We had a wonderful time. Thank you very much. If I could suggest improvements: I would be happy if there were a water dispenser. The inside of the microwave was broken. The kitchen stove heat was weak. Other than that, both the kids and adults were very satisfied. The pool was just the right size and we enjoyed it, and the sauna and cold plunge were easy to use. The view was great, and we had a really good time! We would like to visit again!

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, it felt luxurious and like entering a dream. It smelled wonderful. The staff were courteous and attentive to every detail, which made my stay very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and the complimentary snacks were a great touch. I left feeling truly happy.

I was satisfied with everything—the beds, shower booth, bath, amenities, and the breakfast buffet full of Shikoku specialties. The staff were always smiling and provided excellent service, making my stay very comfortable. The location was also convenient, so getting around was very smooth. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again when I visit Takamatsu.

There were a few minor issues, but they actually increased my positive impression of the Hotel. The staff handled everything very politely, and I was even impressed—if something was removed and accidentally not put back, that’s proof it gets replaced each time! In this season especially, I really appreciate being offered a welcome drink at check-in and being provided with a chilled hand towel. Whenever there’s a concert at Tokyo Dome, I stay here every time as long as I can make a Reservation, and I would definitely like to continue using this Hotel in the future.

I was deeply impressed by the exceptional quality of the Japanese-modern course. Each dish was cooked with remarkable precision and thoughtfully composed flavors. Not only did it exceed expectations for Japanese cuisine at a Hotel, it rivaled—and even surpassed—many specialty restaurants. Opportunities to enjoy such carefully crafted Japanese cuisine are rare, and it became one of the highlights of my stay. The in-house service was attentive and well-balanced, and the Onsen and sauna were so comfortable that I wanted to stay longer. The guest room was spacious, and the natural scenery of Nasu through the window further elevated the experience. It was an extremely satisfying stay where the cuisine, space, and service were all in perfect harmony. I would love to return.

My daughter and her family had a wonderful stay. It was a birthday celebration trip, and they were delighted that the meals were truly delicious. They were especially touched that the proprietress came to greet them in person at dinner. Even with small children, they were able to relax and enjoy the Onsen in their Room, and they seemed completely satisfied with everything. Next time, I would love to visit with them. We stayed as three generations of our family. Both Rooms were spacious corner Rooms, and we could see several railway lines below—our grandchildren, who love trains, were thrilled. We had Western-style meals for both dinner and breakfast, and everything was delicious. At dinner, they also offered a children’s plate with a great variety of items like an adult meal, which we were very satisfied with. The food tasted wonderful as well. While we waited, they even provided coloring sheets so the children wouldn’t get bored, and our grandchildren happily focused on coloring. They were very kind to our grandchildren and helped our whole family relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet also had a wide selection with authentic flavors throughout. This is a Hotel we would love to stay at again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

From the warm welcome on arrival to the heartfelt farewell, we enjoyed consistently kind and comfortable hospitality, allowing me to spend precious, unhurried time with my two daughters. I would like to express my sincere gratitude, especially to the male staff member who took care of us. Though he was still young, his calm presence, graceful manners, and attentive consideration in every detail were outstanding, making our stay even more memorable and truly unforgettable. What impressed me most was that the towels in the washroom had been replaced with fresh ones on the morning of checkout. I have stayed at many Hotels and Ryokans over the years, but this was the first time I experienced such thoughtful care. It was a deeply memorable moment that clearly conveyed genuine consideration for guests. The Tanabata event on Saturday was also wonderful. A staff member in hakama served champagne, creating a beautiful experience filled with Japan’s seasonal charm and atmosphere. My daughter, who has lived abroad for many years, was especially delighted and it became a cherished memory for her. When I mentioned after checkout that we planned to visit the Okada Museum of Art, you immediately prepared a brochure for us—your natural warmth and thoughtfulness continued until the very end. Each dish of our meal was carefully prepared and delicious, and we were able to enjoy everything at a relaxed pace. This stay also served as a celebration for my daughter; thank you sincerely for your kindness as well. Since we stayed only one night this time, my only regret is that I did not have enough time to browse books leisurely in the library within the Accommodation. Next time, I hope to fully enjoy not only your facilities but also the gentle flow of time throughout your Accommodation itself.

I’ve stayed at Dormy Inn in Nagano and Sendai, and I really liked the large public bath. I’d love to stay at other Dormy Inn locations again.

I stayed one night in the Main Building 8-tatami + 6-tatami Room. The charming covered corridor and the surrounding gardens were wonderful. I imagine it offers a different atmosphere with each season. Various hanging lanterns are lit along the corridor, making it even more atmospheric in the morning and evening. The lighting in the lobby, library, and Room was also enjoyable in its own way. Each of the three large public baths had a distinct character—the marble bath with stained glass, and the open-air bath with greenery all around. One downside is that, due to the Onsen minerals, the floors can be slippery. As this is an Onsen Ryokan, it was relaxing to spend time inside wearing yukata. All staff were kind and had lovely smiles. It was also fun to see that outfits differed depending on who assisted us—and sometimes even between morning and evening for the same person. Because of the building layout—Rooms connected like separate annexes via covered corridors—some areas inevitably feel almost outdoors. If you dislike insects or mosquitoes, you may want to take precautions. The meals were not overly elaborate, but seafood and other dishes were prepared deliciously, and I was satisfied with the carefully selected tableware as well. For the price, this Accommodation offers a truly luxurious escape from everyday life—I highly recommend it.

