, but maybe it has changed—this time it had a comfortable firmness and was great. The view from the window wasn’t very nice, so I didn’t open it and felt a bit closed in, but I

Simply put, it was excellent! The room was clean. The toilet and bath were separate. All the staff were very helpful. There are restaurants and a convenience store nearby. It comes with a washing machine, and you can dry laundry indoors as well. Perhaps it used to be a studio apa

Choosing APA Hotel was the right decision. Amenities included complimentary natural mineral water, as well as coffee and tea. Movies were free to watch, access from the nearest station was good, and there was a convenience store nearby. The only downside was that the mattress see

The large public bath had two open-air tubs when you climb the stairs, and they were cleanly maintained. I was very pleased to find facial cleanser in the bath area. The downside was that you have to bring the face towel from the room to the large public bath, so you end up wit

I stayed here while visiting my parents’ home. Just as the reviews said, the breakfast was delicious—I even went back for seconds. Everything was carefully prepared, with plenty of healthy local ingredients. I was also happy to be able to choose between white rice and bamboo shoo

Nearby are convenience stores, family restaurants, coffee shops, and more, making it a very convenient area even if something unexpected happens. The front desk staff were also pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast as well. I would like to stay here again the next t

The sandy BEACH along the shore was white, and the shimmering sea felt like Hawaii. It reminded me of walking from Lanikai to Kailua Beach in Hawaii's "Heavenly Sea." The POOL at Sayang Terrace has a great atmosphere, somewhat reminiscent of the pool deck at Waikiki's pink p
