We stayed as a family of three, and the Room was spacious, as was the bathroom. The staff were also very helpful. When going from the parking lot to the Hotel, it was raining and we got wet, so I wish there had been some way to stay dry. Breakfast was also great, with a wide variety of food.

The Room was spotless, and despite it being a busy season, the large public bath was almost like having it to ourselves—I was able to relax and enjoy it both at night and in the morning. Above all, I was amazed by the incredible variety at breakfast! I’ve stayed at many places from budget to luxury, and I’d say this ranks among the top five in terms of selection. With plenty of both Japanese and Western options, I honestly think you should stay at least two nights just to fully enjoy the breakfast. I also loved that the bread selection wasn’t the usual lineup—there was a pretzel-like bread with a light salty flavor that was delicious. Also, my check-in happened to coincide with a time when a line had formed, but the staff were excellent—efficient and professional without being overwhelmed by impatient guests. (I didn’t realize my own mistake until right before check-in—thank you for your help.) You can go back and forth between the large public bath and the breakfast venue in loungewear, there’s even a coin laundry inside the women’s bath area (!), and beyond its unbeatable location right in front of Asahikawa Station with a convenience store on the first floor, this Hotel was truly full of charm.

Our dog weighs around 10 kg, so we really appreciated being able to walk him on a leash. The building is spacious, so we were able to relax without running into many other dogs. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. The meat and fish were very fresh, with a wide variety of dishes—we were completely satisfied. Every staff member was kind and welcoming. We would love to stay here again if we have the chance. Thank you very much.

The staff were very kind, and the beach right in front was beautiful. Since it was my first time, I stayed at a different luxury hotel within the resort the next day. While it had a luxurious feel and was nice, I loved this beach so much that I came back here the following day. The weather was great, and I enjoyed wading into the sea up to my knees—it felt wonderful. Next time, I'll stay at this hotel for a multiple night stay! Having two bedrooms in the room along with a microwave and washing machine was very convenient. The bathtub is only available as an outdoor jacuzzi, so on windy or cold days it might be slightly inconvenient; however, overall my stay was comfortable. I joined the morning walk program where we had perfect weather and even got to enjoy an off-season private experience! The explanations about plants were fascinating, making it both fun and fulfilling. My child kept asking for quizzes repeatedly—thank you for your patience despite causing some trouble! Thank you also for taking us to Alamanda to feed turtles. Although it seemed quiet during off-season with fewer people around, there were surprisingly many children competing over turtle food during feeding time! Unfortunately, adults cannot participate in feeding activities if they go alone since food is not provided for them. This resort is enjoyable even without needing a car; however, having simple meals like rice balls (onigiri), sandwiches or light bento boxes available within the hotel or resort would be fantastic—especially something easy for kids to eat quickly! There are picnic-friendly spots in nearby parks where rice balls would have been perfect... It would be great if such options could be ordered from hotels or made more accessible somehow. Every day now I'm thinking about when I'll get another chance to visit Miyako Island again!

Spacious and clean interior facilities, but it was unfortunate that I couldn't use the Onsen. Overall, it was a satisfactory 2-night stay with no major complaints about the Hotel.

I was able to relax and enjoy a calm atmosphere. I was satisfied with the breakfast, and the bread was delicious; I could enjoy my meal in a peaceful setting. I would like to stay here again.

Since I arrived in the evening, I looked for a place to stay for one night in Naha City and chose this Hotel mainly for its location. It is just off Kokusai-dori, with Don Quijote nearby, and although it was simply a place to sleep, it was very convenient. The Room was new and clean, and I was satisfied with the breakfast, where I could enjoy Okinawan dishes. I would like to stay here again.

The location is very convenient from the station, and the front desk staff were courteous, making check-in and check-out smooth. After checkout, there are lockers by the entrance where you can store and retrieve your luggage without needing to speak with the front desk, which is especially stress-free when you’re in a hurry. The welcome sweets and coffee were also delicious.

This was our first time visiting on a family trip. Thanks to the staff’s heartfelt hospitality, we felt comfortable throughout our stay and are truly grateful. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, and we had a relaxing, well-cared-for stay. We would love to stay again next time as well. Thank you very much for everything!

The Room was very clean. We could also see fireworks from the Room. The bathroom was spacious and nice. We had breakfast every morning, but the portions were so large that we couldn’t finish it all.

After working in another prefecture, I checked in late at night and stayed here. The large public bath had a charming atmosphere, and the breakfast was high quality—I was very satisfied. Thank you for helping me with a forgotten item at checkout. I will stay here again.

Thank you always for your hospitality at Comfort Inn Ogaki. All of the staff are kind and helpful. What makes me happiest when staying is how substantial and satisfying the breakfast is. There are both Japanese and Western options, and everything is very satisfying. The original curry in particular is outstanding. As someone who prefers Japanese food, I really appreciate it. I am grateful for all the staff’s efforts that allow guests to stay comfortably at all times. I have also stayed at other hotels in the Comfort Inn group, and just like Comfort Inn, their Facilities and service are excellent in every way. At the group hotels, I was especially impressed by menus that make use of local ingredients. When I stay for work, meals are my greatest enjoyment.

I stayed here during a touring trip. I was able to park my motorcycle in a covered parking area, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. After the journey, I refreshed thoroughly in the large public bath and sauna. The sauna in particular was excellent and helped me relax and recover comfortably. The Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, all delicious, and it was a great way to recharge with plenty of energy for the day. This was a highly satisfying Hotel that I can confidently recommend to anyone traveling by motorcycle. I’d love to stay again when I’m in the area. Thank you very much.

I truly enjoyed the rare culinary experience—game meat, river fish, a variety of homemade dishes, herbal liqueurs, and more—things you simply can’t taste at home. The unpretentious, rustic atmosphere was also wonderful. I even bought some of the incredibly delicious rice as a souvenir, and I’m still savoring the memories after returning home.

The Onsen gets you wonderfully warm and feels great. The in-room bath is also very relaxing. The Room layout is lovely, and in the morning sunlight pours in—on a clear day, you can enjoy the sunrise. The food is delicious, and you can enjoy local Ureshino sake. The rice is especially outstanding. The yudofu at breakfast was the best.

I stayed one night in a non-smoking single Room with No Meals Included. Last time I didn’t have the timing or courage and skipped it, but this time I tried the curry rice. I was so hungry that I even had seconds. It was delicious! The Room was simple, and while the service was also straightforward, it was polite. Considering the price, I’m satisfied. I used it for a solo trip to Akita from Miyagi. The lack of a large public bath for women didn’t particularly bother me. The Room is relaxing and the Hotel feels reassuring, and Yokote is a calm place as well, so I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

We stayed as a family to celebrate my mother’s 88th birthday. From the time of our Reservation, you kindly helped us with various requests and arranged a Room that made it as easy as possible for my elderly mother to get around. I called several times with questions, and everything had been properly noted, so the conversations went smoothly. Our stay was very comfortable. There were several staff members in training, and they all assisted us with great care. They also took commemorative photos for us several times. We would definitely like to stay again.