I was able to relax both mentally and physically. The Room was spacious, and the open-air bath was very pleasant. I felt that a bit more consideration for privacy from outside views would have been nice. Most of the staff were foreigners, but their service was very polite and excellent. Both dinner and breakfast included plenty of vegetables and were gentle on the body. I look forward to staying again.

Every summer, my husband and I look forward to enjoying the Awaji Island conger eel course. We have tried it at other Hotels and restaurants before, but Hamari-kyu’s course is by far the most delicious. This year, we tried Awaji Island wine for the first time; it paired well with Japanese cuisine, and we enjoyed it along with sake. As expected of Awaji Island—a treasure trove of ingredients—its onions and other vegetables, fruits, beef, and seafood have long earned it the name “Miketsukuni.” As long as we are still healthy, we would like to drive here together and stay at your Accommodation. We are also looking forward to the winter three-year pufferfish. The book about Awaji Island in our Room, published by the proprietress, was filled with love for Awaji Island. In particular, I read with great interest the section on Teiko Inahata; my haiku teacher is a member of Hototogisu and has told me about her character. We are truly grateful to have received such a wonderful book unexpectedly.

Although this Hotel opened in 2020, the room was very clean and I was satisfied. The large public bath has about six washing stations, and when I used it around 19:30 there was no one else, so I could relax. Breakfast is served at the cafe on the first floor of the Hotel, and there was no wait, which I appreciated. I would like to stay here again when I visit Sapporo.

I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I stayed here to visit Keisei Rose Garden. It’s not right next to the station, but it’s only a few minutes on foot, so the location is fine. It’s a stylish Hotel. The TV in my Room was 50 inches—very large. They set up a DVD player for me, so I watched Mozart’s opera “Mitridate, King of Pontus.” You can also watch YouTube on the TV. The TV is excellent and easy to watch from the bed, which was great. Come to think of it, this Hotel is part of the same group as Keyaki Gate Fuchu. I use Keyaki Gate often and will be staying there again next week; both Keyaki Gate and Lumiere Kasai are highly satisfying Hotels. Comfortable, clean, good-quality food, reasonable rates—and the TV is top-tier. It’s rated 5 out of 5, but honestly it deserves even more than that. One thing to note: there is an inner courtyard with an open atrium design that looks stylish, but if you’re afraid of heights it can be difficult when staying on higher floors. Because it’s open through multiple levels, walking along the corridors can feel scary. I stayed on the second floor and was fine, but if you don’t like heights you should book a Room on a lower floor. Checkout time is early, so I requested an extension at check-in. A two-hour extension cost 3,000 yen. Breakfast doesn’t have a huge variety of items, but it was tasty and I was satisfied with it.

This Hotel offers excellent value for money, and I always stay here whenever I visit Tokyo. Once again, I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, the attentive yet unobtrusive service, and the convenient location.

The room lighting can be comfortably adjusted with spotlights, which was great. There are plenty of power outlets, and the long, narrow desk is also convenient. The lounge drinks and breakfast are very well stocked, and access to the streetcar is excellent. There are also many appealing shops nearby, which was a plus.

We stayed for two nights starting August 12 during the Obon holiday (with dinner included), and it was a wonderful Hotel with a calm atmosphere. The Room and pool were clean, and housekeeping was thorough. They also offer 24-hour room service, and we were able to request ice and other items. Other Reviews mentioned that breakfast is delicious, but not only breakfast—dinner was outstanding as well (the fried dishes in particular were incredibly good). If anything, I personally found dinner even better than breakfast. The staff’s attentiveness and cheerful demeanor were excellent in every respect. We traveled with children, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful care shown to them as well. Thank you very much.

We visited on a three-generation family trip. On the day, strong winds caused the ferry from Shikoku to be canceled. Because we were traveling from far away, the Hotel called to inform us, which we really appreciated. Fortunately, we had planned to come via a port on the Honshu side, so we arrived safely, but their thoughtfulness made us happy. We had two Japanese-style Rooms next to each other. They were typical Japanese-style Rooms and you could feel their age, but they were very clean and well maintained. The view from the Room window was spectacular. When we woke up early, we could also see the sunrise and start the day feeling refreshed. Dinner was served at table seating in a large banquet hall. It was luxurious with local ingredients, and we were completely full. The staff member serving us chatted with us about various things, which was enjoyable. For the sea bream rice cooked in a pot that we couldn’t finish, they kindly made it into rice balls so we could have it as a late-night snack. It was very delicious even when cold. We caused extra work for them, but we were truly grateful. Breakfast was buffet-style, with a wide variety of dishes and very satisfying. The large public bath also had an amazing view. The washing area was spacious and there was no waiting at all. It was thoroughly cleaned as well, which pleased us. In the early morning bath time, surprisingly many guests were already up early too, and it felt open and relaxing—a wonderful bath. I don’t think the building itself is new, but because everything was kept so clean it was very comfortable and pleasant to stay here. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. There were many smiles among the staff and they greeted us properly—it’s a Hotel where you can really feel how good their hospitality is.
